Chapter 2: Chapter 1 First True Friend
In disbelief, Haruko gazed upon a giant figure of a dragon standing behind something that he could describe as a force field. He began to sweat as he also saw a monstrous aura that flew out of the dragon, that powerful and murderous aura. He saw dragons only in anime and games but right here, right now he is standing face to face with a dragon.
"Am I that astonishing?"
Haru was taken back by dragon's comment. He looked up at the dragon who was now looking at Haru with raised eyebrow and slightly tilted head, Haru smiled wryly.
"W-Well...No-I! I mean, yes! You are quite astonishing but it's more of a...shock and surprise!"
Haru smiles before supporting himself on a nearby stone pillar using one of his arms, with other hand he scratched his head while others were hidden behind his back. Dragon lowered his head and watched Haru.
"Hmmm. You are...an interesting ogre."
"Ehm, what do you mean by that?"
"Well, first off you have four arms. That is not normal for any intelligent races. And your insides..."
Haru sighed, so it's really is weird to have four arms. He will ask the Great Sage about it later but he was now interested in what the dragon is saying.
"What about...mine insides?"
Dragon sighed and brought his head back up.
"Besides you being completely naked, you have more parts then normal. There is a special skill that allows me to see magicules travel around. And when I look into you is see them traveling around your body and you have....Two hearts, three lungs and other extra inside parts...."
"Huh?"
Haru looked at the dragon in shock before he looked at his body and began to slightly panic. He hid behind a rock and used some of the nearby plants to hide his private parts.
'Extra organs?! Great Sage!'
In order for your body to be more efficient your body was created with few extra limbs and organs. Your bones were also reinforced to withstand your bigger muscle density.
Haru looked at all of his four hands and clenched them making muscle on his arms tense.
'So this 'gift' will follow me even in the other world? Fine...'
Out of his thoughts pulled him dragon that cleared his throat trying to get Haru's attention. Haru then immidietly began to sweat again remembering who is standing in front of him...
"A-Ah! Sorry for ignoring you! I wil-!'
"You are from another world, right?"
Haru stopped his explanation and he looked up at the dragon's eyes and nodded his head.
"How do you...?"
Dragon chuckled before making a pose, stretching his wings and lifting his tail up.
"I am the Storm Dragon Veldora! The fourth True Dragon! It's normal that I would know! You didn't know that your looks are not normal even here!"
Cave began to shake with how loud he was while Haru protected his ears from that sound. When dragon as done Haru scratched his horn and looked at him.
"It's...great to meet you oh great Veldora! Mine name is-!"
'Huh? Why can't I...'
"Ah, so you really were reincarnated here as a monster."
Haru looked up at Veldora and looked at him with a little of panic in his eyes.
"Why can't I say mine name?"
"It got erased from your soul. From the moment you were reincarnated here you became a monster and they don't have normally name, that is what I am thinking personally. In order for a monster to gain a name, other being has to name him. When one names a monster it takes magicules to engrave that name on monster's souls and makes the monster to evolve."
"S-So...I don't have name because I became a monster?"
Veldora nodded. Haru sat down and placed hand on his head. Well, that is weird. Veldora lowered his head again.
"W-Well...It seems that having a name is important to you. So...How about I name you?"
Haru looked up at Veldora and rised an eyebrow.
"You want to name me? But it will use your magicules..."
Veldora laughed again before nodding.
"Yes! It will, you learn quickly! But if you want a name you have to give me something..."
Dragon's eyes shined while Ogre shacked in his place slightly, thinking what dragon will want.
"I want you to give me a name too and keep me company!"
Haru looked at Veldora with raised eyebrow before scratching his head.
"So...You want me to keep you company. And in exchange you will give me a name, thus making me evolve into better monster...You really are lonely, aren't you?"
He smirked towards the dragon who turned his head slightly to the side.
"W-Well, I am living here almost 300 years. Of course I will be lonely."
Haru stood up an cracked his neck before smiling. So far that dragon was quite nice, and Haru after spending here only god knows how much time, so why he shouldn't spend some time with Veldora?
"Fine. I will keep you company and you will give me a name. But I will also give you one! One that we will both have, a family name. Because why not?"
"Very well! What do you want to call me?"
Well, he is a storm dragon some maybe...
"I will give you a name...Rajin! The Storm Dragon Veldora Rajin! How is that?"
Veldora burst into laugh.
"It's great! Now let me name you! Your name will be....Shiva Rajin!"
Shiva smiled at his new name before something came to him.
"Wait...Shiva? Wasn't it-!"
Suddenly Shiva fell weak, like a rock was placed on his body. He felt as the name he got from Veldora was engraved on his soul and with it new power came. His body shined and trashed around before it calmed down. Veldora lowered his head to see if everything is okay before Shiva opened his eyes and jumped up.
His body changed, his skin became smoother and it's color changed to human pale, not white like from before. His hair became longer, reaching to his shoulder and the horn grew bigger now even more resembling a horn of a stag. Shiva also noticed by touching his face that little grows appered under the horn and on other side of his forehead, e quickly walked up to a nearby lake and looked down. He saw that while his eyes stayed the same, his tusk disappeared making him look like a human if you ignore his four arms that is.
Veldora chuckled as he watched Shiva looking at his new body.
"So, how does it feel to rank up for the first time?"
Shiva looked up at him and smiled.
"It feels great!"
Both of them laughed and that is how their friendship started. Veldora taught Shiva many things about the outside world while Shiva decided to not ask Veldora how he knew the name of Indian god of destruction.
Shiva also got many new skills by hunting the animals living in this caves. Unfortunately for him, most of them were bugs so even though for him their meat was tasty, its texture wasn't the best. But he got a bunch of useful skills so he won't complain. Together with those abilities from monsters he ate, Veldora also taught him a useful skill 'Magic Sense'.
Shiva also told few stories about the other world to Veldora who surprisingly for Shiva got angry how Shiva's 'friends' treated him. It really made him smile. And then Veldora asked a question that will change everything...
"Shiva, is there any way for this barrier to be lifted? How do you think?"
Shiva blinked few times before looking up from his work at Veldora. Shiva was currently making some clothes from the skin of only animal that he could skin that way, the black serpent. Using it's skin and 'Silk Thread' Shiva is making pants for himself and is ending the final product. He failed many times while doing it but it would seem that those ones will be perfect.
"Wha-? Why are you asking?"
"Well...I spend here 300 years already and in 100 years I will die because of mine magicules going away. So I was wondering if maybe you have some spacial ability that will allow this barrier to go down? What do you think?"
Shiva closed his eyes and began to think about it before a notification appered.
Ability: Greed was created to absorb magicules from around the user. It's possible to absorb the magicules that created the barrier. But in this case 100% of this ability can't be used or Veldora's magicules will be also sucked in and in process he will die.
'So not 100%...How much percent of this ability's power do we have to use to safe Veldora?'
Analyzing...
50% must be used.
'Wow, that ability is quite powerful in absorbing.'
Shiva smiled and after putting on his new pants he looked at Veldora.
"I have ability that absorbs the magicules! We can try and take this barrier down!"
Veldora's eyes widened and he smiled.
"Really?! That is great!"
Shiva walked up closer and placed his hand on the barrier. He closed his eyes and when he was about to turn the ability on he heard Veldora.
"Ah~! I can't wait to fly again! The sun will finally touch mine skin again and I will be able to feel it's warmth. I will need to see mine family! Mine sister will probably kill me..."
Shiva smiled while he listened but then a dark thought entered his mind.
'What if he will leave me like the others?'
Shiva's eyes widened in fear and shock, Veldora didn't saw it fortunately. Shiva began to fear that the only person he ever could call true friend will leave him. What could he do? Veldora is a true dragon of storm, he can do everything he want! Shiva closed his eyes again and memories of his past life came to him.
His friends using his strengths and kind heart. His girlfriend wanting to be with him only because of his looks and then betraying him. His dance teacher cursing him for how big he was, and even his friends at the time, laughing. He doesn't want Veldora to leave....

But then thoughts of free Veldora came to his mind. Who he is to take that happiness from his friend? How can be so selfish to take Veldora's freedom?
Shiva breath became heavy as he began to think on his decision. and The Great Sage waited for his decision.
