Chapter 27: NOTICE

I hope you do understand why I always deleted the chapter every now and then. It's because I am much more comfortable reading it when it's uploaded and make adjustments next. Thus, inconvenience aren't avoidable. And with the update settings that is really a pain in the ass, I am also suffering. We both are, I know.
