Chapter 7: Lunaris Mission

After Shin used Telepathy between the soul link to communicate with Lunaris, a loud cry echoed in the nearby mountains that awaked and alarmed all nearby intelligent creatures.
With the shout a message came to the tribe of Lunaris. It said:
[Come and meet me right now at my place. All of you! IMMEDIATLY!!!]
The tribesmen, not knowing what he wanted or if something had happened, were afraid that he was angry with them and that he wanted to punish them.
But even though they were scared, they still went with a determination to be punished because they respect their leader Lunaris, for being the one who saved them when they were on the brink of extinction, since they were attacked from a neighboring clan.
After about ten minutes of waiting at his place, all of the 39 members were assambled and looked nervously at Lunaris standing with his claws on a tree trunk that was standing in the middle of the place.
The place was about 100 x 80 meter wide with no trees or tree trunks except the one in the middle. Because of that it was determined as a meeting place and the place where Lunaris lives.
[Good now that all of you are here i can tell you about a mission i want you to do. This Mission is a direct mission from our God. His mission is to make the clans neighboring in a 20 km radius from our borders to believe in him. he want it done in at least 2 Days.]
After hearing that, they were quite baffled. They all thought they were being punished for something, although they didn't know for what.
But to think it was something that concerned their new god? And in addition to that it's the first Mission they would be receiving.
Now the first person finally asked with concern:
[Leader, is this really our first mission? It is, to put it bluntly. A lame mission.]
[Before i Punish you, i will say it once, don't call me Leader anymore. i already said to you yesterday that you will call me Lunaris from now on, and now to your question. Even if it is a lame mission, it is a mission that will make our god stronger. that means, if we please him with this mission, we will get a reward]

"I should just kill him...he opposed me now several times the last few months, but he is still one of my stronger subordinates so i can't do it right now before the mission of my god. Let's wait till the mission is over and kill him afterwards because of Blasphemie to our god."

He then pointed towards the seven 3rd order and eleven 2nd order ones and said:
[Then you guy's will be going towards that direction and go to the three tribes there. You will go in Three groups, try to make them accept peacefull. Don't use force or threatening, that is what my god said so you will follow his words.
You can lure them with promises of safety, food or even an opportunity to get stronger, as they will also receive the reward if they will believe in our God as all believers will receive it in the Future.]
[You don't need to be fast at night, since they may think you are attacking them so wait till the day at our border and go when they are awake.]
The eighteen that were called and instructed said in unison
[As per your order Lunaris] they then flew away at a slow speed to the North, East and West.
[So now you two] Lunaris pointed at his two 4th order subordinates
[You two will go towards the Goblins. I heard that they are having a problem right now with another goblin tribe and that they fight against each other for autorithy in this region. Your Task is to choose one of these two tribes and help the one you choose to defeat the other one.
Make yourself a view of the things there and ask them if they are willing to believe in our god. If yes help them, if they want your help first, then just help them. Just do it quickly and don't dissapoint me.
The one that invades them has more than 150 Individuals, most of them are mostly 1st or 2nd order ones but their leader is 4th order one, the one that was in this region previously has more than 500 if my Information is right, so be carefull, if you find something wrong then don't hesitate and ask for my help.]
[Okay Lunaris, we'll do that, since they are also 4th order ones. But i don't think we need help, especially when it's three against one 4th order. Well then, of we go to the South]
The one that said this was the other 4th order, the one that was one his side and wasn't as Rebellius as the other one. Lunaris trusted him that he would accomplish his task beautifully
[So, the rest of you can go back to sleep]
After saying that, the remaining group scattered and went back to their respective sleeping place
Next Morning, he got a message from one messenger of each group that went North, East and West. The first group wanted to have enough food, while the second and third group wanted to have shelter and to get stronger.
After these messengers asked for his opinion, Lunaris only said that they could have promised them that since he said that they could do it, they didn't have to ask him specifically.
Meanwhile the two 4th order ones were still not back and most likely would still be dealing with them or so.

[Hey dude, do you know that you were really rude back at the meeting? I actually would have killed you already for something like that if i were Lunaris back then, you can be thankfull that he isn't like that.]
[What do you know, i just voiced out my question, what's wrong with that? And we shouldn't talk about that right now, we should focus on the task he gave us.
If we don't do this well and bring results back, I'll fear for my life, you know?]
[Alright, we're already at the first tribe anyway, so let's get that done first]
A few minutes later
[Hey you there, you goblin, we want to talk to you leader, bring us to him, we want to make him an offer] they asked the goblin that was standing in front of an old and broken down castle.
[Firsht of al, whu ar you annd whot du you wan?] the guard asked with a really broken and mostly flawed speech. It looks like he wanted to say:
'First of all, who are you and what do you want?'. but because of some problem he wasn't able to.
[We already said it to you, are you dumb? We want to meet your Leader and make an offer to him.]
[Uh rikt bwut whot you wan?]
(Uhh...right, but what do you want?)
[ok i think we don't get further by talkin with him, let's just go inside and talk directly to him.]
[Stop, Lunaris said we shouldn't use force. What if we just release our Aura and make him come here? Then we can talk. I doubt he should be as Dumb as this one and won't hear us out.]
[Hmm, alright it's worth a try.]
With that said, they both suddenly released their imposing Aura of 4th order Beast's and waited for 5 Seconds.
[WHO DARES TO COME HERE?]
[Oh nice there he is]
[Yep that was faster than i expected him to be]
Slowly the big door opened and a little goblin that they could practically eat with one bite appeared before them, he wore a pointet hat and a magician robe that was roughly cut down to his size. In his hand was a magic wand or from another perspective, it was just a wood stick that was spiral formed.
[Who are you and why did you release your aura?!? Answer me immediatly, do you want to fight and kill me???]
[Ok stop you little man, we just want to make an offer to you and help you against the other tribe.]
[Huh, why? Do you think im weak? Or do you want to trick me?]
[No we dont want to do anything to you, we just want to make you an offer to believe in our god and in exchange, we can give you food, shelter or a way to get Stronger, oh by the way, we released our Auras just because he wouldn't let us in and we didn't want to bother to discuss with a 1st order goblin. He's to Dumb to make us discuss with him over something.]
[Oh, so that's your fault guard huh? Kill him]
he said lightly to his back and two other guards came forward and cut his neck without hesitation.
[If Possible, can i think about that first? I will give you my answer tomorrow, if you want to, you can sleep in my castle, oh wait you're birds, oh ähh then how about sleeping on ähh....]
The Goblin leader stammered and didn't find a alternative to let them sleep somewhere in the castle, since he didn't know how Birds sleep.
[Oh that's alright, we will come back next day and hear your answer.]
[Yes, just give us an answer tomorrow and make sure we don't have to share our auras like today because of your little underling.]
[Oh that's for sure, today was just a mistake by my subordinates, I'll make sure that doesn't happen tomorrow.] the goblin leader suddenly said quite friendly.
[We're going then bye]
After flying for 5 minute, they landed on a tree branch
[Alright, were far away now, let's go to the other camp, if the leader there is nicer and has a better guard i will immediatly choose him if both say yes and we must choose one, i don't wan't to talk with another dumb person again.]
[Yes it was a little weird back in that camp, if im right, it should be the camp that was trying to invade the one that was alredy here in this region]
[Then let's go to the one that was already here now and try to convince them. Maybe they have a more intelligent person as their guard, at least i still hope so]
After flying another 10 minutes, they came to a deserted village were the other tribe lived till now.
[Oh i didn't expect it to be so big this village, if all the houses are used there should be more than 500 Goblins!]
[Yes, i wonder why they don't just overrun the ones inside the Castle.]
[From the look of it there are mostly Normal goblins and 1st order or 2nd order ones, a few 3rd order ones and the leader, also a 4th order like us.]
[It's really weird that despite this force they don't manage to defeat the invaders.]
[True, but let's just try our luck, the more they have, the more believer we can gather for our Religion, and the more pleased Lunaris and our God would be of us.]
[Hopefully i can reedem and safe myself with that much believers that i brought into the group]
[But that's only if you and i manage to do it, if not you can only hope for the Best my friend hahaha]

With that they began to fly nearer to the Village that was surrounded by walls.
