Chapter 37: Cavern, V

Sean plopped down on the ground as the monster's tentacle made contact with him.

It was such a bizarre sight to see, truly.

"Shit," I cursed while deactivating my mana cloak, approaching the type of monster which I'll call Siren from now on.

"Hmph-!" I cut her body in half, it was all mushy.

"Elias, that thing's waking up again," Luke informed me with a shaky tone.

"Is this thing like a slime? Hmph," I severed its head this time.

"It's getting reattached!" Luke yelled while also swinging his rose-colored blade.

"Oh, wait a second. Here." I noticed something in its solar plexus and just slid my sword through it.

"Disintegrating, and a mana crystal dropped huh…" I muttered under my breath as I advanced towards where the death spot.

"Hmmm," I picked up the Mana Crystal and scanned it, "The Siren's mana crystals are into blue, huh."
