Chapter 28: Welcome to Leo's Coffee Shop
Leo woke up early, he gets out of bed quietly so that the two won't wake up. He stepped to the bathroom and took a quick shower, after that he dress casually wearing sweats and a white shirt.
Before he walks out the room, he look at the two girls in his bed and smiled. As he gets out of the room, a sizzling sound can be heard, he walks toward the kitchen and saw Shye cooking.
He just stood at the counter and watch her cook, she was in her pink silk pajamas with her hair in a messy bun and in her glasses.
Leo sat in front of the counter and stared at her, "You look good" he suddenly said startling Shye,
"O-oh, Y-you're up. Do you want some breakfast?" she said flustered, Leo took out his phone and played a piano instrumental,
"I'll pass" he said as he plugs in the coffee machine.
His phone played 'Prelude in C major, BWV 846', he brewed coffee as the piece continue playing.
Shye finished cooking and sat at the table, her laptop and the food was in front of her,
After a while, tapping sounds irritated Leo as he listens to the piece, he leans his head looking for the sound, when his eyes found it his lips formed a slight curve.
It was Shye's left hand, she was unconsciously playing with her hand as she ate. Leo turned the volume down so that he could hear the tapping sounds when suddenly the two girls comes running out of Leo's room,
"Leo, where the hell are you?" Amarié yelled
"Why the hell are you shouting so early?" Leo answered annoyed turning his head towards the nagging Amarié,
Amy showed her phone at Leo, "The line is already so long downstairs" she said catching her breath,
"Wha-?" Amy cut him off and push her towards the door, "Go down already and open the shop, we're just gonna get dress" she said hurriedly,
"Okay okay" he hurried downstairs. After Leo left, Shye called on Amy, "Amy, How's your legs doing?" she ask smiling,
Amy blushed but she answered confidently, "I am fine, ask Shane that question" she answered laughing before rushing back to Leo's room to shower.
Leo made it downstairs, Cess and Hera were both in their pajamas peaking at the glass door, "Woah, Sir Leo's shop is famous" Hera said not knowing that Leo was behind them, "Yeah, they advertised pretty well" Cess added.
"Shouldn't you two be getting ready for school?" Leo's deep voice said startling the two,
"What the F?!" Hera said startled, Cess holds her chest from surprised from Leo's voice,
"Sir, you shouldn't sneak behind someone" Cess said rolling her eyes, Leo just laughed at the two, Hera pulled Cess upstairs "Come on, Let's get ready" she said irritated,
"Good luck, Sir" the energetic Cess said before running upstairs making Leo smile,
Leo looked at the glass door seeing the long line, " *Sigh* This is gonna be tiring" he said smiling before walking towards the door,
He grabbed the handle of the door and swung it open,
A smile paints Leo's face, "Welcome to All of You" he shouted, the two girls Shane and Amarié stood beside him, "This morning, We are officially opening Leo's Coffee Shop" the three yelled all together.
The crowd applauded with excitement, the two girls runs toward the bar. Students come rushing inside, Leo ran towards the bar.
Shane stayed at the counter to take orders, Leo and Amy work on the orders.
The line was so long and customers keep on marching in.
"Leo, one Iced americano, one matcha frappe and a black coffee" Shane yelled,
"Brewing!" he shouted back,
"Amy, bring out 4 croissants and 2 cannoli" she yelled again,
Amarié comes out carrying plates "Coming through, hot plate" she said as she goes to the table
The rush of customers got the three so busy, after a while the other girls go downstairs,
"Woah, it's kinda crowded here" Shye stated as she looks at the shop,
"Yeah, it is" Cess agreed, "Who would know that first day would be like this?" Hera added,
"It's all thanks to you girls" Leo's voice said from a far, The three girls smiled and started walking towards the kitchen,
"What can we do to help?" Shye asked tying her hair up, Amarié untied her hair,
"Nothing, you should head to school we can manage here" she smiled before going to a table carrying the tray of orders.
"You sure? We can help" Cess try to insist, Shane answered "We are sure, just focus on your first day"
"Okay, Shall we go?" Hera stated,
"But before you go-" Leo handed them take outs, "Here's some snacks" he smiled,
"Leo, took special care of that so you should accept it" Shane said smiling,
The three girl was touched, "Thank you" Shye said softly, "Woah, it's even our favorites in the shop" Cess notice as she looks in the bag,
"What a creep spying on what we like, but thanks" Hera added bluntly,
Leo just smiled and wave at them as they walks out the shop, then a light smack hits his head "Start working, BOSS" Amarié nagged at Leo,
"Yeah Yeah, I'm going" Leo rolled his eyes at her. The shop got hectic and orders keep on coming tiring the three.
After at least an hour, students head for their classes and the shop was emptied,
"Just a while ago, this shop was full and now it's empty" Shane was confused, "At least we have time to rest for a while" Amarié said,
"Yeah she's right, we should rest cause students may come rushing in at any moment" Leo added.
The three looked like a mess, "I think we should hire helpers" Amy suggested, The nodded in unison.
"Should I post it online?" Shane asked,
Leo stood up, "I have someone in mind so let's not put in the net yet" He said, "Can you two handle the shop, while I get our help?" He asked the two.
"Yeah, boss" the two salute their hands joking, Leo was about to stepped out of the shop when a girl enters.
The girl has long black hair, she was wearing a white hoodie and a grey cap paired with a black sweat pants. A cup A breasts and a tiny waist.
"Uhmm, I saw your ad, is there still room available in your boarding house?" the girl asked.
"Eyy Boss, someone wants to see the last room" Shane yelled, Leo turned around and as he see the girl his lips form a smile,
"I was just about to get you" Leo said.
