He was proud of how far Lincoln had come building several empires and creating a legacy for himself,"What about you?, Do you visit Norway much?Elena asks as he sips his drink.

"how can a model be the boss of a Ceo of an international bank "Bernard questions as she giggles,"Yeah, it sound stupid now"Elena says as she gulps her drink.
"So what's his name?Elena asks as Bernard relaxes in his chair with a small silence,"You seem awfully enthusiastic about him? Bernard says studying her as she chuckles.
"I just want to get to know you better" Elena defends herself,"By asking questions about my friend?Bernard responds as she giggles.
"Did someone ask you to get information? Bernard begins as she ceases her brows,"What..no of course not, it on my own volition"Elena explains as Bernard just nods.
But her explanation didn't seem to pacify him, "Why you keep asking about my friend ?,"You seem to have a change in demeanor?, Bernard began to Catechism her.
"Sorry I seem to ask a lot of things, it my nature, I honestly wanted to get to know you better you seemed really surreptitious"Elena confesses as Bernard chuckled.
Bernard seems to go into a state of brooding as he just kept quite while Elena turned herself more champagne.
"You hungry? Bernard finally speaks as she nods slightly,"Let's eat then" Bernard says as they began eating, At first Bernard seemed unabated, but soon it's reduced.
she then felt self confident again and no more flustered by his behavior , she understood why he acted this way , it was clear Bernard was a man of age, had lived a good while and has wisdom.
The way he shifted into silence and said small words, trying to engage in a conversation but finds something holding him back from doing so.
She wanted to help him come out of his hole and be a bit more human,"It's really nice, did you make it?Elena strikes a conversation.

"That nice, you should"Bernard replies as she grinned happy he listened and responded, "I thought of going this Saturday, but I have a show"Elena opens up.
"At the blink bar? he questions as she nods happily,"so you remember?She say exitedly as he nods,"I pay attention "He responds as she nods sipping her campaign.
"Especially if I value their words" Bernard adds as Elena's cheeks tint immediately as she slowly looks up locking gaze with him .
