Then First I set Cross leg and use Basic Mana Breathing Technique to absorb Mana, Around 1 minute i since Their are Mama Practicals Floating Around in Air.Because i using This technique The The Mama particals Absorb By Me one by one in my body , then Feel like Something warm and fresh feeling inside my body It So Fresh and comfortable.
I then stopped The Basic Mana Breathing Technique and use Mana Control To control The Mana around my body at First i feel the Mana not my grasp but in some time The Mana Steadily Circulate around My body.
Now then I have to use Healing spell on Me To Recover This body Quickly in Roy memory he has already has the spell i then chanting the spell The green like warm like like float in My hands Then i place Where the brushes are.
Slowly but steadily My all brushes are gone But then i feel to Tired Because My Mana pool is almost empty.Now then i heal i have to plan for the future.Tomorrow I am Going to Meet My Father The Mark White No The Boron White He is not Needed to called someone like him Father.
