Chapter 10: Tasuki Brothers. (Rise of a new era)
(This chapter will be written in Jason's POV)
After arriving at Tasuki, I and the team were almost killed, that moment, I wondered what I would have done to help the team but nothing incredible could ever come out of this thick brain of mine, be it a good idea or even a bad one at that. But it seemed as though Benganon had everything in control, so I didn't bother myself anymore, instead I kept thinking of what else to say to Mira, who was probably wondering why she followed me in the first place, well I think this is fate drawing both of us together.
I wasn't present during the whole incident with the bandit, instead, my mind was all over Mira like as though she was racing through my heart.
soon I heard the oldest man in the bandit say " follow me" and I flinched thinking we were being arrested or something like that, but Benganon tells me not to worry that they were only taking us to their village were we could eat, rest and get ready for the next day.
....
During the fourteenth hour of the day, I and Benganon were in the bar, which was almost located at the room which we were taken to. Mira wasn't present with us so I kept wondering why.
I have noticed that Mira isn't really happy, she only smiles when I tease her, but it doesn't really last on her beautifully decorated face, I guess it is because of the death of her father, she must really miss him.
" what would you like to drink boy " I hear Benganon say to me, his voice echoed really loud in my ear drum, it was as though he shouted into them.
" nothing really, I am ok" I replied.
soon I sighted the men that brought us to the village, entering the premises, one of them was Min, he was the eldest of them all, he was light skinned, he had a really though looking face, he looked like someone who was ones in the army, he is in his early thirties, he had gold colored hair which was slipped on backwards as though he used his fingers to comb them, his eyes were ash in color, he wore a dangerous looking frown on his small and bearded face, his ears were pointy, he was an elf, elves are magical creature who lived here in Tasuki, Tasuki means elf land (this is a fictional name, it is not a real place)
The second man who is standing by his right hand side is Stanley, Stanley looks younger than the three of them, I bet he is still a teenager, he looks like someone who could probably be sixteen years of age, he was plump, and also short, he had a really soft looking face due to his chubby cheeks, he wears a really cute smile on his face, but his voice is a bit manly, he has black colored hair, scars on his face which proved to be pimple marks, he has a flat nose and his ears were also pointy, he is also an elf.
and the last man seemed like a really quiet person, he also has a tough looking face , but at least, he looks like someone who could be happy ones in a while unlike Min who probably Hates smiling. He reminds me of Barry, but this is the good side of him, his name is Jace , he had the short form of my name so you can also call him Jason. He is a really handsome looking gentle man, he hardly speaks, he is an introvert, but a good kind of introvert. He has a pointed nose, he is tall, his eyes were also gray but a bit whitish , his hair slips downwards, covering both of his eyes, you can hardly see his eyes but if you went closer you could see it properly. He is also an elf. The three of them were called the Tasuki brothers.
The moment the three of them stepped into the bar, the whole room was filled with noice everyone was praising them, men were yelling " Kings of elves " repeatedly as the cheer them continually, I wondered why they were doing this.
soon, the three of them were coming to our direction, I knew this when Min looked at I and Benganon who was already choked up in his drink, he was now asleep due to the alcohol he took.
" well! well !! well !!!, if it isn't the sorcerers of Amazon, why don't you show us some magic boy, if truly you are who you suppose you are." Min said while looking at me, including all the men at the bar who were probably wondering what amazonians were doing in Tasuki. I didn't have any magic at hand so I try to wake Benganon who was already fast asleep.
This was a really huge case for me because this could also lead to a huge disaster. it could even lead to my own death. " I am only an apprentice, I have no spell book" I said while shivering in fear, the whole room didn't even understand what I was saying because the had no idea on what it means to be a sorcerer.
"what in the hell is he saying," a man yells from inside the crowd. I was already dying in fear, I didn't know what else to say again .
" you better show us some magic or else you and you friends die." Min says to me in a really mean and serious tone.
" I swear, I don't know any magic, I am just an apprentice, I just need to connect to my spell book, that's why I came to Tasuki, to find the book of my fore fathers. his name is Almagadin and he helped this country defeat Amazon."
I said in fear, hoping for a good reaction.
" so you are a descendant of Almagadin," min asked ,
" yes I am" I replied
after a few seconds, I see the whole room bowing to me in accordance, then the all echoed " long live the descendant of Almagadin for may his reign provide us assistance."
I started feeling at the top of the world I didn't know what to do at this point until I heard myself say" you may all rise."
and they all stood up at the same time and went back to their drinking.
My father's name did call alot of respect and I would like to know more about him.
" my lord, is there anyway I and my brothers may be of assistance" min says in loyalty and respect and then I replied " maybe we could form a team, you will help me find my fathers spell book and I will help you get anything that you want ones I become a full sorcerer."
they all agreed to my negotiation without hesitation and we all drank and called it a day.
