Chapter 12: Iceland
Early in the morning Will and Sia were chatting happily like a newly married couple which they were...
"Ohh... I forgot to say to you but you got resistance to some poisons..."
"It's called 1000 poison resistance!!" Sia said with an excited tone
"So, now I understand why I was feeling a little.."
"Yes!! Yes!! As I have the sacred poison body my mate can have the same level of poison resistance as me. Though it should have been 100 poison resistance at first; After our dual cultivation it increased to 1000 poison."
"Ahh... that must be because of my physique..."

After some hours Will 'learned' how to fly a sword which shocked Sia...
"Will you are a genius!!!"
"It took me so long to have perfect control over the flying sword..." Sia pouted and said in a 'sad' tone.
Meanwhile, Will could only chuckle warily. At the same time, Fionna came out...
"Brother you are not going to help me pack the things??" Fionna shouted. She was explained about cultivation and all but still seeing her brother fly made her stun.
"Fio~dont pack anything; We won't need it. As for clothes, we will buy them there."
"Does Fionna really have to go to the ice heart sect?? Sia asked.
"I mean if she goes to the ice heart sect, we will see each other very less. You know there is a family on the eastern continent..."
"NOOO!!" Will yelled suddenly
"I-I mean if she is talented for ice cultivation techniques who else can be better than them right?? And comparatively, she will face fewer problems in the ice heart sect."
'I cannot let her go to that continent. I am not a bit ready to deal with 'our family'. If they find out about her, there is no way they would not make her marry some random dude to increase 'his' connections.'
"Now that everything is done let's go"
They took off with their flying swords while Will was holding Fionna, at first, she was scared but after some time she started enjoying herself. People at that cultivation base usually don't ride flying swords because flying on them, makes you use a considerable amount of qi and who knows when they will be ambushed. You have to stop and recover your qi by meditating on your cultivation technique. Cultivation techniques cannot run passively unless you are very proficient in them. Hence using flying swords for a long distance is considered 'not somewhat favorable'.
On a long-distance trip, people usually go in carriages and thus carriages have become very essential. They have now become a thing to flaunt status.
The trio also took many stops but they noticed that their pure qi lessened the consumption, hence, fewer stops. The place they were going was on the western continent, to the ice heart sect.
The sect was located in a place called Iceland.
Iceland has many beautiful places and many snow-capped mountains. That does not mean that there is snow every time.
In the western continent, there are three major sects: The ice heart sect, the 100 Flower sect, and the Wondrous woman sect.
It's not like men were not allowed to be there but major power holders were all women and there were places where men were not allowed to go. All the cities were governed by elders or core disciples of the three major sects.
They reached a city called Esaka. It was a city located between the Ice heart and the 100 flower sect. It was very developed also because it was connected to the forest with monsters in it. Hence it had a huge influx of free cultivators to sell and buy materials. They entered the city through the gate. Entering the city required some money so Sia paid for all three of them.
The money was collected in the name of protecting the city, the people with status never pay this kind of money... When all three of them entered the bustling city Sia asked...
"Hey, I never told you about the money right??
100 gold is 1 platinum
100 platinum is 1 low-level spirit stone"
"There are bronze as well as silver also but they are mostly used by mortals. The cultivators mostly use gold or platinum for necessities but when it comes to treasures they have to be bought with spirit stones."
It was nighttime when they reached so they decided to rest for the day. As Esaka was considered a major city they also had a branch of 'Information Commerce' so Sia went there with her medallion to ask for money. She returned somewhat disappointed.
"Sorry Will, we don't have a major branch here right now, so there was not a lot of money. I could only rent a house with a low-level qi gathering formation and bring 1000 gold coins for you."
"Sia it is more than enough, you don't have to worry about that."
They slept peacefully and cuddled with each other a lot because this was the last night they would be together... for now. As the morning arrived Sia got reluctantly ready to leave.
"Will take this medallion, I will contact you from time to time. don't forget to tell me about your location after a year or so through the organization. and don't do a lot of risky things, and be safe all the time..." Sia started bickering like a housewife, and to shut her mouth Will kissed her. Sia knew why she was being kissed but she did not get angry and responded to the kiss happily.
"Don't worry about me, Sia. You be safe, okay? It's your first tribulation, right? You can visit me in your free time.
Don't worry after getting somewhat stronger I will come to your parents and we will also hold a proper marriage ceremony"
Sia blushingly agreed, and after kissing for some time, she went and hugged Fionna and left...
'I don't want to destroy their family reunion by going there with her...
...
Okay, that is not the reason, I don't want to come up as a leecher in my first impression, I mean I would have been completely broke without her...

"Fio~ let's go to the city, I will show you around, and let's have a lot of fun" For which Fionna happily agreed.
