Chapter 14: 11 Weapon
"Just keep searching and you'll eventually find your suitable weapon. I'm confident my shop has most of the weapons that had ever existed ranging from long range to short range, whether it be blunt or bladed. Heck, we even have weird combinations of two weapons being fused into one. Don't be too discouraged, you'll find it eventually."
Hinata nodded and then started searching through the different weapons with vigor. Despite spending hours and not finding the right one, she wasn't discouraged. Her father had become impatient and wanted her to pick a random sword but it wasn't anything that her Puppy Eyes Jutsu couldn't handle. Then, Hinata continued to search even faster since she knew that her father's patience had a limit.
Fortunately, after reaching the end of the huge shop, she actually found a weapon that she found suitable for her. As soon as she saw that weapon, she started imagining herself using it and looking badass.
She saw herself striking a cool pose as she pulled on the strings while aiming at an enemy a thousand miles away. She let go of the string and in the blink of an eye, an arrow shot out and planted itself deeply on the enemy's head. After that, she remembered how those cultivators had very cool looking tricks when shooting and she couldn't help but imagine herself doing the same thing but with chakra.
She saw herself making arrows curve midair, making it zigzag, then making dragon phantoms as she shoots out her arrows. Her eyes were shining as she thought of many awesome applications she could do with the weapon.
Speaking of the weapon, it is as you might have guessed. It was a bow. Hinata had an idea as to why she had an affinity with it. The main contributor is probably the Byakugan which can allow her to see very far. In addition, the Byakugan possesses some kind of autocorrect but with accuracy and basically allows Hyuga to train their precision to much greater lengths than normal people. After all, the Gentle Fist is a technique that requires great precision and almost all Hyugas could perform it.
In addition to that, she knew that she could come up with certain ways to include her chakra into the equation judging by how weird it is. With all of these combined, she could probably become a Ninja Hou Yi. The difference was that Hou Yu shot down nine suns while Hinata would probably shoot down the moon in the future.
Happy with her discovery, Hinata happily picked up the bow and went to her father. Who at this point had joined the company of the shop owner. He just got too bored waiting for Hinata and even got to the point where he started curiosly inquiring about the different weapons to the shop owner.
As the two men saw Hinata approach with a bow in hand, they both instinctively felt that such a weapon would be the most suited for her. In fact, it would suit most Hyugas. They were all natural born archers but they disregard anything that doesn't have to do with Gentle Fist.
Hiashi paid for the bow and bought some practice arrows with it to allow Hinata to play with it while training in how to use it then went home with an even happier Hinata who was already jumping from happiness as they walked.
As soon as they reached home though, Hiashi decided to exact his revenge on Hinata for making him wait by upping her physical training. He did so by putting on weight on Hinata. Both of his arms and her legs were bound with 10 kg weight each which made training more than ten times harder. Contrary to expectations though, it was Hiashi who was helpless because Hinata was simply enjoying herself.
Even though she fell down from exhaustion just after ten steps, she was basically moaning in pleasure as her body slowly heals her damaged tissues and then further strengthening it. The feeling was simply heavenly. Just like how Hiashi described it, it almost felt like an orgasm. Just this was enough to make Hinata a training addict, not to mention the obvious tiny strength increase everytime she heals up.
Hiashi knew that his supposed punishment became somehow similar to masturbation to Hinata so he just left quietly and let Hinata moan in peace or else he'll get jealous of Hinata's ability to orgasm whenever she wanted to. He just left and looked for his wife to heal up his injured soul through pleasures of the flesh.
Meanwhile, Hinata started her archery training after torturing herself for hours with the weights. She first set up a few target practices which were basically just wooden logs with little circles personally drawn on them by Hinata. After doing so, she picked up her bow and started to aim at the targets. First, she did it without activating the Byakugan to see how she fares without it. And well, she failed miserably. The arrow landed at least a few meterd away from the intended target.
Hinata felt that there were no problems with her accuracy. Even with her Byakugan, she should still possess a certain level of accuracy as a blessing from the Byakugan. However, she soon figured out the problem, it was her stance and posture. She basically didn't do it properly that no matter how accurate she was, the arrow wouldn't fly to the intended path simply because Hinata didn't shoot properly.
Hinata didn't think this was much of a problem. In time, she would just adjust herself accordingly to the most comfortable position while also allowing her to maximize her strength and not mess up her accuracy.
