With Wide green eyes Emily Carsten stared at her boyfriend of eight years. They have been together since childhood.Best friends first till junior year when he first told her how he felt. She was so happy. He was her first kiss in kindergarten. And from then on she had feelings for him. They dated since junior year till now where they both are in college. Doing their first year. He told her he was going to a business university and so she followed him there. She never liked anything but studying arts and music. But because they have never been seperated she decided to study business aswell. But she went into Marking. And it is in the middle of her first year and she's starting to love it.
They were in his apartment watching a movie when all of a sudden he said that.
"You.... wanna.... get married?" her voice was barely above a whisper. Her heart thumbing like crazy. "B-but... Brandon... we haven't finished university yet... we... we don't have jobs yet or any money. Babe... don't rush into things we might regret later on"
Emily saw the disappointment in ger love's eyes but she was sure she was making the right choice.
He stared down on the coffee cup he had in his hand.
"I love you more than life itself,"he softly began" you know I would do anything and everything for you Em. We have come so far and I just think its time that we make it forever. I told you before only death will seperate us. And even if you fall out of love for me I'll still keep you with me no matter what.You are my everything. My entire world. And losing you mean losing my sanity. So please... marry me,"he stared into ber eyes saying those words with earnest and desperate." we don't have to tell anyone. Just a small gathering with a priest and two of our friends as our witnesses. It will be easy. And when we done with that you can come and live here with me for the remaining years of our universe life. When we have jobs and all of those stuff we can host a big wedding. But for now....I just want you here with me all the time. When we came to university and you went and had to go live in another apartment... far from me I almost lost it.But I respect your wishes to want to get married first before we live together. But I have seen how Darwin stares at you and I know he only makes excuses to go see his girlfriend but in reality he wants to see you. I cannot stand him around you! "
Emily knows its wrong to get turned on by how jealous he gets but she cannot help it. He looks so sexy when he looks angry.
Darwin Welsh is one of her classmates. He flirted with her the first time she came here and Brandon almost flip shit.

Emily took his hand.The sparks thats always been there was stronger than before and she welcomed it with an open heart.
"I love you more and I am yours. I will always be yours. Forever remember?" she smiled lovingly at him. "But please... I don't wanna rush into things. Let's wait okay? I won't go anywhere. Im staying right here with you. All of me belongs to you. Darwin doesn't come close to you. Ummm," she took a breath "but I want to wait for our special day. Please"
He looked hesitant for a second but she knows he cannot resist her puppy eyes
"Fine" he grumbled"Lets continue watching this sappy movie"
Emily giggled and laid her head on his chest.
"After eight years of us being together you still don't like chick flicks?"
"After eight years of being together you still hate action movies?" he counter back.
"You impossible" She laughed and kissed his chest.Only death will seperate us, she thought. Only that.
With disgust in her eyes Emily glared at Brandon who stared at her shocked.
The blonde bitch who was laying in his bed stood behind him.Both of them naked.
She took a big breath and shook her head.
"I have only one question," she had to swallow and juat couldn't stare at the two anymore"only one. Was it worth it? "
Brandon just stood there staring at her completely pale." Answer me! "
" Emily... please just hear me out-"he said desperately but she turned around before she puked. Or fight that bitch." Baby... "
" Do not call me that... ever again! You are just like all the other men!Were those words you said last Friday night true? Only death can seperate us? But it looks like this.... cheating can also seperate us. You know how I feel about cheaters. And yet... you did this. After eight years? Fuck you Brandon Izak! We are done! "
Brandon almost fell apart on the ground when he heard his one and only sa say that. Over? No... no way.
" Em-Emily wait! "he picked up his discarded jeans off the floor and rushed after the only women he ever loved. And this fucking headache is getting worse. What on earth did he do last night?
The blonde girl who's the cause of this smiled sickening sweet. She picked up her clothes and started dressing. Now she will finally get the man she always wanted. Emily Carsten is out of the way now.
Emily got into her car and drove off leaving a bare chest Brandon behind who watched her drive off.
No fucking way this cannot be over.
He wiped at his face and started shaking. What the fuck happened last night? He told Emily on Thursday that he and some of his friends will be going out of Friday night to this club called Ecstasy. He asked her of she wants to join them but she said no she wants to get into bed early. They had started with exams on Thursday and he knows how much she hated exams. So an hour before his friends came and kidnapped him he stayed with Emily cuddling her. Till his friends came and called him saying they were outside her apartment. How they knew he was there only heaven will know. But she kissed him hard and said she will miss him and he must enjoy himself. She isn't one to go to clubs or parties anyway. She loves the quiet and reserved. And he loves her hehe.
But after they got to the club he sat at their booth just watching people dance. His friends immediately went and got themselves girls so he was left alone with a glass of smoky brandy. He loves brandy. It just relaxes him.
After about an hour of him just sitting like that watching people dance and him texting Emily a girl with honey like hair and bambi brown eyes came to him with a glass of brandy. She looked a bit familiar bu he didn't care.
After that he can't remember anything. Just waking up next to her... naked and Emili standing there furious.
And now... he will loose her.
But eight fucking years cannot be just erase like that.She doesn't even want him to explain what happened.
The girl stood behind him silently
"That your girlfriend?" she asked timidly.
Brandon pressed his lips hard together.
"Leave" he said coldly and walked past her.
"You called her name when we.... did it,"she said softly and that made him stop." Emily is it?"
" Look...whatever we did meant nothing to me, "With no emotion on his face he turned to her"I cant even remember last night. Can you just leave or explain to my girlfriend what happened"
"I-im sorry! I can't remember as well.... just that I came to you and gave you a glass of brandy. After that blank" she said confused.
Brandon sight and shook his head
"Go home please and never approach me ever again"
He went inside his apartment and the blonde girl Amy Kevins smiled victoriously. She is gonna get this man. No matter what.
Emily sat in her car in front of her apartment with silent tears streaming down her red cheeks. He didn't even follow her. Did... did hw love her at all? They have never made love and he... fucked another girl. He said he wanted their first time to be special. He said he loved her. And that nothing but death will seperate them. Lies! All of it were lies! How could she blindly trusted him?She gave him her everything. Her heart and soul welcomed him. And just like that he broke her heart. Asif it were nothing. Did he really love her? He couldn't wait for her so he fucked another girl. A blonde at that. How could he do this to her? She gave up everything for him. Her dreams and also her mother's protest for them being together. Her father understood how she felt about him. So he let her go off with Brandon.
He wanted to even marry her... all of it were lies.... lies...
She broke down completely in her car and just held herself through it.
