Chapter 2: WIDOW
"So I can work, here again, Inayah?" Fahira asked happily. She was in convection. Since her father died, Fahira has been independent. Her father died when she was in the 3rd grade of junior high school.
Mrs. Fahira ended up working in convection that produces knitted clothes. Before marrying Fahira's father, she worked in convection. However, after getting married, she stopped working and took care of Fahira.

Fahira shook his head slowly, "The boarding school is in Binong Kulon, Inayah. So, if you come here you can only use public transportation once. I can even walk in the morning, while exercising," she replied.

"I don't want to make Inayah Inay more troublesome. Besides, I don't like your husband," replied Fahira.
Inayah just smiled, seeing Fahira's condition she felt very concerned. Fahira's mother died just as Fahira was accepted to work after graduating from high school. Since then, Fahira has lived alone. Fahira's parents do not live in Bandung. They live in Cirebon, and Fahira is not too close either. So, it was Inayah's family who had been helping Fahira since her mother died.
"In fact, in the past Gilang was very young, he looked very good and seemed very dear to you," said Inayah again.
"I don't know, Inayah. Maybe what Gilang said is true, I'm not on the level of being his wife. He's a businessman's son, I don't care, Inayah," answered Inayah sadly.

Hearing the name Kamania was mentioned, Fahira's heart ached. Losing Gilang can still be endured, but losing Kamania makes Fahira feel a little desperate. Moreover, her mother-in-law firmly threatened if Fahira dared to meet Kamania.
"Kamania is my granddaughter, you are just a mother who gave birth. However, my child has more rights over Kamania because with the money Kamania can live comfortably," said Endang when Fahira left.
