Chapter 3: 03
Shikamaru stepped back and threw shurikens towards Sorano.
Sorano easily blocked the shurikens with his Kunai.
Seeing the shurikens were useless, Shikamaru stepped closer and threw a punch at Sorano's face, he moved away but was followed by a kick.
'It's too easy,' thought Sorano.
Sorano's Taijutsu was stronger than his opponent's; he grabbed Shikamaru's leg; he felt he could break it by squeezing harder.
Sorano threw Shikamaru to the ground, placing a Kunai on his neck.
"You lose"
"I give up," Shikamaru declared as Sorano helped him stand up.
Sorano-Kun is awesome!
The girls shouted Sorano's name as he returned to his spot.
Iruka Sensei looked at him in astonishment,
'It seems there is a another genius,' he thought while announcing the next battle.
The battles followed each other.
After the fight with Shikamaru, Sorano had two more battles than he won easily, one with Akimichi Choji and another with Shino Aburame.
Iruka was more and more surprised by Sorano's performance, but what impressed him the most was his calm, confident expression.
Soon it was time for Sorano's fourth match.
'It seems that the consecutive wins have already put me in the eyes of Iruka Senei, ' Sorano thought as he looked towards Iruka, who looked back at him as if he had found a Treasure.
"The last match, Sorano vs Sasuke."
Sasuke and Sorano stood next to each other.
"Give up, you can't win," Sasuke declared.
Sorano froze for a moment at his arrogance. He would not win this match; it would be too much attention if it happened.
Sasuke rushed forward as he threw shurikens.
Sorano stepped out of it, and Sasuke was already in front of him, throwing a kick to his face; Sorano bowed and hit him with a punch in his stomach.
*POF*
Sasuke turned into smoke, and wood popped up in his place.
"Substitution Jutsu!"
Looking at the wood, all the children shouted in amazement.
'Looks like Sasuke is going to win,' thought Shikamaru, but was surprised the next moment.
Sorano was not caught off guard because he had seen him do the seal, but he wanted this match to look tough.
Sasuke came from behind and hit Sorano in the head, but the smoke and wood emerged.
'I didn't saw him do the seals!,' thought Sasuke.
They looked at each other for a moment.
"You are not bad, but that's it," said Sasuke.
"Katon: Gokakyū no Jutsu!" shouted Sasuke as he did some seals.
A fireball emanated from Sasuke's mouth and headed towards Sorano.
"Not good" Iruka looked at the scene and wanted to stop it, but it was too late to do anything about it.
Sorano moved to the side at high speed, and the tree behind him caught fire.
Due to the flames, Iruka and the others could not see Sorano moving; he acted injured, letting his clothes burn and making his face a bit dusty.
Sorano acted like he was defeated and remained on the ground.
Iruka only sighed with relief that it had not gone far; he did not expect Sasuke to master such a Jutsu.
The other girls saw Sorano in the cover of the fireball and could not help but sigh.
"Stop! Sasuke wins" Iruka looked at both Sasuke and Sorano.
"Hem! You are weak," said Sasuke as he looked at Sorano.
'What an arrogant child... Acting is difficult,' sighed and thought Sorano.
