Chapter 11: Kyōei
After a good sleep, Leo woke up in the morning feeling excited about another day.
He ordered Rigunn to gather everyone in the village, as he had an announcement to make.
- 10 minutes later-
Everyone gathered in one place awaiting for Leo to talk, Leo realizing that everyone is here started talking while showing three fingers.
"*cough* I'll make this short and simple, I have three rules for you to follow:
Firstly - No belittling others.
Secondly - Follow your orders and lastly the third one - Work hard. That's it."
The Hobgoblins and moonwolves were confused by the first rule and one of them managed to speak "Leo-sama what do mean by -No belittling others-?"
Leo looked at them and said "Don't let the strength you gain bully those who don't, no matter the race they are, Pride can be allowed but not ignorance and arrogance."
After following the words of Leo all of them nodded, while Rigunn had stars in his eyes and saying "As expected of Leo-sama, such profound words."
*Clap* *Clap*
Leo claped his hand gaining the attention again and continued "What I am going to build is something that is going to revolutionize the world and the nation that I create will bring the world prosperity whether I am here or not, so from now on the Forest of Jura will be named
~Kyōei Federation~ (A/N: Translates to english meaning Joint Prosperity.) But of course the world is not going to accept this just because I said so, we will need to get stronger starting with naming the moonwolves and then trading with other nations and countries as we expand to the entire Jura Forest and become the place everyone dreams of seeing, ARE WE ALL CLEAR?"
Rigunn and the others were in a daze and were enlightened by the ambition of their master but quickly got out of it and said "Yes, Leo-sama!"
Afterwards, all the moonwolves lined up and had their tail wagging because of their excitement, a monster getting a name isn't something you can see everyday let alone getting a name for yourself.
Leo suddenly thought of the idea of not naming all of them but only one clan just like in cannon, so he said to them "there is no need to line up from now on you will be Yuki Wolves (Yuki=Snow) the Night Watch of Kyōei" and then he pointed a finger to the only young pup in the Yuki wolves and said "I give you the name of -Shiroi- and the title of future leader of the Night Watch, as you showed bravery the other day and I deem you worthy that title."
The young pup woffed and then a golden cocoon eveloped him and the rest of the wolves followed afterwards. After a few minutes the young pup's cocoon cracked and white light came out.
He had grown to the size of an ordinary wolf and a snowflake simbol colored in black appeared in his shoulder, his aura completely changed and now the wolf had the aura of a born leader as his blue eyes gazed his surroundings with more intent behind them.
They all kneeled in front of Leo and howled, meaning they will serve their master until death do them part.(A/N: No its not a wedding,hahaha.)
"Prepare to head out to Dwargon" said Leo to Shiroi and went inside his house(tent).
Leo sat down in the bed he made full of cotton and asked Sora "How much does the teleportation skill cost?"

Thousands of skills that are related to teleportation appeared before Leo's eye, skills that he has seen through anime, mangas, novels.
Leo entered a thinking phase and asked Sora "What is the difference between the first three skills and the others?"
<Lesser, normal and higher teleportation is the base skill of all the other teleportation skills making it the one with the highest potential, because its essence is so one could teleport wherever he wishes and with this skill as base many other skills have been created such as flying thunder god, shadow exchange etc.. >
Leo was excited hearing this skill's potential "Does that mean that if i buy the lesser version, as long as I train hard, I'll be able to make it higher level ??"
<Yes.>
"Okay then, buy the lesser version, thank god i stopped by Veldora's cave and killed some monsters, otherwise I would have to hunt some now."

Leo sighed at the screen before him " I am broke once again."
The only way Leo could obtain massive amounts of points is to wage wars against kingdoms, that's something he is not ready yet and doesn't want to do, although he has the abilities to destroy one. The other kingdoms won't stay put and might make alliances to go against him while also attracting the attention of the demon lords, something which he is trying to avoid until he is strong enough.
"The only choice left is to go to other worlds with monsters, that way not only will I make loads of points, I will also get to train more freely."
