Chapter 5: Hulk
"Who are you?" Bruce Banner asked the woman who had just walked out of a yellow rectangular glowing box that appeared out of nowhere. The woman just chuckled, pocketing a device as the box disappeared behind her. The scooter he was on was loosing gas, fast, and he needed to join the battle in New York.
"Bruce Banner I presume," Alex stated. "I'm Alex Mercer, long time fan of your second personality. Can he hear us?" Bruce frowned harder than her ever did in his life when he heard this.
"I'm afraid he is not for exhibition. Leave or you will regret it later," Bruce warned her even more profusely. Something suddenly changed with the girl thay made Hulk suddenly act out, wanting to get out. He got off his bike as he held his chest in pain.
"Oh, he actually reacted to that! You're lucky Bruce, you have the world's strongest guard dog protecting your body from threats you would never dream about," Alex laughed as Bruce started writhing on the ground in pain.
His skin changed colour to green in an instant as his body structure started becoming bigger and bigger till he was four metres tall of just pure muscles. Alex had to admit Hulk was ripped as fuck! The rage monster roared to the sky, blowing some nearby stones away.
'Hmm, MCU Hulk was not that strong. Is the comic element mixed in him? Again, America Chavez of the MCU was not comparable to the one I consumed earlier on. I knew it! Well, this is going to be a good battle. A fight between a being that can grow stronger the more he gets angrier and me, who evolves to get more stronger the more damage I receive. With the spell that I cast on him, suppressing his human side while making his brain to be continuously flooded with anger, our battle will make me even more stronger,' she thought before she transformed to her muscle mass form.
Immediately, she noticed something was different. Her entire body had changed to a red biomass made of nothing but muscles. She had no visible genitals, with two mounds on her chest to signify her gender. The only thing on her face were two eyes shaped things which weren't even real eyes. But, she could hear, see, smell and even feel at a far wider range than she ever thought.
RWAAAARGH!
Hulk's roar brought her out of her musing, bringing her full attention to the green rage monster in front of her. Hulk roared once again and charged at her. She sneered as she predicted what he would do fast, throw a haymaker right to her face. Quickly, she changed her stance and when Hulk pounced at her, she acted fast, getting hold of his extended arm by his wrist and pulling even harder. Her other hand however delivered a shockwave inducing punch that sent Hulk sprawling away like a ragdoll.
Hulk quickly got his bearings before charging back at her. He threw cars at her which she responded by turning her right hand into a two metres long blade which she used to slice the cars to pieces. She grinned, predicting what Hulk would do, her left hand turning into a giant shield as she cut a truck in half. Hulk had jumped after it, trying to do a surprise attack when she did cut it. He had a victorious sneer on his face when he saw the truck split into two, cocking his fist behind him and sending an explosive punch to the location he predicted she would be. Only, the fist met a giant black shield.
BOOOOM
The shockwave that was emitted caused everything around them to be blown away. Hulk grew angrier seeing his punch had been blocked so he started sending more and more punches at the shield, getting more and more angrier when he saw his target was barely moving. With a final roar, he sent a punch at the shield, his knuckles glowing green and an explosion occured. Both of them were sent flying away by this, Alex transforming her hands into claws, digging into the ground to come to a stop. She looked at Hulk and saw he had dag his feet to the ground and made a long terrace just to come to a stop at an oil tanker. The two of them looked at each other before they went off
Hulk picked the tanker and threw it at Alex who jumped after it, got hold and threw it back at the green monster. Hulk battered his chest with his fists challengingly before punching the tanker, causing it to explode. From the flames came Alex, delivering a blow onto Hulk's face that blew the flames out. Hulk did a spin in the air before falling to the ground, dizzy.
'Chavez'z energy manipulation is amazing. I'm utilising the energy her kind draws, only at a much larger scale, to fight the Hulk and I'm winning!' Alex realized while looking at the groaning Hulk. The green monster got out of his dizzy spell and noticed his mouth was bleeding. Rage like no other filled his entire being, causing his entire body to start glowing green.
AHUG AARGH RWAAAARGH
Another logic defying scream escaped his mouth, sending sound wave that shattered all the windows and made the ground shake. His rage filled eyes turned and looked at Alex and then he moved. Alex could not believe how fast he was moving now! She managed to block the first fist but the second sent her flying away only for her to land in her feet with a show of acrobatics she gained mainly from Shang Chi.
'He's much more faster and stronger,' she realized before she grinned inwardly. 'Good!'
She called onto the energy inside her and went after the Hulk who came after her too. Two fists met and the air wailed. The two struggled to push each other before Alex relented, with a weave and landed a blow on Hulk's chest that sent him flying to the top of a skyscraper, destroying it and still going on. The monster roared defiantly before doing a thunderclap that sent him hurtling back towards her.
He was getting even more angrier, shown by his glowing green body. She prepared herself, cocking back her left hand fist and concentrating world shattering energy into it. Hulk roared at her and when he was in range, she threw the fist only for the large monster to display an act that completely made her believe she was dreaming. He dodged, twisting his body out of the way as his left hand got hold of hers on the wrist. He landed heavily, transferring all the momentum to his right hand, sending a punch that sent her flying away. Building after building she crashed into till she fell into a pond.
'He just used my move against me,' she realized. 'That was actually awesome!'
She got up to her feet, laughing in joy. The fact that this Hulk was actually learning as they fought made her giddy to no end. That made him an even more prime meal! She heard him running towards her and decided not to let him wait so she ran towards him.
The two blurs met and two punches met once again, causing even more destruction! The two were blown away from each other, with Alex taking six steps and Hulk taking four. Hulk recovered faster and charged at her, got hold of her by her waist and went full on juggernaut mode. With a vice like grip, he made her ram through building after building while she sent blows after blows at his back to try and make him stop. It would not be painful but at the speed they were going, even water would feel like a metal block, leave alone concrete and steel bars.
Alex suddenly felt the virus inside her start changing. She felt herself become stronger, her entire structural body becoming more resilient to a point the crashing into buildings did not hurt anymore. If she could grin, a huge shit eating grin would have formed on her face. With a silent roar, she punched Hulk on his back.
CRACK!
The sound of bones shattering was heard and to prove whose they were, Hulk lost his footing, sending both of them sprawling through four more buildings before they came to a stop. Alex got back to her feet and looked at the big guy to see his legs had actually folden like dough as he groaned in pain. She could not waste a perfect opportunity as this, climbing on top him and start punching him with everything she got.
Each punch was like a thunderclap, causing a crater to be made around them. Each punch made the ground shake. Each punch sent rubble flying away and green blood spluttering out of Hulk's mouth. Punch after punch after punch, she continued without letting the giant green beast take a moment to get out of his disorienting state. Soon, he was starting to lose consciousness inside the six storey sized crater when a giant lightning bolt fell from the sky, nearly hitting Alex had she not dodged. She looked up and saw a Chris Hemsworth looking motherfucker floating with a mythology inaccurate Mjolnir.
"That is enough! I will not let you continue attacking a friend," Thor shouted at her. Alex wanted nothing more than roar at him in anger. She was so close, so close at consuming Hulk! A red flying suit of armor stopped next to Thor.
"Whoa, so this is the cause of the seismic occurrence! While we were doing a terrible job at defending New York, Hulk was getting his ass clapped by a demon looking...chick?" Tony said.
"That is no demon, I can feel the power of magic inside her," Thor corrected his co-worker. Alex was about to pounce on them when a roar that blew the sky away came from beside her. She looked down and saw the bleeding Hulk get healed in just seconds as his entire body got larger with glowing green veins spread all over his entire body. The monster got up and looked at her challengingly before looking up at Thor and Ironman.
GRRRAAAAARGGHHH
His roar itself sent chills down Tony's back and be knew he was fucked when Hulk pounced towards them. Out of instincts due to just how menacing Hulk felt, Thor flew out of the way, leaving a panic petrified Tony staring at a fist the size of his entire torso coming towards him. He had a conversation with a friend of his about how it could feel to get punched by Hulk. He had concludes that it would feel like getting crashed by steel bars. But, at the moment, he never even realized he had been punched. His consciousness just flew out of his body as soon as Hulk's fist made contact. Thor watched as the durable armor of Ironman was almost broken to pieces and his figure disappeared into the horizon!
