Chapter 69: Chapter 66 Unlocking the soul force II
Robin spent his days leisurely, as leisurely as his mind could allow, it seems to be that his mind was under some unknown pressure, Robin recognised this was some kind of PTSD or shit.
He would always think about training himself to become stronger to protect his loved ones, and although it was true that he had gained a bit of memory that went and showed him he still wasn't powerful enough, it didn't mean he had to be under constant great of being killed.
Robin had to agree that his mind was still stuck in the past, the past in which he was being controlled by two-bit thieves that weren't even strong enough to lift his shoe now.
'Sigh, I guess I will have to relax for a while ' Robin sighed to himself as he looked at the Hage village sitting atop the Demonic skull, his cultivation place for the past week.
Although he hasn't trained his body in a while, he is still busy trying to activate his soul force, which will allow him to upgrade his system parameters, to what extent, he didn't know.
"I wonder how strong I will become, I am still not sure how strong a legendary demon spiritualist is supposed to be, but whatever, I still don't know how I am going to get myself a demon beast to absorb without going to the TDG world.
Robin shook off his distracting thoughts as he kept meditating to unlock the soul force.
Though he would accidentally use his Aura manipulation or sometimes the Haki instead of Soul force.
" Damn it! I did it again" Robin couldn't help but yelp as he stood up in frustration, he had again unleashed his Aura and Haki, which resulted in him loosing focus.
"It's alright,I am not in a hurry, if I can't cultivate it in a month, I will go to some other world for a day or two," Robin said to himself, completely disregarding the little anti-bird beside him that was looking at him atop the statue of the wizard king.
"Big brotherrrr!" As. Robin was thinking to himself, he heard the shout of Recca from below.
"Huh, why does she seem to be in a hurry" Robin quickly jumped down, floating towards Recca.
"Big brother, those bad people from the village have come to harass Father Orsi again" Recca explained as she caught her breath.
Hearing her, Robins eyes grew a cold front as he blue red aura grew outwards,though he quickly suppressed it, taking Recca in his arms, he flew towards the direction of the church in jetspeed
Not forgetting to cast a bubble around him so that Recca isn't hurt by the windfriction
*Booom*
"Hero landing!" Rebecca yelled as she flair around in Robins arms
Robin put her down as he made his way inside the church hall with heavy steps, He could feel several heavy magic aura inside the church and one that belonged to Father Orsi.
He kicked open the door, the sight of Father Orsi who was about to be smashed b a boulder made of earth, probably the work of these goons.
"Hmph!" Robin sent out an attack on his own, th e aura blast impacted the boulder and it got turned into rubble
"Robin! what are you doing here, go outside and stay by the kid's side, let me deal with this" Father Orsi said in a serious voice.
if it was any other time, Robin would have abided by the Father's words
"I am sorry Father, but I can't stand by as a bunch of trash come and crash our home," Robin said in a tone of finality.
this made Father realize once again who Robin was, the kid that was able to take on the responsibility of his siblings at the meager age of ten.
After a bit of hesitation, Father Orsi looked at Robin meaningfully,
"Don't cause any major injury"
With that he walked out, taking Sister Lily with him.
The several thugs who were silent as a dark night,didn't object not did they say anything, it wasn't because they weren't arrogant or anything like that.
it was because as soon as Robin walked in, they felt like they were standing in front of a Dragon, ready to turn them all into crisp.
As soon as they saw him, they felt like they had lost control of their body, as soon as the door clicked together and closed again, a new wave of energy rushed out of Robin.
*Thud*
"Gaahhh!" All the thugs felt their knees go weak as they crashed facefirst into the marble floor
"It seems like you all enjoy tormenting the weak and helpless,unfortunately you poked the wrong nest this time" Robin muttered as he increased the pressure
His aura rose and twisted in respect to his emotion, His Apex predator skill was in effect, the thugs could only groan out a few incomprehensible words as they nearly peed their pants.
"When I came to know you guys were asking around for protection money,I wanted to walk over and smash you all to the ground, but Father Orsi stopped me at the time, But you just had to come again and sign your death warrants" Robin gave a sigh as he picked up a a wooden chairs leg that was lying around.
*Gush*
"Guaaaaaaah!" One of the thugs was suddenly pierced by the leg as he felt the sudden pain, causing him to cry out in pain.
Though that soon stopped as Robin smashed his boots into the thugs mouth, motioning a shushing motion
"Don't you dare make a sound, there are kids in the house, by the time I am done with each of you, you will regret being born" Robin warned as he took out several floating knives from out of nowhere
All the thugs present had a look of horror in their eyes, to them, Robin was someone that they should never provoke
