Chapter 19: Lilith's Lover
------Cecilia's P.O.V.------
I placed my hand over his right hand to check his mana currents. No way Wini has 6th tier mana core. he is only been in this world for near an year. Now that I think about it, his birthday is coming up. Putting other thoughts aside I checked his mana currents. Its.... SIXTH TIER?!!!? I shouted "WHATTT?!?!??!?' in literal shock. He is NOT EVEN ONE YEAR OLD. If this keeps up he will soon catch up to me.
"What happened sis? Is something wrong with my mana core?" he asked as he tilted his head in a concerned manner. After a moment of silence he asked me "So, how do I train my mana core faster? " with a straight face.
'How am I supposed to answer that? Even I, who use magic booster items to reach 10th tier.' I thought to myself. 'I make up an excuse. Then I go somewhere where he can't go to train my mana core. Otherwise I won't be able to keep up my dignity as his older sister.' I thought as I was sorting out my thoughts.
"Umm.... Just train your mana core every single moment you breathe. " I make up a fake training method to slow him down. He gestured as he found out something useful. "Thanks sis! I will try it right now!" he said with extreme enthusiasm. I feel bad for the kid. Its not something you can do even if you try hard.
"I need to buy some groceries for lunch. You stay at home and try the method I told you." as I say that I begin to hurry. If I can't live up to the respect he gives me then I don't think I can be myself.
Then I get outside of the house and find a spot to use the magic items to boost my growth.
------ Winifred's P.O.V ------
She technically just said always do mana training. I mean Its possible but I think it'll be really hard to pull this off. I don't know why she would want to buy groceries all of a sudden. Wait a minute. She was reading a red book. I should check what that book is all about.
I quickly start searching for the book and find it under the bed. "It says 'Lilly's Lover' on the title" I open the book and go the the first chapter.
'Chapter 1: Lilith
Once upon a time, there was a beautiful princess. She had beauty no less then a goddess. She platinum silver hair shun from the sun. The amethyst eyes attracted bees from far and wide. She pale white skin was no less then the moon. Her name was Lilith, Who people tried to rule.
Came from the royal family, Her was no short of words. People who were greedy, tried to marry. Her proposals were no less from kings. Tho', Her lover was no short from a king. This story is for that king . That king who won Lily's love.' I read the first chapter in my mind.
The first chapter was very intriguing so, I had read some more chapters until noon. The book is really really good. I have read upto chapter 16. From what I read. This King who conquered Lilith was the king of this nation. And this book is about Lilith's love-life. So.... This is technically the love story of the queen of this nation? This book could be a totally fiction.
"I'm home!" I heard a very familiar voice. I got scared and put the book where it was. Then I made a pose like I was meditating. She quickly rushed to check up on me. In the room she saw me meditating. Then she stood still for a bit then sighed.
