Chapter 12: Chapter 12 Improvments
It had been two weeks since Aurore had started her training with Andrew and Viviane.
The young woman had established a routine. Every morning after breakfast, Aurore took the bus to the municipal park. There she was doing the exercises given by Andrew. From time to time, when she could, Viviane accompanied Aurore. After their workout, the two friends spend some time together. Sometimes they stayed in the park talking on a bench and other times they went to a café. The two women grew closer and closer.
Aurore fondly remembered Viviane's anger when she told her about her family's situation. She had also expressed the wish to one day meet Luna.
Once back home, after having eaten her lunch, Aurore allowed herself a one-hour nap to recover from her physical exertion. Once awake, she took care of the apartment according to the schedule established by Polaris. It was her least favorite time of day.
Once that was done, it was time to relax. Aurore had decided to immerse herself in the culture of this new world. She browsed the books and comics, listened to music, and watched a movie or series. Among all the works, she hadn't found anything that could compete with her favorite pieces from her old world.
Towards the end of the afternoon, Aurore began her daily musical training. It was the most rewarding moment. Once in the presence of the instruments, it was as if time accelerated. She loved learning music so much that she couldn't see the time passing. The progress she was making excited her a lot. She wondered how far she could go.
Once training was over, Aurore had her dinner. After washing the dishes, she spent the rest of her evening on the phone with her sister.
Luna's training is going well. The agency where she had been hired was very welcoming, as were her new colleagues. Luna's former supervisor, who had founded this agency, had several rules to combat discrimination.

After thinking for a while, Aurore came to the following conclusion. She couldn't improve if she just continued to modify existing songs. So there was only one solution left.
"I'm going to have to create my own song."
