Chapter 2: 1 You're going to be a Father
"Congratulations, You're going to be a father". Wearing an old jeans and a loose shirt, matching up with a slippers, Jun Ching extended his arm out blocking Li Yang infront of him while the other is holding up his waist.
"What?". Li Yang look at him with a quarry. He squinted his eyes, seeing his employees who come and go. It's already 8:30 am and he still have a board meeting that awaits him by 9 yet he was occupied by some dude claiming that his pregnant. How absurd.
4 months ago, he indeed went to a club to loose his pent. But it was not any common bar, it was infact, a Gay Bar. As a man, bar is unexpectedly the most suitable place to find a partner. He is in his early 30's yet he have an undeniably perfect build, he easily peal out immediately with a man he doesn't even know. They booked a room and rolled in the sheets, having the world just for them. They both have a great time. But then, like any other one night stand, they will have their separate ways and will do nothing from each other.
Who would have thought that one day, Li Yang will receive a random call saying that the man he spent a night with is pregnant and he should be responsible.
Ofcourse he didn't believe him at all. As a man, who have both balls and roll, who would expect him to believe such nonsense. Man being pregnant? Even dogs wouldn't dare swallow such words.
But would it hurt him to look for another reason just to gain money?
As Jun Ching didn't call him in a week. He thought that the man infront of him finally had it through in time. Giving a week of silence considering his condition is rather difficult for him to handle.
Looking over Jun Ching's abdomen, Li Yang smirked. There is not even a visible bump, how can he be fooled. Yet, he still played his role "And months?"
"4". Jun Ching rub his nape with a face of embarrassment. He pause for a minute before he continue "Well, I didn't really went here for you to take responsibility of it. Even if this child is yours, I still think that it is unfair for you if I only decided for myself with the child's life and death. If you are sure of not wanting it, you can accompany me to the hospital and have an abortion. But if not and want to keep the child, I might trouble you with all the expenses that's needed insuring the health of the child. And I can swear that once the child is born, I will disappear instantly and will not disturb you again"
As Li Yang listen to Jun Ching's words, only a single word sink into his mind, 'Expenses'. He release an eyes of sarcasm as he realized that it is all just about money.
However, as time passes, talking in such an open space specially in his own company where employees could hear them talking about pregnancy with an unknown man might end up in uproar. If so, how will he ever solve it? Knowing that his company is the leading company in the country and his rival only awaits his downfall, sure they wouldn't waste their time and trampling his face out.
Li Yang took out his phone, dialed his secretary's number, informing her that the meeting will be rescheduled for tomorrow's date. It is a hassle, after all being a president is not an easy job. And meetings could wait but the problem that's been happening right now is not.
"Let's go somewhere else" Li Yang went to his car, open the door and sit in the driver's seat.
Jun Ching was astonished. He was stunned for a minute before he was able to come back to his senses as his arm is started to get numb. Holding his waist for quite sometime is tiring. He immediately open the backseat door and sat in.
The car was spacious enough for Jun Ching. He composed himself comfortably and breathe out a signed of relief. He put his hands in his stomach as a subconscious protection then look at the window while saying " Drive slow or I will stained your car"
Li Yang secretly look at Jun Ching in the rearview mirror and gnashed his teeth. He couldn't believe how easily the man feel comfortable in his car. As such, in instant, he started the car, step on the accelerator and drove out.
Jun Ching was shocked as he immediately lean backwards while trying to reached out the front seat and the other is still carefully protecting his stomach.
"Hey.. Slow down". Li Yang ignored him as he drive even faster all the way to the overpass.
"Slow do---" Jun Ching didn't finish his sentence as his stomach started to turn. He covered him mouth, unable to hold his incoming vomit.
Li Yang instantly frown seeing how Jun Ching make such gesture. He made a U-turn and step on the break in exact place for parking lane.
Jun Ching immediately rush out of the car. He hold the railing as support as he keeps on vomiting. But ofcourse, nothing comes out of his mouth except for acidity. Still, it was rather uncomfortable that he cannot help but to tear up from it. When his done, he wiped out his mouth using his hand.
Li Yang took a couple of glances to Jun Ching. He still couldn't believe that despite that, the man still acts like he's really pregnant. Vomiting like it was real. But then, Li Yang smile. Even though the act is like of an A-list actor, he still hates him deep in his heart. How can a man get pregnant and pretended to vomit just to smuggle out some pity money.
People really tried so hard just to gasp opportunities.
