In fact the conclusion Peter came up with more than half of it is true. Peters accumulated Karma was the very reason Peter got the chance to be reincarnated.
The only thing wrong in his conclusion was the amount of good Karma that he earned. It was not just large amount of Karma. It was astronomical level of good Karma.
When Peter donated all those money to those poor African and other poor like Nations, it gave them the chance to stand on their feets like other developed or almost develop like Nations very fast. As this time the Government of this Nations tried to fully invest those money to their fundamental and necessary developing projects for their country without being oppressed by other developed countries.
As this time they didn't give them the time to do so. And coincidentally enough this time this poor countries didn't even spend a major part of that money in their corruption.
All of this caused the human Civilization as a whole to develop rapidly. Not to mention the expensive entrepreneurs Peter sponsored.As those created or done some highly ingenious works which caused a Domino effect to human civilization to be developed at least 5000 years in the future in just 500 years.
Which in turn also caused a Domino effect to a Universal level.you see, at the time of creation of the original universe where the earth as we know is, caused some minor mistakes when setting it's governing laws.
Which is very normal for any Universe in the multiverse to have as all of them has it. It should be known that not all is perfect even if it is a universe even though it might not feel like it.
Although if there is a a problem in the settings of governing laws as the time pass little by little universe itself will be able to track those flaws down and will repair it automatically.
But at its birth all universes will do some fundamental mistakes which are not repairable even as time passes.
In fact all the universes mostly dies naturally because of this reason as this is the natural cycle for the universes itself.
But Peters final act that he had done caused such a Domino effect in a Universal scale that some of the fundamental mistakes done by the original universe were mostly repaired.
The chances are for this kind of Domino effect to happen are 1 in a googolplex which is 10 the power of googol as the googol is 1 followed 10 to the power of 100 zeros.
Which is extremely rare thing to happen even in the whole infinite multivers. even then those who might have done it will not be able to guess it for it to happen.As predicting a Domino effect of this level to happen is absolutely impossible if you are not Omnipatient.
In normal cases if there is someone like Peter who has done this Domino effect the said universe will be obliged to give that person so much power and such an immortality that even if the universe dies the said person will continue to live without having any backlash for it to compensate this level of good Karma since people in the situation most likely did not specify how to use this good Karma.
Dxd is fictional novel,Manga and an anime. In reality It is absolutely impossible for it to exist.
In The Infinite multiverse, there are many different kinds of Universe alongside the original universe and all this universes has the own parallel universes.
In all this, every parallel universe has went different ways from their original causing different events to happen from their original.
But all these different events all together causes new events to appear which are impossible for their original universe to ever happen causing new parallel universe to be born from this parallel.
Because of this parallel cycle it is called infinite multiverse.
But even then it is not possible for those universes to exist which Peter read in the novel.
Even though multiverse has infinite number of universes which are continuously being born and dying it has its own set of rules.
It is infinite multiverse not an impossible multiverse. At most there could be Universes that have similarities with the novels universes but it could not be 100% same.
Although it is not absolutely impossible depending on what kind of novel it is. Novels are stories which writers make taking the Views From reality to their perspective into an imaginary world which could have or could not happen and write it for everyone to read so they could imagine the same thing and see what he saw.
And this could have happen is a possibility which is present in the multiverse although it depends if it is too fictional for it to be real so that it could not exist.
Because of this from all the novels Peter has read his original universe only found dxd with 100% match from its search which was fueled by Peters good Karma. Since Peter has wished for it.
Because Peter has wished for it at the moment before his death and specifying it to use his Karma that the laws of the original universe was obliged and tried to fullfill it. if it was possible rather than the normal situation with people like Peter since he specified it.
Although Peter doesn't know all these he knows that it is only by luck that the dxd existed with 100% match and he also knows that almost all the novels he had read their real Universe most likely do not exist.
After coming to a possible conclusion Peter tried to think of a plan for him to become strongest.
What did you thought peter doesn't want to be comes stronger Unlike the fanfictions he had read? Of course he wants to who would not. This world has real magic, real power.His old world didn't give him this kind of opportunity,he would be fool To miss it.
After deciding on it he started thinking about making various future plans.But for it to work and making other new plans for him to become strong he needs knowledge which were not specifyed in the original novel.
As it just specified how issei became a haram king but they are not all there is to dxd. There are many powerful people from other panthions and there abilities which were not specificed in the novel. There could be many different ways to become strong which were might not had been said in the novel.
Since peter was born in a magician family he at least has a good starter for knowledge. But for now he has to grow like a healthy baby for his bright future and enjoy his time as a baby with his new parents and family as he is sure his parents before his reincarnation lived a happy life because of his Karma.
If someone asked him why he is so sure with all this possible conclusion that he has ? Well because his past 24 years of life before his reincarnation taught him to think about the most probable thing or a person could do in a possible situation you could find yourself in the future to prepare a counter attack for it.
And thats how Peter was able to break out of in many tough situation but if there is something he is 100% sure in a situation then Peter would prepare himself even if his prediction were to go wrong or there is nothing more that he could possible done.
Although leter only happened one time in his life or the last time to be precise in his life as that event was his death without mentioning his carelessness in that event
