Chapter 35: SUDDEN PROPOSAL
Hello! Sophia why James is shouting? Leonardo asked
He is not getting stable. He thought that you have left the city and you will not come back. He is missing you badly. Sophia said
Let me talk to him. Give him the phone. Leonardo said. James didn't notice that Leonardo was on call due to anger. He threw the phone on the floor.
Don't worry I am coming in an hour. Leonardo said.

Leonardo took Ava and Lucas and went to the mansion. James became happy to see them. After an hour Leonardo asked James for permission to go back. As they stood up. Watson opened the front door. Officials from social services were standing there.
You misunderstood me. Actually, Lucas's uncle James was…. Ava tried to justify them but they interrupted.
Ms Ava, you are here, though you have my warnings and officials' warnings. Officer said

Later, Emma went into Ava's room when everyone fell asleep. Ava was crying. Emma insulted her emotionally. She again repeated her bad words. Ava stood up from bed and went to the terrace. Ava started crying loudly. She was anxiously walking into the room. She was regretting and blaming herself. She pours water into a glass to drink. Her body was shivering badly. As she took the glass it fall down. Leonardo listened to the sound of cracking the glass. He got scared that Ava may have given herself any hazard. He quickly went into her room. Ava didn't know that Leonardo was stopping her not to collect the pieces but she was madly repeating the sentence "I ruined your life, my sweetheart". First time Leonardo saw Ava was behaving strangely. He held her arms and stood up. He made her sit on the bed.
"I cut your hand… I cut it… my Lucas will be separate from me. This is my mistake. I didn't look after him. I am careless…. He is afraid of losing me and I am afraid of losing him. She was shaking violently and talking madly.
Look at me. Leonardo tightly held her arms.

Oh, I am so sorry. It happened by mistake. I ruined your map. Ava said anxiously.
It's okay. I have many maps. Don't worry. Leonardo said.
I will bring you new coffee. Ava said and went out quickly.
Stop doing makeup. Sophia said
Sister I am planning to go outside so we may celebrate our victory. Emma replied
I said don't do it. Leonardo and that trash girl are planning something radical. That I couldn't understand. Still, I am unable to find it. Sophia said angrily.

Ava went into Leonardo's room back with his coffee. She told him about her anxiousness as she thought they will escape from the country due to the negative reports. Leonardo made her understand the conditions that they may lose Lucas then forever. He also reminded her of the promise of a yacht trip. But this time he settle for the cruise. They made plans thoroughly. Ava made a list of necessities but she was continuously showing her fears regarding going abroad. Leonardo motivated her. He told that though the road was scary the company matters. Later, Leonardo showed her house. Ava liked that. Sophia went in shock after listening to their conversation about getting settled abroad. She went into Emma's room and told her about Leonardo's and Ava's planning. Emma got shattered. She started shouting. She went out of the room. She couldn't bear to listen Ava was planning happily. Leonardo was lost in beauteous Ava. When Ava felt hubbub she went into her room. Emma followed her back.

Emma!!! A roaring voice came. This was Leonardo who listened to Emma's words.

Leonardo roared as the walls of the mansion shivered. Emma looked at both and quickly went out.
Ava's condition was getting worse. Her breathing was getting unstable. She was crying with hiccups Leonardo couldn't look at her in that condition.
Come. Sit here. Don't worry. Don't cry. Leonardo said. He poured water into a glass and gave her. She couldn't take the glass in her hand due to shivering.
Let me! Leonardo took the glass and make her drink water.
Where did you put your oxygen mask? You should be strong enough. Why are you like this? Leonardo started checking drawers and wardrobe he found it and then plug it in. Then he made her wear the mask. After a while Ava's shivering and breathing got stable.
Are you okay now? You should be if you wouldn't Lucas also be like you.
Ah!! Lucas!! Did he listen to everything? Ava wore off her mask and stood up.

I never wanted something for myself. I just wanted for Lucas. I am not like that. He is my precious. Ava said
"Our precious" Leonardo said

Leonardo couldn't listen to her words she was justifying herself. But he was lost in beauteous Ava. He thought to give her protection. He reminded all the best close moments they spend. He held her face in his both hands and set himself to speak. Ava got blushed at his catch.

Ava was shocked by his sudden act and proposal. She looked at him with broaden eyes and opened mouth.
I don't understand. What did you say? Ava asked
"I said Marry me"
"This is the right decision."
Why would we get married? Ava asked
Leonardo took off his hands from her face.

Ava quickly went into her dressing room and locked the door.

Ava unlocked the door.
You didn't listen to me. You left without understanding me. I offered you this because the best solution for Lucas is that. I talked to lawyers. If we get married we will not lose his custody. We will live together in this mansion. We will not go abroad. Leonardo said

The sky got dark. Leonardo dint came back to the mansion. Ava waited for him. She didn't want to upset his mood. Leonardo was not feeling good after he said words to Ava all of sudden. He reached late at night and directly went into his study room. He tried to busy himself with workouts.
