I went inside and started the car engine. Then walked away leaving the building's courtyard full of apologies from the CEO.

This morning I was not excited to go to the office. The effect of lack of sleep, the body feels tired. Wanting to ask permission from Miss Catherine feels lazy. Later the CEO judged I was unprofessional at work. Only for college purposes, I dare to ask permission from the admin.
"Clara... take this file to Mr. Calvin's room, okay?" asked Miss Catherine as soon as I came into the room.

After placing the sling bag in the drawer, I tidy up the stacked files. Then take him to the third floor. The atmosphere in the elevator seemed crowded, so I moved to the elevator next to it.

"Hey, Clara! It's still early, just brought a pile of files! Can't wait to meet the handsome CEO, ya," he sneered with a laugh. The friend next to him was surprised and then frowned.
"Clara is dating Mr. Calvin? Hm, you are very confident and brave, aren't you?!" he mocked.
"I'm not dating! We only meet for office business!" I answered firmly to cover the truth.
"But Mr. Calvin's treatment is different from usual! They are often alone in the parking lot!" Doni explained to his friend.

After talking to them the elevator door opened, and I went out to the CEO's room. They were going back down to the second floor.
The man named Doni is always nosy as if he is jealous of the closeness between me and the CEO. My position is higher than his.

The busyness of daydreaming almost missed the CEO's workspace. I knocked on the door and said hello.

"Why such a hurry?" asked the CEO, frowning.
"Miss Catherine said, There is a meeting this morning with the President Director, Mr. Surya," I explained.
"Oh, yeah, good thing you reminded me," said the CEO, patting his forehead. The CEO grabbed all the files and checked them one by one. Then proceed to the signature.
"Done...!" said the CEO.
"Thank you, sir," I said as I tidied up the files scattered on the CEO's desk.
"Clara, I'm sorry what happened yesterday, ya! I can't sleep thinking about it! I forgot that today there is a meeting scheduled," he explained.
