Chapter 61: Vivi & Goodbye
[Vivi's Pov]
It has been 2 weeks since my Coming of Age Ceremony. Where after I am considered a responsible adult and being handed some of the responsibilities carried by my Father or rather King Cobra.
Currently I am dealing with a matter related to the Alabasta Country. But I am not able to concentrate on my work right now, because of Kei-san's departure.
And it had also been 2 week after that kiss-on-the-cheek incident.
That's right after that incident I ignored him for a day or two due to my embarrassment. But after seeing him sad, that I wasn't talking to him. I decided to talk to him again.
Later we did a lot of fun things, like eating his new food recipes or new device which he called Smartphone, where we can store our photos in it along with our recordings of that certain moment. Yeah we also took a picture together, which was called Selfie or that's what Kei-san told me.
Oh I also heard lots of amazing Music songs from his magical device called MP3 player. At first when I first wore those black ear mufflers, I was curious about them. Since it was comfy and soft to wear them on my ears.
But suddenly a sound of Monster roaring was heard from those mufflers into my ears, which really scared me, to the point I threw them out of the window. But safely Kei-san caught it in time.
After that prank, I ignored Kei-san for a good one day, to which he apologized by bribing me with Dessert called Cheesecake. And that cake was really tasty, yeah , just like cheese.
Sometimes Kei-san would also look at me with those hot eyes, or more to be precise at my deep cleavage, which I intentionally would show him. Only to get his funny reaction. Like that time

After some consideration, I decided to change my strategy and came to a conclusion. Tonight, I will confess to Kei-san!!!

Finally tomorrow, I will be leaving this place and going to Skypiea. Since I have some Business to do over there.
And I also assigned the required tasks to all of my subordinates. So now I can leave this place, without any worry.
But the thought of leaving this luxurious place saddens me. Because, I had been slacking a lot lately, while enjoying the food and managing my restaurant business. But the real reason was because of Vivi.
I had a lot of fun spending time with her. She is a very meek and a cute girl, if you ask me. But when it comes to matters related to her country, she would take it seriously, completely different from her previous personality.
I was even surprised by such a drastic change in her attitude. Making me doubt whether she was really the same Vivi, who had a bubbly and polite girl.
Well the most surprising time was when she kissed my cheeks, when she said she wanted to tell me some important matter.
And after that incident, she started to act strange.
Like the next 2 days she ignored me. Since she was embarrassed to face me after that incident. And I felt sad due to it. Since being ignored isn't a very funny matter. I felt that I lost something important to me.
But soon, we reconciled with each other, and started to spend time, just like how Normal friends would spend their time.
And that is where the strange things started to occur more. Like she would wear revealing clothes around me or sometimes she would expose her deep cleavage, which I couldn't look away from and the most crucial thing was whether this act was intentional or coincidence.

"Nothing much, Just taking a nap." said Kei, while taking a seat on the chair across the bed.
"Oh~" said Vivi absentmindedly for a moment before she stopped her eyes on him.
"Hm?..What's the matter Vivi?" asked Kei, while he was confused by her action.
"Kei-san, I will ask you clearly, Since I am almost out of time!" said Vivi, with great seriousness.
"What?..." asked Kei, while looking at her, as he was confused by her unusual reaction.
Vivi inhaled a large amount of air, while breathing out, after which she asked in a clear voice, while flustering,"Do-Do you like me?!!"
Hearing this Kei's jaw almost dropped on the ground. He didn't expected such a straight confession from Vivi.
Now it's become a little hard for Kei to handle this situation.
He felt into a deep thought about how to answer Vivi back. Because it's his second time being confessed by a Girl. Ofcourse if he excluded those Girls in Alabasta City, who would in turn sometime try to flirt with him.
Seeing Kei's silent response to her question. Vivi felt uncomfortable. Her heart started to palpitate rapidly as she feared the scene of Kei rejecting her.
Indeed Rejection is bad for the heart. Even a Beautiful girl or a handsome guy, who had years of experience with the other sex, would feel uncomfortable after being rejected. So is the same with her.
Vivi's eyes started to tear, unconsciously as she felt that her heart won't be able to handle Kei's rejection. But still she steeled her heart strong enough, while biting her lower lips and waiting for his answer.
Meanwhile Kei, who saw Vivi's crying face, panicked , "Oye Vivi, what happened, why are you crying?..." as he too was quite surprised by her sudden outburst.
"It's ok Kei-san, if you want to reject me, please say it , Don't feel bad about me~" said Vivi, while wiping her tears.
'Then don't cry!' Kei thought in his mind, while looking at Vivi's teared Face. 'So…How am I supposed to reject you, when you make that kind of face?', thought Kei, while walking towards Vivi.
Vivi closed her eyes. As she didnt want to hear those words of rejection, while she still could hear his incoming footsteps.

And after a few seconds those sounds halted down, which made her confused, so she decided to open her eyes only to see Kei, sitting on his knees, making him look at her downed face.
"So do you want to hear the answer?" Kei asked, while looking at her timid expression. While Vivi felt annoyed by his smirk, she still tried to ignore it and decided to take it on him in future. But for now, she wants to know his answer.
"Hmm…"
"Ok, Vivi, To tell you the truth I also like you, but…" Kei answered his part, while Vivi who heard his answer was above cloud nine, though she decided to come back down, when she heard the "but's" in his answer.
"But?..." She followed Kei's but.
"...But you know I already have Nami right?"
Hearing this Vivi felt the cold reality, so she robotically nodded her head, "Y-Yes…"
"So if you convince her that I can accept you, I will definitely come after you!!" said Kei, while smiling cooly at her.
Hearing this Vivi, who was highly stressed due to this heavy conversation, finally felt something snap in her mind. And she glared coldly at him.
"Eh?...Vivi?...My Dear Vivi…wh-what happened?..." asked Kei, while feeling cold sweat dripped down his back. This was his first time, seeing the cold glare of Vivi towards him, which made his boisterous and confident attitude deflate.
"Heh~...Kei-san, you know what I take my confession back, hmph!" saying this Vivi hurriedly stood up from his bed, while pouting her cheeks in irritation and hurriedly exited the room.

"Vivi! Vivi! Please don't take back the confession…" said Kei, while trying to stop her, though she hurriedly escaped from his horny dog paws.

Kei, who also heard the clicking sound of camera, hurriedly looked at Doraemon , who was continuously clicking his shameful moment photos, while showing a depreciative smirk.
"..." Kei stared at Doraemons action with a blank stare, while thinking. "How come this fat cat was able to hide under his bed and how come Karoo was sitting at the position where Vivi was recently sitting.
After taking enough photos, Doraemon walked towards Karoo and did the same action of his, which he did to Vivi.
Doraemon sat on his knees before Karoo, who was trying to hold his laugh, while he started to talk, " Cough!... Ok, Vivi, to tell you the truth I also like you…"
Kei, who understood that these bastards were enjoying his downfall moment, finally snapped, "Damn you all!! Today I will have some Cat and Chicken meat for Dinner!!!!..."
After which Karoo and Doraemon hurriedly ran from his room, escaping for their dear life.
