Chapter 217: Ch. 217 Dangerous Alarm

By the time of going home after school, it was only Lori whom her parents had not picked up. Miss Dee had told her that her parents would be late, so Lori decided to wait on the lounger in the children's playground in front of her school building. Unbeknownst to her, Louis came close to her and sat next to her at a distance that was neither too close nor too far.

"What are you looking at?" asked the boy with curiosity, seeing Lori lift her head to see the sky.

"Cloud bunny, " replied the little girl, showing the cloud she had seen earlier. "Louis, do you have a sister?"

"No."

"Aren't you lonely?"

"No."

"Do you want to have a baby brother?"

"No."

"Why?"

"Because a little brother is troublesome."

"Why?"

Louis didn't answer for a while, but Lori kept bugging him and asking many whys. "Why is it troublesome?"
