Chapter 9: Chapter-8:An Invitation
3rd POV
"Mary, do you trust me? " Varun asked Mary, wanting to agree with him.
"No " Mary bluntly replied to Varun.
"Why not... " Varun said.
"It's because it's hard for me to know what you are scheming behind that expression " Mary pointed it out.
"Ok...I will come out clean...I want you to help me take down the student council, together " Varun offered Mary.
Mary got deja vu vibes from his offer she said "I decline, I don't want to take on the offer...yet "
Mary told him while rubbing her hair clips which are offered by Tsuzura Hanatemari...Mary pulled out a girly water bottle and has begun drinking water from it.
"That's a cute water bottle you have with you " Varun commented.
"H-Hey i-it's p-purchased w-when I am in m-middle school " Mary replied embarrassed by the memory.
"It makes you seem girlier and cuter, " Varun said earning a blush from Mary.
"I-I am n-not cute," Mary told him eagerly.
"Whatever you say, Sweetheart " Varun replied.
"S-Sweetheart," Mary said while holding her heart.
Her heart has been beating very fast and she gets heartache whenever she is in front of Varun, she refused to accept that she has formed a crush on him. She blushed holding her heart and she has softened her expression
"So. Mary, when you will confess your crush to me. " Varun asked Mary
"Huh? " Mary said surprised and forming a blush on her cheeks.
"I mean when you will confess your unyielding and forbidden feelings towards me. I know you are super hot thinking about me all the time Mary~ " Varun whispered what it seemed to be a seductive whisper in Mary's ear.
Mary got chilled by his voice, and soon steam began to come out from Mary's head and she moved robotically and quickly ran away from the Cafeteria.
Mary POV
What's wrong with me? Why I am behaving so weird....around him?
He makes me feel so comfortable and feels ease around him. It is so nice to spend my time with him.
3rd POV
Varun has forgot to check his shoe lockers, so he opened his lockers to see a letter.
"A love letter...but who in the right mind would send this to me.....Ah! I forgot that pretty much all girls in this school are crazy " Varun wondered and opened up the letter.
"Oh! An invitation " Varun opened the letter to see an invitation.
Varun POV
So I got an invite from Yumemi Yumatite herself. I guess she is pretty cute even for a pop idol...But sadly all pop idols aren't virgins and I don't like fans of Pop Idols.
The thing I should do is to gather more information about Tsuzura Hanatemari and the former student council Sakura Miharuki and Aoi...Whatever.
How did I get that information?
That's a secret...Or I might have blackmailed one of the student council members.

<Meanwhile at the student council>
Sayaka POV
I can't believe him...He behaved as any ordinary student on Day-1. But after few weeks, he has been behaving like he owns the school.
The nerve of him, to treat the whole student council as some sort of joke, I couldn't tolerate any of this tomfoolery anymore. I have to put an end to this.
As usual, he entered the student council as some sort of delinquent and has spent his time with one of us like he has the same status as us.
I don't understand why the council members tolerate his presence anymore.
Even Kaede seems to tolerate his presence here...
He is currently playing with Runa...They are so loud, Don't they know that this disturbs the other council members?
3rd POV
"UlTRA SPECIAL...DELUX PUNCH " Runa screamed as her character Ryo has beaten Varun's character in street fighter.
"In my defense, the game is hacked " Varun replied like a true online gamer.
"No, NO This is not hacked, it is fair all it can be, " Runa said to him.
"Runa, how are you so good at Video games, " Varun asked her.
"You just get good at what you love when you do it a lot " Runa replied to him while laughing off with a lollipop in her mouth.
"Too bad, you are bad at growing up a few centimeters in height, " Varun said while ruffling Runa's hair.
"Shut up! I just measured and was, like, two millimeters taller " Runa complained while holding her hands up.
"How can you be so casual with each other " Yuriko replied surprised.
"You are having pretty fun...it seems " Kirari pointed out to Varun and Runa.
"Huh? " Varun said.
"Hey, President what's up, " Runa asked Kirari.
"Come on let's play again," Runa said turning towards at Varun
"Yeah! But this time I am winning " Varun told her while picking up his switch.
Varun is definitely passionate about playing this time. Varun couldn't believe his luck has not helped him to win in Video games.
Perhaps there is a flaw to his talent, Afterall.
Kirari sat near Varun and has begun to look while placing her fingers on her face " Varun it seems I have found someone that might be fun for you to play with " Kirari said gathering his attention.
"Who 'Yumeko Jabami' ?" Varun asked while paying his attention back to his switch.
"Oh My! It seems you are aware of the woman...My bad then " Kirari told him.
"You better watch out...I am going in for a counter and another special " Runa said while holding her switch and smashing buttons
Suddenly, Varun got up and has turned off his switch, and has put it inside his pocket.
"Huh! What's up " Runa said confused why he stopped.
"Hey, sorry Runa...I got something to do " Varun replied.
"WHAT...Fighting games aren't fun why I play them by myself " Runa complained while looking at Varun with puppy eyes.
"Want me to send Kaede over here? " Varun suggested to Runa.
"Man, Kaede Manyuda is no fun," Runa said disappointed.
"I am here, you know," Kaede said feeling insulted.
"You know, you won't play games with me," Runa said while turning at Kaede.
"I am not interested in unnecessary things," Kaede said while fixing his glasses.
"I Come back and play with you later " Varun said while smiling at Runa.
