Zeus "...I want to be sent to the world of Pokemon"
Vengeance God "Hoh, an interesting choice indeed! Very well to the Pokemon world you will be sent, it will be up to you from then on, you will receive no more help from me. Now then Miss Love, since you now know the world the boy will be going to, what kind of help will you give him?"
Zeus and the Vengeance God turned their attention to the Love Goddess.
Love Goddess "Well surely it's quite obvious, I give you the power of love of course. In a world where bonding with powerful creatures is key to survival, there can be no greater power, but I'll let you figure out the specifics"
Before Zeus could process just what the Love Goddess had given him, the Vengeance God decided to wrap things up
Vengeance God "Well in that case there is nothing more to do except send you on your way, I hope you'll give me a good show, I'm rather impatient for you to start so best of luck!"
Zeus hurriedly tried to cut in before he was sent off "Hey wait I have more que…."
He was too late as he felt his soul vanish from the previous space and the feeling of hurtling through a tunnel came to him.
He tried to see what was happening but he was moving too fast, and before he knew it, he started approaching a planet similar to earth, with many continents made up of very different environments and vast oceans separating them. The biggest difference however was the sheer size of it, at least 10x bigger than the planet he was familiar with.
'I'm coming for you' was the last thought going through his mind before he lost consciousness.

*groan*
Zeus awoke with what can only be described as a killer hangover and the bright sun overhead did not help.
It took him a few seconds to get used to the feeling of having a body again. He sat up and looked around.
He found himself on the bank of a large lake with crystal clear water, far bluer than any lake on earth. The lake was surrounded by a large forest with a small clearing next to the bank he was on, on which was a campsite with a small one person tent and a campfire which looked like it had been snuffed out for a few hours at least.
After taking in his surroundings and finding no immediate danger, he turned his attention to his new body.
The first thing he noticed was the huge scar going diagonally across his chest, as well as many more smaller scars across his arms and legs. His clothes were torn in various places and soaking wet.
Zeus 'Hmm, seems this body's owner went through quite the fight before dying, and clearly ended up in the lake. Either he was thrown by someone trying to dispose of the body, or he fell in after succumbing to his wounds'
Zeus patted his body and traced his fingers across the new scars
'Hmm, not as many scars as my old body' he thought as his memory flashed back to the hellish training he went through which most people would probably just call torture. 'What about my face'
Zeus looked at his reflection in the lake and was surprised by what he saw.
Zeus 'Typical transmigrator luck, I'm super handsome'
He had a perfectly sculpted face with dark red hair that ran down to his shoulders and his eyes were a stark contrast as they were thin and a bright cyan color. Unlike the rest of his body which was covered in fresh scars, there was only one on his face, a vertical cut that went over his eye which must have also healed on his possession of this body. (AN: Think Todoroki from MHA with long red hair with the eye scar of Roronoa Zoro from One Piece)
'It's gonna be difficult to not stand out with such a look, especially if this body's death was a targeted assassination, it will be hard to hide from them. I should find some way to disguise myself before returning to civilisation just in case.'
Fortunately Zeus was no stranger to creating disguises and knew plenty of ways to change his appearance using things found in a forest.
'I have very detailed knowledge of the Pokemon world thanks to her, but I have to keep in mind, this is now a reality, not a game like the ones she played.'
Zeus broke out into a rare smile remembering how his sister would always talk to him about the current generation game she was playing or the latest episode of the anime. But that smile quickly vanished as the novelty of this new world faded and he remembered why he was here.
'I need to focus on survival right now and getting set up in the forest as I should wait before going to a town or city. I should also try to find out which region I am in, I might be able to figure that out from the Pokemon inhabiting this forest. Then I need to plan exactly how I will return to my world and rescue my sister.'
Zeus wandered over to the campsite to see if there was anything useful. Inside the tent he found a sleeping bag and a backpack. After pouring out the contents of the backpack, he found some tinned food, a water bottle, a knife and a first aid kit, but also some items he recognised as things exclusive to Pokemon.
First off was 3 purple spray bottles which he concluded were potions, as well as 5 red and white balls which anyone could recognise as pokeballs. There was also something that looked like a miniature red computer which Zeus also recognised.
'This must be a pokedex, I'm pretty sure that people also used these as a form of ID in the anime which means that this should contain information on who the original owner of this body was.'
Zeus closed his eyes and started contemplating, but not for long.
He opened his cyan eyes which showed off his fierce resolve as he grabbed the pokedex, went out of the tent, and threw the device as hard as he could into the lake.
"I don't know who you were or how you died, it doesn't matter, but this body is no longer yours. I am not you nor will I ever be. I am not here to take your revenge, I am here to get a shot at mine, and nothing will stand in my way"
Zeus turned his back on the lake with the drowning pokedex and returned to the tent. He packed up everything inside of the backpack, which he was shocked to discover seemed to be able to fit everything inside of it with ease.
'There must be some spatial technology at work here. But its not actually that surprising when you think about how pokeballs can store creatures as large as buildings with no problem'
After taking down the tent and packing that away too, he finally turned his attention to the 5 pokeballs he held in his hand.
'I wonder if any of these have a Pokemon inside? Only one way to find out.'
Zeus picked up one of the balls and pressed the button in the middle causing the ball to expand in his hand. He didn't hesitate to throw it into the air and couldn't help but hold his breath in anticipation. The pokeball came down, hit the ground and burst open to reveal… nothing.
'Guess this one is empty.'
But what Zeus didn't expect was that all 5 of the pokeballs were in fact empty.
'Did this guy not have any Pokemon with him, or were all the pokeballs that had Pokemon inside taken or lost when he was killed. Oh well, at least I have some empty balls to catch some of my own Pokemon. Speaking of which, since I already have food, water and a tent for shelter, I can take some time to decide exactly what I need to do next'
Zeus put the empty pokeballs away as he sat down and started plotting.
'Strength, that is the foundation of my journey in this world. If I recall correctly, there are a few Pokemon that have the abilities I need to cross dimensions and reverse time, however all of them are either mythical Pokemon, or literal gods.
'That is a level too far away to think about for now. But the path to get there is simple. I need to catch a team of Pokemon and train them to be able to take these beings on.
'If one team is not enough, I'll train another. If two teams are not enough, I'll train a third. I will train as many Pokemon as I have to to obtain the strength necessary to catch those beings.
'The best way of raising a team is to take on the Pokemon league. Most regions have a league, where a trainer needs to travel around the region to collect 8 badges from Pokemon Gyms.
'Places designed to test trainers with tough battles. Once you have collected 8 battles, you can qualify to compete in the Pokemon League, a grand tournament for all the trainers who have reached that point.'
'That is the first step I have decided to take on this path. To do so I will need to catch some Pokemon. The question is, which ones? Do I go searching for the best of the best or do I take those I can get.
Searching for the strongest seems like a waste of time, anyone can become strong with training, and with the training I've done in my life, I'm confident I can turn any Pokemon into the strongest of their species.
'But I can't forget the second half of this transmigration story. The gift the Love Goddess gave to me, the power of love and with the hints she dropped, even an idiot should understand what exactly it means. The stronger the bond I have between myself and a Pokemon, the stronger they become. I'll need to see just how much power it can give but since it's a gift from a goddess, it won't be a small amount that's for sure.'
For the first time since dying, Zeus's signature smirk that no one had ever seen and lived, crept across his handsome face.
