As the archers launched another attack, an arrow lodged itself into the skull of a zombie, causing it to crumble to the ground. The other zombies continued their relentless march towards the city, despite being riddled with arrows. The archers launched several more attacks, finally bringing the zombies to their knees. It took six to seven attacks from the archers to finally put the zombies down for good. The situation was dire.
