Chapter 3: Grimmauld Place
I sat on the shore of Azkaban frozen not knowing what to do for a few minutes when I thought to escape first and think later because sooner or later the ministry will find out that Sirius Black escaped.
After thinking for a while, I decided to go to Grimmauld place as it was the only safe place, for now, to think and plan appropriately. I made my way to Grimmauld place as a dog in my Animagus form. It was a good thing that I have Sirius' memories and his instincts.
I reached his house after a day of travel with the help of buses and trucks. I entered the house and was assaulted by a shrilling voice yelling at me saying how I am a disgraceful son and I should have died before stepping into this house. I realized that this was Walburga Black Sirius' mother and J K rolling didn't do justice to her character. She was very biased and her voice was pounding in my head so I yelled at her to shut up, I suppose she was surprised because she shut up.
After looking for a while I can feel dark vibes coming from the house and I called for Kreacher who popped in and started muttering - "Mudblood-loving master is back, Kreacher doesn't understand. Oh, how mistress will be disappointed in poor Kreacher" - I immediately ordered him to shut up and never speak to another person or portrait without my specific orders. I remembered Kreacher relaying to Narcissa and Bellatrix that Sirius is Harry's weakness and ordered him not to leave this house ever, never intentionally harming me and Harry and forbidding him from speaking words like Mudblood and Half-blood ever.
After that I started working on my Occlumency shields, I was surprised that Sirius knew Occlumency but then I remembered that Sirius was a member of House Black and in many fanfictions, certain Heirs are taught Occlumency from an early age. After spending about 3 hours on my occlumency, I managed to stabilize my mind enough and sort my and Sirius' knowledge and memories differently and I can instantly feel the difference, I can remember the books better and can start planning accordingly. I can also remember Sirius' Magical Education better. Let me explain Occlumency a bit
"Occlumency is the art of magically defending the mind against external penetration, sealing it against magical intrusion and influence – the defensive counter to Legilimency. Elementary Occlumency involves clearing the mind of thought and emotion so that the Legilimens can find no emotional ties to memories that the target wishes to conceal. Simple resistance to attack requires similar skills to those needed to resist the Imperius Curse. Occlumency allows the user to suppress only feelings and memories that contradict what the user wishes a Legilimens to believe, thus allowing the Occlumens to lie without self-betrayal. In its advanced form, one could form a mind palace where one could sort memories and knowledge. It also helps in creating fake memories which although not enough to cheat Veritaserum can cheat Legilimens."
After a brief session of Occlumency, I went to find family wands and after trying a few of the wands, I got a match. It was as good as mine, this wand belonged to one Belvina Black. After relearning a few Glamour charms, I went to a normal restaurant to have dinner. After dinner, I went to father's study where I had Kreature clean (Kreacher was surprisingly compliant after a few harsh words about betraying regulus' memories of the house) and start writing immediate plans
· Recover my mind and body
· Prove my innocence to harry and dumbledore (I don't have much faith in ministry)
· Let Voldemort resurrect with Harry's blood (I will explain in a bit)
· Train me and Harry so we can survive
· Make sure Moony and Dora with many Order members survive this war
This was an immediate Draft after which I went to sleep peacefully after much time.
