The Sovereign stared at her emotionlessly, before flicking his hands upwards, indicating that she could stop bowing.

Murkato stood straight and awaited her orders.

"You've reported on your findings in Fest duchy previously," he said. "Frankly, your words were much too unbelievable, leaving us no choice to lock you up close by."

"…"

Murkato was past the point of caring about that. What she wanted to hear was what today was about.

"But today," the Sovereign continued. "My mentor returned from Fest."

'?'

"He's been in Fest?" Murkato let out.

'Why didn't he do anything then?' 

"He went there just a few days ago. And there, he met this Savine Lorelei you've spoken of."

For some reason, Murkato stared at the old man with great suspicion.

'There's definitely something wrong with him…' her mind immediately thought.
