Chapter 8: [Knife Arts] Talent
All the students from the Five Great Academies had gathered in front of the entrance of the valley, waiting for the start of the trial.
Ye Tian strolled around, looking as if he had too much time on hand. He's checking other students' talent using his [Replication] talent. His primary target is the students from the First Academy.

Ye Tian was surprised. These students should be the elite students from the First Academy. Their cultivation has probably reached the peak of martial disciple, only one step away from being a martial artist.
"Replicating a [Medium] cultivating talent wouldn't increase my current strength. It would at most make my [Medium] cultivating talent slightly better, which would not help me in this trial. It would be great if I could replicate a skill that aids in battle." Ye Tian thought.

A young man with a knife on his back walked towards the 5 students of the First Academy.

The young man grabbed his knife and pointed at the student named Mo ShaoBei.

This young man is a student from the Second Academy. He had the courage to challenge an elite student from the First Academy with a [Medium] cultivating talent.

Ye Tian felt that if he had learnt the secret techniques of knife arts, he would have increased his battle power. still he was satisfied with his [Medium] [Knife Arts] talent. The replication was worth it.
After wiping his sweat, he returned to the crowd. Before long, the trial started. Everyone participating in this trial was serious, including Ye Tian.
First place will be awarded three portions of [Medium] grade vicious beast blood as well as $100,000. Second place will receive one portion of [Medium] grade vicious beast blood as well as $100,000. Third place will receive three portions of [Low] grade vicious beast blood and $50,000.
The fourth to tenth place would only receive [Low] grade vicious beast blood.
The rankings would be determined by points. Points can be obtained by cutting out certain parts of each violent beast. The trial would only last for 3 days. Within these 3 days, everyone must stay inside the small wilderness area.
This trial is a challenge for some of the martial disciples.
"Everyone, please wait your turn to enter the trial wilderness area!"
A teacher exclaimed.
The First Academy's students entered the valley first, slowly disappearing. The Second Academy's students followed, then the Third Academy's students and then finally the Fifth Academy's students.
"I don't see anyone!"
Ye Tian had just entered the wilderness area. He couldn't see other students because of the trees and uneven ground. The trial wilderness area may be a small wilderness created by humans, but the area covered is vast. It was not any smaller than Lin Hai's base.
Ye Tian soon encountered his first violent beast!
