Jessica woke up to the sound of her alarm clock. While her eyes were still closed, she off it from the table next to her bed. She sat on her bed and rubbed her eyes. Jessica's eyes widened as she stared at nothingness. It's work day again so she just has to ready herself. Later on, she stood up then she fixed her bed and went straight to the bathroom inside her room. Jessica took a quick shower and came out immediately. She opened her dresser and took a work uniform and put it on.
She looked in the mirror to fix her hair. She only fixes her hair to look precise somehow. She doesn't like to put any lipstick on her face like women usually do. Even so, she can still be seen with her beauty, because her lips are naturally red, her complexion is smooth and her eyelashes are fluttering. She is just a simple woman that men can admire, but contrary to her dealings. Jessica is quiet and always silent. She always seem to be occupied with whatever she is thinking.
Jessica stared at herself again, as she stared at her emotionless face she immediately felt her tears dripping. She immediately wiped it with her palm and took her bag. Jessica walked downstairs, and she saw Razer having coffee in the living room while watching a morning show on tv.
"Are you going to work?" Razer suddenly asked so Jessica was a little surprised and also because he had a resounding voice.
Although he didn't turn to her, Jessica still answered his question
"Yes, I feel better now."
" Aren't you going to eat breakfast first?" he asked again.
"No, I will eat later in office" she answered.
"Alright! Be careful then." he uttered, still not looking on her side.
"Goodbye! I better go now." she said then walked towards the door.
Razer did not speak again.
When she arrived at the office, Jessica immediately focused her attention on working. She doesn't care about her co-workers who have just arrived and are already crowding around to talk. That's the routine of Jessica's work life. She doesn't really pay attention t almost everyone around her except to Razer, his mom and her boss. A few hours later, her boss approached Jessica with a smile. When she noticed her boss, she immediately stood up and bowed slightly to show respect.
"How was your feeling Jessica dear?" Mrs. Jade Sanchez asked.
"I am feel better now Ma'am. Thank you for asking." Jessica said.
"Well, I have new business partner that you need to talk. Since you are my assistant, I assume you can entertain him and make him trust us fully." Mrs. Jade said.
"Yes ma'am, you can count on me to do the job." Jessica uttered.
"Okay, meet him now. Mr. Lim is in the meeting room, he is waiting for you since he expect that I will send someone for him to talk about the partnership." Mrs. Jade said.
"Alright Ma'am, I must go." Jessica said then pick her laptop then walk towards where Mr. Lim is.
Jessica knocked three times first on the door before she turned the doorknob. From his seat, Mr. Lim looked at the door after he heard the knocking.
'It might be the person that Mrs. Jade sent' he thought to himself.
Jessica slowly opened the meeting room door and walked in with a smile. She looked respectfully at the old man sitting in the chair.
He stood up and stared at her intently. He smiled at her, suddenly the smile on Jessica's lips disappeared when she saw the man's face clearly.
It was as if Jessica was nailed to where she stand. Fear gripped her, her body began to tremble and sweat.
Suddenly the smiles of a man she had long wanted to forget appeared in her memory. Tears streamed down her eyes.
Mr. Lim started to walk closer to the woman who just arrived when he noticed her tears dripping then she unconsciousness.
Mr. approached quickly. Lim to the woman. He get his phone from his pocket and dialed Mrs. Sanchez number. After a few rings, finally Mrs. Sanchez answered the call. Mr. Lim told her what happened to her personnel and she hurriedly goes to the meeting room.
Jessica's boss called an ambulance and rushed her to the hospital. Mrs. Sanchez postponed the meeting with Mr. Lee and rescheduled it. She called Mrs. Brenda, Jessica's guardian. She told her that Jessica was on the hospital right now.

Razer hurriedly goes to hospital where Jessica is. When he entered the hospital, Razer immediately asked at the front desk where the patient named Jessica Villamor was. The person at the front desk immediately said that the patient he was looking for was in room 04. He said thank you and walked towards the room. Razer found Jessica lying in the hospital bed. He came over and sat down next to her. He was the one his mother ordered to watch over her because he was the only one his mother could count on and Razer had no choice but to obey.
Razer was shocked when Jessica suddenly shouted with her eyes closed. He can hear the fear in Jessica's voice as it says the words
"No! No! Please"
He woke her up immediately. When Jessica opened her eyes, Razer saw the tears in it and the fearful emotion it had.
Jessica sobbed as she hugged Razer. And the man could do nothing but rub her back to relieve her somehow.
