Chapter 7: home improvement and a new fighting strategy

all the burnt off hair grew back quickly but it had a lighter shade of brown so his left side of the head looked lighter in some spots like scars
having nothing to do mich out of boredom decided to make some improvements to the burrow so it can be called a home
so he started a big amount of clay and some hay (for his size
clay from the kitchen it was used to cover meat in clay and cook it that for a better flavor but now it's gonna be used for mich's home and the hay he had gotten from the mattresses in the staff dormitory
then he emptied out his burrow and started digging out the bourrow to be In a shape of a square then he started to mix in water hay and clay together that took a lot of running back and forth for water, after a couple of minutes of mixing he had created cob. mich started covering the floor the walls and the sealing with it and once everything was covered it was time to dry and for this he started a campfire in the entrance of the burrow lit it and then rolled a rock on the entrance to keep the heat in and left a crack to let the smoke out after a day of sleeping outside barley sleeping... it was done rolling the door out of the way cleaning out the charcoal at the entrance and the soot on the ceiling it was looking like a genuine room now another thing thing to do here collecting some small pebbles and rocks he made a small box attached to the wall and then covered the rocks and pebbles with cob then lighting a fire in the sink and put a pice of large wood over it after a day or two of this thing also being died out and hardened then getting some thinner weaker leather and cutting out a large rectangle out of it and laying it down in the box covering the bottom and the sides with it and attached the leather to the box itself and now it was done a sink... kinda now he could put his water in the sink and the leather whould keep the water from touching and ruining the clay home testing it out he poured all the water from his pouch into it and it worked no leaks. sink itself can hold more than 5 pouches of water at the same time and he even made a cover for the sink with some square wood and a leather strip for the handle
*3 days later*
fighting the monsters In the throne room was tiring but thank got it was mostly weak bug monsters with no core and barely any xp to give because even though they are annoying at least they weren't stronger than him ...
but today while resting his tail got itchy and as he scratched it it hit him "why am I not using it on battle it even has a small spike at the end of it" so mich started using his tail to grab things move it and after a while of testing he got a skill and a tactic the skill is [tail whip]
and as for the tactic he's gonna fight normally while throwing rocks or small needles with his tail at the same time tried it out and it was pretty good strategy but he needed to work on it

I'm kinda stuck and don't know what to do for the next chapter so I did this just for fun leave any monster idea here and I might add one if it's not op lol
