Look at The fish in front of him jumping full of life, Tenma's face suddenly had a smile, and his gazes shifted to Law, who was sitting not far from him.
After making sure his mind was a lot calmer, In just a few days of trying, Tenma finally used his own Medical Ninjutsu to successfully save the fish that had died for three hours and completed the first training in Tsunade's Medical book.
Even Tenma felt a little surprised. You know, the previous fish, one right behind this, died not long after Tenma used the mystical palm on it.
Though it could be said that luck had played a big part in it, it was still a big first step that Tenma had taken. And now he felt like he had somehow gotten the gist of it.
Therefore, after being successful once, Tenma is inevitably somewhat proud. At least he feels that his innate talent was not that bad.
Law also smiled from the side.
But unknown to Tenma, he actually sighed a lot of relief.
' Finally… damn, I thought I would continue eating fish for another six straight days.'
But who would have thought that just when Law thought he could finally escape from these endless fish meal and could ask Tenma for some meat, Tenma actually did something,
He went straight to the pile of fish that Law had specially prepared for him, a heavily injured one, and placed it on his operation table.
" Wait, what are you doing?"
Law had a bad feeling.
But Tenma just casually pointed to the dead fish in front of him and said, "Well, though I had succeeded once, I still need to increase my chance of success. So I think I would try some more and only stop when my success percentage reached as high as 90%."
"Ah yes.. Sure. You should do that. Good luck."
Faced with Law's encouragement, Tenma gave a thumbs up and nodded.
Not even going to wait for his chakra to recover, he began to heal the dead fish in front of him.
Though unknown to Tenma, his teacher secretly slumped on the floor and almost cried.
' Fish.. I don't think I could eat fish anymore…'

Almost two years later, Tenma finally finished learning everything which was written in Tsunade's Medical book.
The time left when he could stay in this white place was less than one year, and he thought that he could finally say goodbye to this place.
Though Tenma could only finish his practice thanks to this space and feels grateful for it, he could not deny that staying here any longer could make him crazy.
Endless white space everywhere, and he was supposed to be trapped with no one but a guy in his twenties. If not for his high mental fortitude, Tenma might have gone senile here.
But who knows that, just when he thought he could finally get some rest, Law actually pulled him back to reality/
" Kid, what are you doing? Your real training has only started now!"
" ??? "
" Well, kid. For the past two years, you haven't been doing anything but learning medical ninjutsu. Though it has been pretty fruitful, shouldn't the real usage of this space be for you to learn from me?
Therefore, for the rest of your time here. You will learn surgery techniques from me. But that's not all. For now, we will spar for a bit."
Tenma was a bit flabbergasted. He was ready to protest, but Law's words really made a lot of sense.
In the end, he had no choice but to comply.
He stood a few meters away from Law. The two were ready for their first spar.
"Kid, don't try to hold back. Attack me with all you got!"
"Yes, Law Sensei!"
To see Law in action with his own eyes, it was a lie if Tenma said he was not excited.
You know, this version of Law was the Law in Wano. Though he had not beaten Big Mom
yet, he was still a super strong guy that had a lot of battle experience.
Even a lot of big pirates in the New World could not be compared to the current Law. Therefore, it could be seen how excited Tenma was to see Law make a move.
Then, without any reservation, Tenma used all he learned from Sanji and tried to attack Law. Law, though was still wearing that very relaxed posture on his body.
" Coiler!!"
In front of Law, Tenma went for his blind spot and went for his neck.
At this time, it is not like Tenma wants to be merciless, but Law does reveal this weak spot.
However, though the idea was not bad, unfortunately, this blindspot was deliberately shown by Law.
Law smiled as he saw Tenma's action.
' Really, this guy is way too green. Black leg, it seems you have held back a lot when you teach him.'
It seems that Law has a weak spot on the whole body, but when Tenma got near, he found that it was just his hopeless thinking.
The weak spot that he saw was all worthless in front of Law.
Against someone with observation Haki and Armament Haki, Law didn't even need to move his whole body to stop Tenma's attack. Just a single finger would do.

As time passed and he made no progress, frustration began to show on Tenma's face.
He went for a big move in antimanner course kick, yet it seems the attack was not even worth mentioning in front of Law.
This time, two fingers were raised, and they successfully blocked Tenma's strongest attack.
At this moment, Tenma finally realized the difference between himself and Law.
And at the same time, he realized that his journey was just at the very beginning.
