Luffy, Ussop, were enjoying the cheer's of the people. While Sanji was looking at girls, who were cheering for him.
Anchoring the ship, everyone landed on the ground and met the Mayor of Whiskey Peak. His name is Igarappoi.
When Igarappoi introduced himself and about the town. Kei suddenly came forward, which surprised the crew.
"Hello Mayor, Can I have an opportunity to shake hands with you?" asked Kei, while smiling.
"Oh?, Sure.." Just when Igarappoi shaked his hand, a voice played in his head. (Can we have a personal talk , where no one is able to see us?)
This is the skill called 'Thought Communication', where he can talk with anyone telepathically within a 5 meter range. Just like Ranga and Rimuru Tempest. He got it from the Random Skill box, after defeating Buggy and Alvida.
As Igarappoi was surprised, Kei hurriedly said, (I will explain later, For the time being act normal.)

Zoro and Ussop silently took their leave dragging Luffy out with them . As they didn't want to get involved in the lover's matter. Which was the most intelligent move, unlike Sanji.
" Nami-swan!! You look Beautiful , whichever expression you keep!!!" said Sanji, only to be ignored by her.
As she clearly heard Sanji's conversation, So she replied back sarcastically.
"Oh?...Sorry, for not being the most beautiful lady…"

Later, the party started and everyone started to sing and dance. While Zoro would compete with People , against who could hold on until last, after drinking the booze.
Nami also took the challenge, as it involved Money. Later she got dizzy and slept.
"O, Kei, you said, you wanted to see, one of our best girls right. Come.. let me show you!" said Igarappoi, while calling Kei out. While the people were confused.
"Yes!, I'm really excited to meet her!!" said Kei, while he used his Skill, (Just act normally, when we get into the house, and talk, like we do now, while I can talk with you like this!).
They had to talk about this because Kei could feel both Mr. 13 and Miss Friday presence along with other members such as Mr. 9, Miss Monday etc.
Well Kei knew that Baroque works would be coming any moment, and if he wanted to inform them, he could do it openly instead of this stupid way.
But he wanted to create a good credibility in front of both of them. For his plan.

Igarappoi, brought us to a small house, and closed its door. While he saw Miss Wednesday sitting on the floor.
"Oh, we meet again Miss. Wednesday! Indeed you are one of the most Beautiful girls in the town!" said Kei. (Hello, there, Princess, how do you do?)

For a moment both Vivi and Igaram went silent and glanced at each other.

"Ok, Mayor!" said Miss Wednesday aka Vivi (Do you work for Baroque Works??)

"Here! Kei-san!" said Vivi (What information?)

"What!!!!" shouted Vivi in a loud manner.
Seeing that she messed up, she hurriedly thought of a scene where Kei was looking at her cleavage.

"Isn't it your fault? Miss Wednesday, that you wore such revealing clothes?" said Kei, clearly feeling wrong. (Just understand, you're exposed, and Mr.5 and Miss Valentine are on their way.)
"Hahaha, Sorry Kei-san, but please refrain from looking at her cleavage, she is a very shy girl" said Igaram (Are you talking the truth?, But how can we believe you?)
"Ok, Sorry for my behavior, Miss Wednesday, But still you are really beautiful, to make me act like this!!" said Kei (It's up to you, to believe or not, I will now, then go back to my crew mates)
As he was about to stand, he saw the door to the room opened up with a loud bang.

Kei glanced at them in panic. As he knew , he was fucked up. (Oi, do something, Please, Or I might not survive!! Please, Princess Vivi, Igaram-san!!!"
But alas he expected too much from them. As they avoided his gaze, while Vivi was holding her laughter back.

After the door was closed, "Hahhahahah!" laughed Vivi while holding her stomach, until tears came out of her eyes.
While Igaram nodded his head in surrender.
Later both Igaram and Vivi discussed it in seriousness. And decided to wait, and confirm the authenticity of the information given by Kei.
