Chapter 6: Chapter 6 - Memories #unforgettable

Readers' concern – contains violence

After finishing dinner, I just started to analyze the data I found today morning. City map, shortcut roads, buildings, and many many things… I marked all of them on a huge city map. And from those few shortcut roads, I decided lots of alternatives from my University to my accommodated house or this mansion.

Finally, I decided the paths I should learn the next day. Ahhh.. those things were so familiar to me but the difference is, that I wasn't alone in this type of work before.

My dad and my group including Achiya, Jero, Shiffa, and Thilo were with me and they never failed to make me laugh. Ahh… I miss you dad… And you too little bastards.

"I just thought about your suggestion. It's better if you have a watch around schools tomorrow morning. As if they did the main deal somewhere else, they would have already started" This was one of the few missions I got from my dad in his last few weeks.

I still remember that day as if it was yesterday. I, who was in that freaking heart whelming dress, scared to death thinking that my dad would see me like that. Fortunately, everything went well.

******************

(Again, a few months ago)

I woke up early in the morning next day to wash my beloved bike before entering that mission. My gang had already gathered on time as they knew my rules.

It took me fifteen minutes to explain my plan to them and my stupid rascals cheered me up as always. In my plan, I divided them into the routes that my dad ordered me to check up on and advised them.

We started our little game even before those schools were crowded with school children. Those days, the main target of the drug dealing traffic was school teenagers as it was the age that one could be persuaded to experience anything easily.

We had some secret checkpoints in those types of missions but they were not fixed as we had to change those checkpoints often. They were some abandoned buildings, small street food shops, and some alleys also. No one.. literally not a single f*cking bastard could be able to sell those bullshit to those innocent students.

We had to keep some of our men at some distant alleys also because they might be tactful to do anything to escape from us. But nooooo.. you'll never be succeeded MFs.

Making my precious hypotheses correct, we could arrest three of their henchmen in action. You bastards.. by keeping a half-empty drug container with a few sh*theads, did you think to mislead me huh?

I'm not that much easygoing to mislead.. dumbass. If I've found the main drug deal on that day, you would be in hell alive.

Of course, they were super frightened and surprised at the same time by our sudden invasion of ours. Their distorted faces made me satisfied as my inner demon was super excited to drown them in hell.

We made sure to be careful not to use any weapon or something like that since we were near the school with thousands of children, We had to do it MANUALLY.

Surprisingly, it was super easy to operate our little mission. The main reason was that they never expected us to invade. Their misleading wasn't that successful. Damn bastards.

I dragged those f*cking sh*theads to our vehicle and Jero tied them up. Of course, we tied them in front of hundreds of people, and no one could argue or protest our actions as they all knew us.

I was the daughter of Mr. Mahamudali, the person who struggled to eradicate drugs from our society, and the person who had always been there for people suffering from injustice.

They always honored my dad. They loved my dad. They didn't pay any attention to the Mafia he handled outside the country.

After giving a deathly stare at the school teenagers who were trying to buy tiny packets of drugs from those sh*theads, I ordered my subordinates to drive the vehicle to our place. I took my bike as usual.

The police never crossed our paths. Everything we did was beyond the law and no one could complain about anything. Mainly, we have never done anything illegal inside the country.

Many loyal police officers never forgot to thank us for our social service as they were unable to do that within the frame of law. And some police officers… well I'm not gonna talk about it… It boils my blood.

We arrived at our place within half an hour. I locked them up in the dungeons just after Shiffa and Achiya finished the checkouts.

We found hundreds of tiny packets in their pockets and some daggers. What the hell are you dumbass doing with daggers near a school? Those MF s… Ahhhhh…

I locked the dungeon and turned to walk towards the meeting room. Achiya was staring at them with an emotionless face. His gaze was gloomed and I could understand why was that.

Two years ago, he was also in this dungeon for the same reason. I still remember his feared look glanced at me while he was in the dungeon.

Poor bastard… you should be proud of yourself. You have improved a lot. But something was wrong there.

"You betrayed us. Bloody betrayal" One of the men in the dungeon yelled at him. I looked at Achiya.

"you never did your job properly and now you have locked up your fellows" That dumbhead continued screaming. "What was that Achiya, What is he talking about?" My glance was so rude and the voice was deep and steady.

He walked out without saying any word and I managed to grip his hair and drag him down before he enters the meeting room. "What is that Achiya?" I asked him one last time in a calm voice.

"I worked with them in the past. In the same group there. I didn't do my duty properly and got caught up. Of course, I changed my whole life. In the best way, I must say. However, I lost my friends." That little bastard wasn't sobbing at all but his eyes were wet.

"They were doing this job in order to find some living. It was against our conscience at that time. But I think they do it now without any hesitation." Achiya continued while I was listening quietly.

The other three also gathered around us. I felt bad being rude to him at that moment. But my dad is my first thing. I must care more about him than anything else. Well… I think you've got my point.

I gave him a slight hug and patted his head. "Let's go" Ahh those sh*theads make me emotional. However, I couldn't go more than two steps because of Thiloo. He grabbed my neck and dragged me back.

"You emotionless rascal… just come here" Ahh those f*cking idiots never leave me alone when I want to be. "No more doubts within us" Jero smirked and they all hugged me at once.

"Hey, get away from me you dumbasses" I was struggling while Achiya was smiling again at me. "what??" I was faking my anger at that time.

Suddenly, he hugged me keeping his head on my shoulder. "Thank you, Sanjay. Thank you for everything you've done for me. You all changed my bloody awful life" Wtf that idiot was sobbing.

"C'mon Rascal… Get up now huh.." I hit his head with my clenched fist.

"hey, enough now" Jero dragged Achiya towards him to hug him. I turned toward the meeting room in order to hide my wet eyes from those bastards.

"I'll pay for the dinner today" I screamed while walking to the meeting room. "oh yeyeyy!!" They all were like little kiddos sometimes. They knew that it was my way to say 'thank you' or 'sorry'.

"Good morning, dad" It was the first time I saw my dad on that day since I had to leave for my simple mission in the dawn. He was doing some paperwork for his vehicle yard.

"Ahh… Good morning Sanjay, Had a good time??" He grinned at me raising his glasses. "I've heard nothing about your mission yet." My dad was super excited to be informed about my mission as always.

"We were right, dad. Three henchmen were arrested and locked up. They were selling drugs near schools. And how about your mission?"

I was informed that he has tracked a drug transporting path.

"Mm… they are on standby with well-prepared subordinates till my orders are released. We have to attack all those three trucks at the same time. If not, others would be escaped."

"Is there anything could I do dad?" I was super interested in his mission. But he rarely merges my missions with him cuz he knew that I was short-tempered.

"I'll manage it Sanjay, well… Thank you for asking. Try to get some information from your 'prisoners'." He was chuckling.

"Oh… c'mon dad…" I cried.

"I've told you Sanjay, You will coordinate all those things one day. Before that, you must learn lots of things. Especially how to control your short temper." He patted my head with love.

"Ok, dad, I'll leave first," My little bastards followed me when I was leaving. They too always wanted to merge with my dad's since it gives them to show off themselves to higher subordinates. Hahaha, poor fellows.

"What's next Sanjay?" Shiffa scratched his head with a distorted face of disappointment. "Let's have breakfast now. Cuz I didn't inform my mom when I left. Maybe she is super angry now and there will be a disaster if I was late for the meal."

Yeah no matter how bossy you are, your mom will always be your boss. That's my mom. Love you, mom.

"Oh! Shit…" Jero cried out. "Aunty invited us for the breakfast"

"F*ck, I could never escape from you sh*theads" I laughed and stepped toward the dining room. My mom always loves us for trying to destroy drug dealing threads although she is annoyed by my GANGSTER life. Moreover, She never wanted me to be a character like this while appreciating many missions of mine.

And this is a way of her appreciating us.

"Amma....… (mom)" That is me, her first child and the most annoying one. She was super angry at the moment, though she never showed it in front of my friends. Cuz she knew that I'm their boss as same as their friend.

"Sanjana… keep your feet down. Children, please sit down, I made your favorites today." Her smile was so wide and innocent.

I want her to smile like that, forever

"So, what happened today?" That was her most awaited question to be asked.

"Sanjay was right aunty, they've started it already. But we managed to arrest and locked them up." Thiloo was like a news reporter

"Oh my god… how could they do it to school children? Heartless beasts" Her voice was like a cry.

"Don't worry mom, They will never succeed till I am here." I pulled her braided hair while she was bringing dishes to the table.

"Don't make me angry in front of your friends Sanjana" Her glance aimed at my eyes. I blew a kiss towards her.

"Don't you think that you all need to get married one day huh… Especially your boss… she is in her age to marry and still knows nothing about the responsibilities of a wife." My mom always hinted at this point but today, she directly expressed her words.

"Mom…" I started screaming. "Why is that? I'm I wrong Sanjana?" She was steady on her opinions.

"Everything will be fine aunty, don't worry about her. She is the strongest girl I know." It was Achiya who was spitting words for the first time after that incident.

"Really, dude?" I gave him a surprised gaze.

"Hey, hey… are you going to score the 'good one' title?" Jero made all of us laugh. "From whom? Huh…" Achiya was annoyed.

"From future mother-in-law…" Shiffa was muttering under her throat and thanks to god, mom didn't hear that.

"F*ck you" I lip-synched at him.

I truly hated that shipping of our names and most importantly, I feared that Achiya would be mistaken for it as real. He was already trying to flirt with me. However, for me, they all were friends of mine and that's all.

"No need to score the good one title, work to be the good ones and the title will be yours" Oh mom… I hate those boring lectures.

"Woah mom… it looks delicious" I tried to change the topic before it gets horrible.

"I just needed to make some special meal for you all. Hope you will like it" Yeah, I told you that she was going to thank us for our mission.

"Of course, we love it, aunty. Thank you… you know what? We haven't had a delicious meal for so long." Again that was Jero.

"Ahem… Then what about yesterday's lunch out??" I was super annoyed by their overreacting. "I mean homemade food.." Jero had a cunning smirk.

"Ok, ok… Have your meals now…" She patted Jero's shoulder.

Actually, It was an extra special meal for a breakfast. My mom has made our favorite dishes for all of us. The whole dining table was covered with many dishes.

It is a habit of my mom.

Those greedy dumbheads ate till they are filled to the throat while I was maintaining my diet. Now you know all the deepest secrets of mine. So you will probably know why am I dieting.

After that amazing meal, a large bowl of fruits came as the dessert. It had all of my favorites so I hurried to load my plate with lots of fruit pieces.

"Oiiiii, Sanjay, leave some fruits to us," Shiffa screamed. "you Rascals had enough." My mouth was full of pineapples.

"How about today's plans, Sanjay?" Thiloo asked me while biting a piece of Apple.

"Get the shit out of them," I said calmly. Achiya turned toward me with a horrific face. "Why is that? They must know something. Also, we have done those things many times." I questioned his distorted face.

"I don't think I would be able to come… you guys continue it. I need some air" Achiya left the table suddenly.

"Hey, you are not one of them anymore. What is your problem? To whom your bias stands? Jero yelled at him.

"Let him go. Friends are friends… no matter what their attitudes and career are. It's better not to see his ex-colleagues get tortured. Being trustworthy is enough to be in my gang. I don't care what his past is."

I massaged my temples. "What's going on here huh… What did you say about torture? To whom are you going to torture." My mom appeared in front of me and that was the end of our argument.

"What is about torture, mom? I think you've misheard." I tried to change the topic. "Then where is Achiya?" She sensed the oddness of the environment.

"Ahh, he had lost his keys. Perhaps he misplaced them in the garage." I was very sure that she would never believe our lies.

Although she was the wife of an Ex-mafia, she had a very little experience with those things. My mom always wanted to be a simple housewife thing.

"Let's go then… we have so many things to do" I always tried to keep my rotten mouth silent and be the good one in front of her.

"Thank you, aunty, for this delightful meal"

"Thank you, aunty, you are the best"

"Thank you aunty!!!!"

They were all trying their best to complement my mom. We led towards the dungeon. While we were approaching the garden, we saw that bastard Achiya flying with his bike.

"That MF.." Jero screamed.

"let him go… It's better to be alone in some instances" I advised them. They never argued with my words.

Thiloo unlocked the door of the dungeon just after our arrival. They all were handcuffed and thrown to the ground an hour ago and they were in the same position till we were back.

Two of them were frightened by our arrival but the other one was too misbehaved. That sh*thead was the one who yelled at Achiya.

What's more, he was the one who couldn't catch easily. We had to chase him for a long time. The other two were scared to death and that made them too weak to be escaped.

I just wanted to start the inquiry from him as I wanted him to be suffered. Because of that bastard, one of my friends is in a problem. And also, my friends were about to argue. I too doubted Achiya for a second.

I hanged him on the roof of the dungeon with his hands. And the inquiry began.

"Tell me, who told you to do this? From whom did you get those drugs? We already knew the answer but we wanted them to confess.

We needed the information of those intermediate dealers who were in the middle of the hierarchy. It was the best way to attack the major drug thread.

He was super aggravated and didn't open his mouth at all. As the first step, Jero started to treat him with some beatings. When he was beaten one by one to his belly and middle body he cried with pain.

But no words came from his mouth.

The other two were terrified to death and they moaned more than the actual person who was beaten. I signaled Jero to stop.

"I'm asking you again bastard, who leads you?"

"you won't get any information from me rascals… Especially a good-for-nothing girl who wears boys' clothes" That MF… His words boiled my blood.

I grabbed his neck and tightened my grip till his eyes got rolled upwards. Jero, who realized my temper pulled my hand and released his neck.

I ordered Jero to start beating him again and he started to follow my order. This time, it was hard for that bastard, and I recognize that Jero's beats get stronger and stronger.

Yeah… none of them bears the words against me.

Finally, he started to vomit blood through his swollen lips. "enough for now" Shiffa screamed. I clenched a fistful of his hair and turned his head up. That f*cking sh*thead was about to pass out.

"I will not ask you again. It's better to spit it out. None of them will take care of your family although you get beaten to death here." I warned him for the last time.

That bastard was smiling. His mouth was covered with his own blood. "Those words won't work for me even though Achiya was fallen for your dad's fake mercy. That's why he couldn't complete his mission. That bastard betrayed us" He muttered.

I hit his belly with my knee again.

Thiloo and Shiffa pulled me away from that MF, therefore my anger was released towards the other two prisoners. I kicked them both.

I saw Jero beating him again. But he never spoke. Actually, he was not in a condition to speak anymore.

"Enough about him Jero. There are two more to be treated" Shiffa was smiling while grabbing the neck of one of them.

He was already dreading and we didn't have to ask him twice. That bastard knew nothing and was only following the orders of one who was already passed out.

The other one was also the same. Their appearance and body gestures, especially their eyes explained to us that they were just newbies.

The only way to get information was by the one who led them. Or the man who was passed out a while ago, if you want more. To do that, we have to wait till he gets his consciousness.

I released that bastard from the ties and threw him to the ground. Jero splashed a bucket of cold water over him. "Give something to eat for them," I ordered the guards of the dungeon while locking the door.

Yeah... We couldn't get anything from them but it was a normal thing for us. Most of our prisoners never spoke on their first day. Hahaha… just wait and see. They will spit out the darkest secrets of those drug dealing threads as well as their own secrets.

Be patient darling….

On that day, Achiya was missing for several hours. He returned when the sun almost disappeared. "Sanjay… I'm back. Just needed to be alone and relax my mind." He ran towards me just after he got off the bike.

"It's ok, where were you? Are you alright, now? I patted his shoulder. "went to the racing track for a while" He had a light grin on his face.

"Mm… ok just have a rest now. The other three are waiting for you." I smiled at him back. Suddenly, he hugged me for a second and backed off. "Hey, what was that for?" I felt something odd about him although their hugs were not new for me. I treated them all as my family.

"To thank and to say sorry." That bastard was truly smiling then. "Thanks for what? And sorry for what?" I questioned his awkward behavior.

"For everything" That was his only answer.

**************

I got my consciousness when a sudden teardrop was flowing down through my cheek. Those were my best memories ever. My golden era.

I just wiped off my cheeks and focused on the city map again. Although I wanted to erase my memory once, it was not that much easy. However, I do not want to erase them anymore.

It is my past, and it is the thing that built me, and raise me. I stand on it. And finally, my past makes the path for my future.
