Chapter 88: NO ANSWERS

I escaped from the castle. Well not technically escaped, all I did was leave the room Ivan instructed me to stay in while they go and plan whatever it was they wanted to do with me and Tag'arkh. I went outside and let out a low whistle, summoning Blue. I told him to head to my mother's place but I told the guards that I was just going for a walk.

"You lied." Blue mind linked me once we were out of the castle gate.

I shrugged. "Oh well, not really. We are going for a stroll but also going to see my mother."

"Ivan doesn't know about this, does he?" Blue asked as we journeyed towards my mother's side.

I bit my lip and turned to look back at the castle. "No, no he doesn't." I whispered softly. Gods, he was going to be so furious.

"And now you are lying to him again." Blue pointed out, "He isn't going to trust you after this Arianne."
