Chapter 1: boogeyman… wait what?
Kai opened his eyes to see him self in pitch black but at the same time he could see clearly even though it was no windows. He was sitting down in a closet with a smile on his face no matter how hard he tried he couldn't stop smiling.
"Hmm a closet huh" he spoke in a low town like a whisper. He then heard a whimper after he spoke that came from outside the closet. Kai eyes focused as he stared at the door that opened the closet and then he was able to see through the door. It was night time, and a boy was staring at his closet with a terrified expression. Kai grumbled as he looked at the boy through the door and it was followed by the boy yelping a bit.

A small screen the appeared in front of Kai face he slouched back before looking at it and reading it."where am I? what am I? Ah tbh I could care less.." he said as he looked at the small screen.

"Where's everything else" he thought before a text popped up. 'Everything else is as high as it can be in this form there for it has no need to be shown' the text read as he looked at it his smile went down a bit but still was indeed a sinister grin.
"Understandable I suppose". He cocked his head back towards the boy as he stood up in the closet as he stood up he hit his back on the ceiling. He couldn't stand up all the way but at his hight currently, he was at least 7'11 feet tall.
"I feel so at home in this closet even if it's cramped but I have the urge to taste the fear of this boy and so many others." He said as his smile perked up to the point it almost touched both his eyes before he licked his lips.
He used umbrakinesis to make the darkness thick in the closet. He started to tap his long claw like finger on the door then stoped and drug it down the door making a slight shredding sound as it went down. The kid started whimpering and crying "D-Daddy come get me." He said quietly as he put the covers over his head "drg d-daddy heh..D-daddy come get me." Kai said as he tried to mimic the boy.

The boy eyes looked as if they where gonna pop out there socket's. Kai slowly sled open the closet door a bit but you couldn't see anything from how thick the darkness was on the inside, Except two yellow glowing eyes.
The boy opened his mouth and screamed. It echoed outside the house. Kai slide the door closed slowly before he heard thuds coming up the stairs and the room door slamming open

" intresting " Kai thought before he looked up after hearing the boy say something " it came from in the closet. It was looking at me from in the closet!" He heard the kid say as he was clutching onto his father " ok champ I'll check the closet for you ok"

As soon as he heard the voice he felt his body distorting as he slowly turned into a toy lyrics on the floor. "see champ nothing to be scared of. Now go to sleep " the dad said before walking out the room and closing the door
As the door closed he distorted back to his previous form. he slid the door open swiftly and quietly the boy looked with fear and noticed he couldn't even scream at the horrific monster that stood before him.

"What's wrong boy. Am I not handsome enough for you " the words came out distorted and in multiple voices. Kai wrapped one of his long skinny hands around the boys face. "Such a nice family you have. I hope it's ok if I stay" Kai said as his grin became stretched across his face and completely distorted as it looked as if the black skin that laid on his skeleton was about to peel open.

The dad kicked open his sons room and broke the door of the hinges but all he seen was his son there Laying on his bed with a terrifying expression and soiled underwear. "Champ! Champ talk to me!" But the kid couldn't say anything because right above his dad was Kai sitting on the roof with a finger over his smiling mouth telling the kid to hush

This made the grin on Kai face spread even more. He almost let out a cackle but he refused.
The dad picked up the boy and walked out the room with the boy over his shoulder when he looked over his shoulder all the boy seen was Kai waving at him from the dark room, with a smile from ear to ear.
