Chapter 519: Chapter 517: I am not Animagus (Edited)

Harry watched, dumbfounded, as Fish made his victory announcement and then disappeared with the trophy in front of him.

For a long moment he fumbled and raised his wand, sending a shower of red sparks into the sky.

Just as Harry, in a panic, was explaining to the arriving professors what had just happened, Fish had been taken to a strange place by the Triwizard Tournament trophy.

As soon as he touched the ground, a black mud-like substance erupted under his feet and quickly enveloped him, leaving only his head visible.

"Nya!"

(? `Д′?)

Fish struggled, but the black mud was surprisingly hard, and even with his best efforts, Fish could not get out of it.

He also tried to transform into his cat form and cast a [Flame Strike] to burn the black mud... but to no avail.

Knowing that Fish was also in the Triwizard Tournament, Voldemort knew that Harry would not be able to win the Triwizard Tournament trophy as he had planned, after all, unlike Harry, who had his mother's protection spell, Fish's strength had been tested by Voldemort himself.

Voldemort knew that with his own frail body and the useless Peter Pettigrew, if Fish were to come, even with Nagini's help, he would not be able to handle his intended future henchman.

So, at first, he had Peter Pettigrew set a magical trap at the point where the Portkey would be transferred, and having fought Fish, Voldemort knew exactly what kind of trap could actually catch Fish.

"What kind of person plotted against Fish, if you have the ability, go out and fight Fish!"

(? `Д′?)

As Voldemort had predicted, Fish was powerless against the black sludge, so Fish, realizing that he was wasting his efforts, wisely stopped fighting and shouted loudly, turning his head and observing his surroundings.

It was a dark, overgrown graveyard, a small church behind a tall redwood to the right, a knoll to the left, and a nice old house on the hillside.

"Nya?"

Fish suddenly looked between the headstones, for he heard footsteps coming from that direction.

"Are you the one plotting against Fish nya?"

Fish questioned the figure coming from afar.

The figure was hidden by numerous tombstones and wore a hooded robe, so he could not see its face, except that he faintly distinguished that it appeared to be carrying a baby in its arms.

Fish shrugged his nose.

"This smell... Fish seems to have smelled it somewhere nya..."

(??ˇ?ˇ??)

Fish was lost in thought.

He didn't remember the smell of the approaching man, but the "baby" in his arms looked somewhat familiar.

"That's right, it's the smelly guy nya!"

∑(?ΦДΦ?)

To be precise, the smells of the two are not exactly the same, even quite different, but they both have a strange musty smell, but the musty smell on that "baby" is much weaker.

"Voldemort?"

Fish asked uncertainly.

The figure approaching him flinched and stopped, apparently startled by the name "Voldemort."

Fish was used to it, though he still didn't understand why the name of a man he had defeated could frighten so many people.

At that moment, the "baby" in the figure's arms let out a laugh like a night bird.

"Hehehehehehehehe... clever boy... Why are you still standing there? Take me there!"

He ordered sharply, the hooded figure shivered again, and moved his steps again.

When the man emerged from the group of tombstones and arrived in front of him, Fish finally saw his appearance clearly.

He was a short man, just a little taller than Fish, with a white, seemingly bald head under a hood, a rat-like face and a sharp nose....

And he was still looking at him with a merciless, but shuddering gaze.

With a merciless look

?ω?

Fish asked, cocking his head curiously, not knowing the other man at all.

Peter Pettigrew gritted his teeth and glared at Fish, but didn't dare speak.

"Are you picking a fight with Fish? Then put Fish down!"

(?ω?)

Seeing that the other party seemed to hate him, Fish twisted his body, said dissatisfied and then asked curiously, "Are you holding Voldemort nya? Has he possessed a baby this time?".

A look of fear appeared in Peter's eyes, and his whole body shuddered.

"Let me meet him."

Voldemort said into his arms.

With trembling hands, Peter moved the cloths covering the baby in his arms, revealing a hideous creature.

The swaddled creature looked like a curled up baby, with scales on its body, and its skin was dark and red, like tender, wounded flesh. Its arms and legs were thin and smooth, and its face is that of a flat snake with glowing red eyes.

Most importantly.

It didn't have a single hair on its body.

"Nyajajajajajaja... You're ugly, not only do you have no hair, you don't even have a nose nya!"

(?≧?≦?)

Fish let out a laugh of mirth, "Are you really Voldemort? Why would you want to possess such an ugly thing?"

Peter was so frightened that he almost collapsed to the floor. He knew Fish had always been bold, but he hadn't expected him to be so bold.

However, Voldemort didn't take him seriously and instead began to recruit Fish, "Fish McGonagall, you are special, more special than Dumbledore ever told you, that fool Dumbledore would only waste your talent, only me! The great Dark Lord! Only I can make you realize your true worth."

"..." Fish blinked, "What are you talking about?"

?ω?

Voldemort, who was being passionate, froze slightly and, without mincing words, said directly, "Be my friend, Fish! Voldemort will share the glory with you!"

"No! Minerva says you're a bad man!" Fish refused decisively and grimaced at him, "And you're so weak, Fish doesn't want your glory nya!"

(?`?′?)

"Minerva McGonagall?" Voldemort sneered, "Do you really think she'd treat you like her own son?"

"Yes." However, Fish nodded unexpectedly and said proudly, "Why wouldn't Minerva like him if Fish is so handsome? There are so many aunts who want to be Fish's mother."

(?`?′?)

Like Ryddle in his diary, Voldemort was once again stifled by Fish's unorthodox approach.

"That's because they think you're a natural Animagus!" he snarled, somewhat annoyed, "But I know that, it's just a trick old Dumbledore uses to fool the others and you!"

"Fish isn't an Animagus!" Fish retorted, surprising Voldemort again, "But Minerva said it would be a lot less trouble for Fish to tell people, so Fish admitted it nya!".

Now Voldemort was as helpless as Riddle in his diary, none of his plans to recruit Fish had gone through.

But he had one last ace up his sleeve, and that was to use his strength to subdue Fish, just as he had done with some Death Eaters, once he had regained his power.

"Wait, when I get my power back, you'll see how valuable Voldemort's friendship is!".

"Nya? You're going to fight Fish when you get your powers back?"

?ω?

Fish shook his head and said, "Then you don't have to catch Fish, Fish can wait until you've recovered before fighting."

"Hmph..."

Voldemort scoffed, "No need to rush, soon, my most loyal servant will send Harry Potter, and then, you will see my true power."

"Harry?" Fish blinked in confusion, then said in a daze, "Oh... he beat you too... so you must not be that good nya... you can't even beat Harry."

(?ω?)

Fish's expectations were immediately lowered.

"You'll see what I'm made of, you'll see!"

Voldemort collapsed once more, barked at Fish and went back into the cloths of clothing.
