Chapter 57: Chapter 57 I am your father! (Rewritten)

With her long legs dangling, Diana was being carried by Stephen without resistance. It was unclear whether she was abiding by the agreement or simply worried that resistance would lead to Stephen killing the Amazons. Or perhaps she hadn't fully recovered from the shock of the destruction of the God Killer Sword.

As Stephen carried Diana, the other Amazons looked on in shock and desperation. With a chuckle, he addressed Artemis, "Untie them all. As long as they don't resist me, it will be the same as before. I'm only interested in her." While speaking, Stephen patted Diana's backside, humming a little tune, and walked into the room to prepare for the morning exercise.

Without the influence of the Golden Lasso, one could only wonder if Diana would struggle. Since she couldn't be allowed to take the initiative like Helena and Felicity, it would be entertaining to see her resist or struggle, wouldn't it? After all, there's something cool about a strong Wonder Woman.

Artemis gave the order to unlock the chains of Hippolyta and the others, and the free Amazons appeared bewildered.

Hippolyta gazed at Diana being carried away, her expression involuntarily changing.

"Queen, if he truly came from the future, he won't stay for long. Diana still has time... time to seek revenge against him," Artemis empathized with Hippolyta's emotions. But sacrifices are inevitable in war. Just as she had sacrificed her loyalty to Stephen, Diana's sacrifice was also to protect Paradise Island. It was... worth it!

Bang!

Diana was thrown onto the bed, and Stephen slowly leaned over, kissing her soft pink lips.

"Uh-huh."

Stephen felt a sharp pain in the corner of his mouth and snorted as he got up.

Wiping his finger slowly at the corner of his mouth, leaving a trace of bright red blood, Stephen smiled at the agitated and determined Diana.

"That's enough flavor."

"If you don't resist, then you wouldn't be Wonder Woman, which I like."

"Yesterday's performance was a little chaotic, but today... finally, it's right." Stephen smirked and leaned in again, but this time, Diana raised her arms and wristbands and unleashed a powerful shock of divine power directly at Stephen, sending him crashing into the wall.

Shaking his shoulders, Stephen stood up and glared at Diana sharply, like a beast ready to pounce.

He didn't need a mirror to know that at this moment, he must have looked like a complete villain — the kind of villain who would crush the protagonist into the ground at the last minute.

Diana laid her hand on the Golden Lasso that Stephen had left behind, smirking as she looked at him.

The second round was about to begin.

Boom!

A loud noise suddenly erupted outside, and both of them looked out the window in amazement. They saw flames soaring into the sky as if something had exploded. Screams and panicked shouts filled the air. Diana looked startled, turned, and rushed towards the window.

Boom!

Diana shattered the window, and her body fell from the great height.

As she landed, Diana was momentarily stunned.

The fighting arena nearby was engulfed in fire and smoke. Several Amazon corpses lay on the ground, and the remaining Amazons were locked in deadly combat. Could it be that Hippolyta and the others were preparing to fight against Artemis' forces?

No, something was amiss!

Diana quickly realized that Artemis was actually fighting against her own people.

They were fighting each other!

"Stop, stop! What are you doing? Why are you fighting each other?" Diana shouted, rushing over and using her hands, and even employing the Golden Lasso to separate those engaged in combat.

"Mother!"

Huh!

A sword narrowly missed Diana as she prevented her mother from attacking, and she hurriedly restrained her and shouted.

Hippolyta's expression slightly changed, momentarily bewildered before regaining her composure.

"What's happening? Could it be..."

"It's not him," Diana calmly shook her head. "There are other intruders."

Snapped! Snapped! Snapped!

The sound of clapping and applause echoed amidst the flames, and the fire parted to reveal a woman.

She wore a black dress with holes all over it, and her short hair appeared as if it had been roughly cut. Her dark eyeshadow and lips gave her a gothic appearance.

"Who are you?" Diana warily asked.

"I'm your sister," the woman replied with a smile.

Sisters?

Diana surveyed the horrifying scene of infighting and looked at the woman coldly. "I don't have a sister like you."

"She really is your sister," Stephen's voice rang out as he slowly walked to Diana's side, chuckling. "I admire the old thief Zeus. He can conceive children anywhere, anytime. You have more than one brother and sister—Ares, the god of war, and this girl standing before you is called Eris."

"The goddess of strife?" Diana exclaimed in surprise.

"Yes, the one who started the Trojan War with a golden apple," Stephen nodded, smiling. "Your mother must have encountered her. After all, many years ago, humans, Olympian gods, and Atlanteans joined forces to fight against Steppenwolf, who invaded the Earth."

Diana instinctively glanced at Hippolyta beside her, and with a solemn expression, Hippolyta said, "She should be dead. The gods, the gods should have been killed by Ares."

"Shit," Eris sneered. "If the gods were dead, you wouldn't have survived long ago. And my jealous mother Hera wouldn't let go of the woman who had an affair with my father, Zeus!"

Hippolyta furrowed her brow.

"What brings you to Paradise Island?" Diana asked with a stern tone.

"Paradise Island? I thought it had become a slave island, so I came to help you, my sister," Eris smiled and then shifted her gaze towards Stephen. "And you, how did you obtain that power? Are you also my father's son?"

"Ha, no, no, my dear, I'm your father!" Stephen grinned.

Eris was taken aback, and upon hearing this, she smiled. "I doubt my mother would agree."

"That's alright, I don't mind having a fling with her," Stephen chuckled unapologetically.

Eris was stunned and looked up at the sky. "Mother, did you hear that? Someone wants to sleep with you."

The sky remained unchanged, leaving it unclear whether Hera hadn't heard or simply chose not to respond.

"Reveal your trick, or else... I will have to make you undo it by force," Diana shouted, preparing to take action.

"Try me?" Eris raised an eyebrow and smiled.

Before anyone could react, Diana had already rushed towards Eris.

Boom!

Without seeing exactly what happened, Diana, who had just charged forward, was sent flying, crashing through the wall and into the ruins.

"You're weak, sister!"
