Chapter 19: Glorious Glory
Outside the screen, the enormous but empty space had already changed due to the beings from the myriad races.
It couldn't be helped, most of them were big shots of their own factions after all, and some of them were considered important beings in the whole world, not just their factions. You needed a certain level of strength to even qualify to participate in the battle against the Demon Emperor after all.
Countless strong beings contained countless young geniuses, young masters and young misses, accomplished elders, respectful sect leaders, saints and saintesses, fairies from distant lands, jade beauties and normal beauties...

''Where is my Glorious Millenium Fire Wine?'' the young master of the Yang Fire Palace shouted to his servants from his glorious phoneix feathered couch.

His life was basically set for him thanks to his incre- glorious genius and glorious heritage.
He was extremely excited and a little bit worried after hearing about his ancestor's sect, the Glorious Yang Empire. How could he not be?
The Glorious Yang Empire lost all of its true descendants in a single day during a mysterious disaster, a nightmarish day. Moreover, as if to add salt to the injury, nobody even knew the origin or the reason for the disaster. A single day, as if someone just snapped their fingers and one of the sons of the First Emperor's bloodline completely lost their lineage. A branch of the Unmatched Emperor's bloodline was lost forever.
Yan Fei's ancestor from many years ago was a distant very distant cousin of the true glorious bloodline, thus having a very small trace of the First Emperor's glorious bloodline. He used this as an excuse to rebuild the Glorious Yang Empire but neither his strength nor his talent was enough for such a thing, so he could only settle for the Yang Fire Palace, calling it the successor of the Glorious Yang Empire.
Hearing that the Glorious Yang Empire kidnapped the young hero's little sister, just like most people there, he could connect the dots and realize the reason for their downfall. He denied it with all of his might as it was a huge humiliation for them to admit that their glorious ancestors were massacred by a single teenager because his glorious ancestors were too horny and decided to kidnap a child and assault her.
But, after seeing his glorious ancestor, the glorious prince of the Glorious Yang Empire, the mighty genius, the incredible prince, the glory personified, the legendary man of the men himself, all of his worries were deleted almost instantly.
Li Qiye, the gloriously genius prince was an actually unparalleled genius who could fight major levels above him and cultivate at a speed that nobody had ever seen before. He wasn't called an unparalleled genius because he wanted some fame, no, he was THE unparalleled genius. He was the inventor of many incredible techniques and a famous ladies' man. There was no way such a mythical and glorious being could be defeated by the young hero's previous incarnation.
'Heheheheh, you will see. All of you will see! You will see how my glorious ancestor simply defeats the young hero and takes the girl for himself. I bet the girl will fall for him after seeing his incredible genius, that's the law after all.' he thought madly as he sipped from wine bottle. He would show them the glory of the Glorious Yang Empire.
He was sure now, the legends were true to their words. How could they not be? He had seen the unbelievably deep eyes of the mythical and glorious lord Li Qiye!
The legends that the Yang Fire Palace accepted said that the reason for the downfall of the Glorious Yang Empire was because Li Qiye ascended to the higher realms with his incredible glorious genius and the Heavens rewarded his glorious genius by taking all of his glorious close relatives to the higher realms with him.
Yan Fei tried to hide his thoughts as he wanted to see everyone's gobsmacked faces when they witnessed the glory of his ancestor! The glory of the Glorious Yang Empire was close!
What he didn't know was that everybody around him could tell what he was thinking.
'Poor boy.' a mature woman thought with a sad face as she sipped her wine.
'This is the exact type of genius the young hero on the screen would crush.' an actual genius took notes.
''Don't be like him, a hidden dragon might eat you.'' an elder whispered to his disciple.
'He actually thinks that pretentious guy could stand up to the young hero...' a Saintess secretly studied the expressions on the young man's face with wonder as if she was discovering a new type of genius. 'This type of delusion and self hypnotization can be called a talent as well...' she thought.
'People like him always existed, but only thanks to the young hero's teachings that I opened my eyes to actually see them for what they are.' she sent a prayer to him with a grateful expression.
Everyone got comfier and comfier in their respectful seats and kept watching the screen. They were ready, both mentally and physically, to see the most likely final of the incarnation.
