"Elders, this person doesn't have much information, and the person that delivered these was a black gold rank expert, I doubt his identity is normal, maybe we should inform the city lord," The said woman was Ying Xan.
She was elsewhere when Robin had arrived and thus wasn't able to gauge him, but those present had some suggestion and thus,this is what she came up with after careful consideration.
"Hmm, the mysterious master who made this must not be from here, if not, why else jot disclose the method of making these pills till now," said Gu yan.
"President! Are you saying that glory city isn't the last of what is left of us humans."
"Perhaps, lets wait and see who this mysterious person is and what is his agenda," Gu Yan replied.
"And make sure we rope him in, if I am not wrong, this guy is as good as a senior grand master, or even better, it best to be on this person's good side."
The elders discussed for a while, and in the end, the president took the pill with him with the excuse that he was going to study the pill and see if he can replicate it.
While those from the Alchemist association were waiting for Robin, the man in question was walking towards the large buildings in the distance that belonged to the Holy Orchid Institute.
Robin didn't know if he was allowed to visit or not so he decided to just go in and look for himself with his Haze technique activated.
Robin immediately walked into the gates leisurely, no one could see him, and he doubted anyone below the level of legendary could ever hope to sense him.
'Let's just hope that something like the hollows does not happen to be here, it took me a while to go off their radar.'
One of the problems with going stealthy was Robin not being able to understand where to go since he didn't know where was what.
"Let's just try and locate the library like a normal person," Robin decided and took off the Haze technique.
After going around a while, he was able to arrive at the library, he walked in and started reading up on various things while he confirmed there wasn't any ginger haired kid around taking care of the library.
Seeing that Nie Li wasn't here, he was able to confirm that at least Nie Li hadn't arrived at the library, whxih either meant he was just awakened or had not even awakened.
He also read a few of the books and quickly found them to be inadequate.
"What is this rubbish, who calls this an attack type inscription, this is just a faulty light spell that can actually backfire," Robin threw the book away.
With the library out of the way, Robin looked at the other buildings, he also saw a small simulation ground, a place where those below the silver grade could feel what its like to fight demon beasts.
"This is like a giant city of it's own, it can't be called a simple institute," Robin was impressed with the things he found.
After looking around for a while, he found the class Nie li was studying at, which consists of him going into Haze again and looking into documents for a while.
