Chapter 111: Body State
Blush had been testing her growth and development in order to keep a careful log of her own body especially when it came to concerns of her own health.
She did not wish to fall victim to some unknown virus or any other ailment that could end her life before she even had a chance to do anything.
It was something she kept doing ever since she had started to care more about her health after ridding herself of the evil energies in her body that were making her unwell.
Her body was developing well and showing signs of improvement under her treatment and training that she underwent since then.
Her growth was becoming much better under those conditions and under the influence of her good genetics provided from inheriting decent traits from her demon half.
Blush started suspecting that something had changed within her body so she continued to study it to find out if there were any parts that could be problematic.
It was not until later that she found out that her growth in height and her bodies development had not made any progress ever since the bindi dot forehead mark appeared on her.
One theory came to mind which was related to Psychics but she was unsure if that was really true or not.
Some would just be in a situation where their Psychic powers were too powerful resulting in their body freezing in its current state while some were just coincidental cases.
In the Dragon Ball world, there was Chaotsu who possessed Psychic powers and was very small showing no signs of growing but it was never identified as him possessing a certain races bloodline to make him smaller than others or if it was caused by his Psychic abilities.
Another case of a small sized person was Grand Zeno the Omni-King who possesses the greatest abilities in the many universes who rules over and can create or remove Universes with little effort.
It was another case of someone possessing strange powers yet remaining so child like.
Outside of the Dragon Ball world, Blush could only think of Tatsumaki from One Punch Man to base such an example on but she was uncertain if Tatumaki had such a situation since it was never really mentioned if her growth had halted for that reason.
Blush finished recording her own data based on her studies as she marked 5 Foot 2 Inches, 157 Centimetres on the part with the current date as there were other logs of the same marked on earlier dates.
Other details were recorded showing her legs, arms, waist, and chest measurements which had also showed no change for some time which marked the date of her breaking past the first stage in her training method.
Upon seeing the lack of any change in her development, Blush sighed placing her head in her palms. "Still no change upon me turning fifteen. If this continued then I will most likely be stuck in this state forever.
On a positive note.. I am glad that this had happened at my current age and not any earlier otherwise I would be stuck in a state of a small child. This may not be my adult growth and can only be considered as my early teens but this is good enough. Not as bad as it could be.."
A small sigh escaped her lips again as she muttered. "I guess this height is just a little under how tall Freiza is.. even that guy can have a height complex when faced with so many large alien races that surround him.
On the plus side.. I am still slightly taller than the grown up Krillin so it is not all that bad to be frozen in this height. The main issue can be overcome with Shapeshifting Magic if I really need to look older or bigger despite there being costs to it."
Compared to other races and even among most of her half demon siblings who had already grown up fully, Blush could still be considered as very short but among some human females or males like Videl or Krillin, it was not like she would be lacking in combat and reach by too much.
Through experimenting with the Shapeshifting Magic, Blush was able to figure out that only so much could be changed about her body during casting it in the most efficient way possible using a set amount of Magic Power for the spell itself while applying more to maintain it for longer.
Her current body could be altered to take on different shapes and sizes but once the size started to go beyond her bodies mass and structure, more Magic Power needed to be used to make up for the missing parts that needed to be filled or expanded upon.
If she wished to shape shift into a larger object or shape then she consumption of her Magic Power would be much greater so that would be the same if Blush wished to add some extra Inches onto her height and make herself look much older than her current state.
People around her would notice if she was trying to maintain a fake height using her magic power eventually and it would only go unnoticed if she gradually kept increasing her height so that her change would not look too sudden or fake.
All that was way too much trouble and effort to maintain so Blush had to slowly put aside her grievances.
If she really had that much of a problem with being looked down towards by others then there were always other solutions like wearing high heels or wearing her hair up to make it look like she had a little more height.
High heels were not exactly practical for combat situations so she put aside that idea while her hair had grown out some more during the time she had went on the journey to Puff Mountain with the other witches.
The most practical option available fit with her need for having Magic Power Gems containing reserves of her powers or ones embedded with a certain spell to help more efficiently handle her usage of Magic Power.
Upon adding a metal hair cuff putting her hair up, Blush gained yet another accessory to aid her in times of need which further added to her increasing appearance that resembled a Djinn or Genie.
The only time that there was any kind of change to that appearance was when she wore a white lab coat over the top of her current outfit or dressed in a way to avoid being identified when she was going out without wanting to be identified as her current identity.
As everything was progressing further after her fifteenth birthday had came and went by, there was finally some positive news which meant that she no longer had to maintain her current operations where she was located.
