Chapter 3: Shocking Visit
Leo stood up carrying the bowl of strawberries, he opened the door
"Who is it?" he said in a soft voice.
He opened the door and as the door swings, a sweet scent enters his home and in front is a woman in a large white button up shirt
"H-hey neighbor" Leo was shock and just remained standing as he gaze on this beautiful woman
"Uhmm H-hello?" Shannon said, Leo got startled and look on Shannon's face
"Hey there" He just keep staring at her as his eyes feast on the woman's sexy shape and large boobs.
Shannon's face turned red as her eyes look down on Leo's hot and ripped body
"Shouldn't you wear a shirt?" she mentioned blushing
Leo got embarrassed and covers his body as he gestures her to go inside. Leo rush inside his room and get a shirt, while he was dressing Shannon talked to herself,
'He's so hot'.
Leo come out of the room and again his eyes were caught by Shannon's beauty and sexy charisma,
"S-so Shannon what brings you here?" Shannon looks up and stare at Leo
"Just call me Shane, I'm here to give you this" Shannon offers his hands and showed the box of strawberries
"Thank you!" Leo softly shouted, Shannon gently giggles "You're welcome"
The atmosphere turns quiet again as both of them stare at each other, Leo cough to try get rid of the awkward air,
"Ahem can I get you anything to drink? Coffee? Tea? Juice?" Leo asked.
"Do you have alcoholic beverages?" Shane answered with lust in her smiles
"Alcohol? I don't really drink, but I have a bottle of red wine is that good?" Leo shrugged
"Yeah that would be fantastic" Shane answered.
Leo turns his back on Shane "Feel at home Shane",
"Thanks" Shane answered as she put both of her legs on the couch.
Leo walked towards the kitchen and grab the bottle of wine and a glass
"You should've brought the strawberries tomorrow it's already late" Leo stated as he walks toward the couch where Shane sits
"The strawberries are just an excuse to get inside your house" Shane said before grabbing the glass and wine from Leo's Hands. Leo stood confused and watch Shane pours wine to the glass,
"So what's your purpose here?" Leo asked still confuse,
Shane takes a sip of the red wine and smiled after drinking "It's a secret".
Leo grab the bowl of strawberries and offered them to shane "Want some?", Shane grabs a strawberry took a bite out of it, after biting she sip wine from her glass trying to tease Leo.
"Would you like to drink with me?" Shane asked "I can't handle alcohol" Leo answered,
Shane burst into laughter "A guy that can't handle alcohol" she continued laughing "Yeah" Leo answered looking annoyed.
Shane saw Leo was pissed and drop her laughter "Sorry that was rude of me",
"Not a big deal" Leo answered softly.
Leo was quiet and Shane noticed it "Uhmm what are your plans for the other two floors?"
Shane curiously asked,
"I'm thinking of using the First Floor as a Coffee shop but I don't know what to do about the second" Leo answered.
"Maybe a Boarding House would be good?" Shane said
"Wouldn't that be a lot of work?" Leo answered trying to think about it
"It will be but I can help you" Shane answered while smiling
"Really?" Leo answered happily "But I have conditions, three to be exact" Shane added.
"Isn't that too many?" Leo with a suspicious look "Just hear me out first" Shane stated
"First, I want to work for you, like your personal assistant" Shane said confidently, Leo laughed "As my P.A.? HAHAHAHA I don't really work".
"Aren't you an engineer?" Shane grab her phone and showed Leo's Profile "It says here that you graduate in Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering",
Leo smiled "Already stalking me, you're giving me the creeps woman" then he laugh. Shane was embarrassed and Leo saw it "Yeah sure be my assistant in managing my future plans" Shane was glad to hear that.
"Second, Uhmm Let me live with you" Shane said with her head lowered. Leo was shock and his eyes were about to pop out
"W-what did you said? Are you insane?" Leo said in a denying tone
"Don't get it wrong, I just need a place to stay", she said in a begging tone
Leo was confused "Don't you already have a place to stay?" Shane was tearing up.
Leo has a soft spot for crying people "F-fine stop crying but I have house rules" Shane smiled and suddenly jumped and hug Leo, as she hug Leo, Leo can feel her boobs pressing on his chest and suddenly blushed and turn red
"Thank you so much" Leo push Shane away as his blood goes down to a specific part
"H-how about the place you stay in?" Leo ask turning his head away.
"I don't want to live there anymore it's so cramped and dirty" Shane said.
"O-okay, you can move here tomorrow, and that's your room" Leo pointed on the room with white door "I'll discuss the rules when you move".
Leo turn his head to look at Shane but she was nowhere in the house, then the door opened with Shane walking in with her stuff
"Which room?" Shane ask happily, Leo freaked out "You're moving in already? Shane laugh, "Yeah the one with white door right?" she asked.
"Y-yeah" Leo sighed "Why did I agree to this" Shane shouted from her room "Cause I'm beautiful" Leo sighed again.
"Leo can you bring me the box on the door?" Shane shouted. Leo stood up regretting his decision, he goes to the door and picked up the box and walk towards Shane's door
"Here's your stuff" Leo said in an annoyed voice, "Come in" Shane answered. Leo still annoyed slowly opened the door
As soon as Leo entered he dropped Shane stuff and his eyes where wide open "Here's my Third Condition..."
