Everyone turned their heads to where they heard the giggle come from. What they saw struck their hearts with an arrow of love as they saw their tiny newborn baby slightly open their eyes and giggle it was at that point everyone in the room had the same thought go through them
'I MUST PROTECT HER' they all had a serious expression which frightened the little baby as she started to cry in fear that her family were angry at her for laughing at them, seeing this all of them tried to comfort her "Baby it's ok don't cry we are here for you" said Alice, "Yes this big brother will always protect you you have my word" said Adam, "Don't be afraid baby your family will always be by your side" said Dominic.
Hearing all these comforting words she stopped crying and started to giggle at how cheesy these words were. Everyone breath out a sigh of relief then someone spoke up " Mom what's her name if you haven't given her a name then can I give her one " said the enthusiastic Alice
"No fair I want to name her too," said the cold face Adam, "Come on guys no need to fight we can all choose a name and vote for it," said the smart Dominic. "you guys are overthinking this me and your father already have a name for her," said their mother "Yes me and your mother have decided to call her Ryoko, Ryoko Archion," said their father with a smug look. "No fair dad you choose her name without us so mean" everyone laughed then Alice spoke again "Dad why does her name sound different from ours"
"That's because we are naming her after one of our ancestors who was said to have 3 pairs of horns just like Ryoko here but I don't know if that's true"
As time passed Ryoko started to feel tired and slowly went back to sleep on the verge of falling asleep she heard a strange sound

It has been a month since I came to this world and have learned a bit of it from my parents talking to each other, It seems in the world called genesis there are many different races other than humans they go as Humans, Elves, Dwarves, Beastmen, Merfolk, Angles, Demons and lastly Dragons which is what I am
The humans have the highest population but are the weakest of the races but have the highest potential for growth and magic, Beastfolk has the second highest population they have a human-like appearance but have animal characteristics such as animal ears and tails they have the most subspecies of all the race
the next are the Dwarves they have a human-like appearance but a shorter and have bulky muscles this applies to all genders and ages of the species and are not well-liked by the Elves, Next are the Elves they have a low population this is due to their long lives which can last for a thousand years thus leading to a low libido they have a human-like appearance the only difference is their long pointy ears and beautiful appearance which is ten times better than any human they have an affinity for nature magic and spirit magic this is why they dislike humans and dwarves since dwarves use fire and metal elements same for humans
the next races are the Demons and Angles they are the rarest of all races this is due to them having a war between each other leading to a lot of deaths thus having a lower population, the Angles have a human appearance same for the demons the difference is the angles and demons have a beautiful appearance like that of the elves but the demons have a grayish skin tone, red eyes, black bat-like wings,black horns, and a devil-like tail
while the angles have a pure appearance and have bird-like wings and fair skin, Angles have an affinity with holy magic and blessings while demons have an affinity for black magic and curses due to their low population and since they live in different planes of existence like heaven and hell they are believed to be mythical existence
the angles have a subspecies called the fallen they are exactly like angles but with black wings, they have an affinity with holy magic and curses
the final species are called dragons that's what I am a dragon we are the strongest race there is and are revered by many of the others, we are thought to be a rare species but that is not the case, we have a similar population to that of the beast men the reason why we are thought to be rare is due to our species home which is called the kingdom of Noxus
it is a secluded island which is constantly in the eye of a gigantic storm and the island keeps on moving, this makes people believe that the kingdom of Noxus doesn't exist but the kingdoms we have trading networks say otherwise
Our species has many subspecies such as Lizardmen, Salamanders, Sea serpent, etc our race has the second most subspecies but most of them are monsters creatures that have no intelligence but have great power there is a subspecies of dragons just like us but have no human form and are less intelligent but they are almost as strong as us this lead to us being called true dragons while the subspecies is just called dragons
us dragons have the highest affinity with any given element, for example, lightning dragons have the highest affinity to lightning compared to the other races etc, Our kingdom is divided into six sections and one floating island, the sections go as followed starting with the flame territory governed by the Darksmoke Noble family who are fire dragons, then the seaside territory governed by the Mizuchi Noble family who are water dragons
Then we have the Dialong Noble family that governs the earth territory, then we have the Fraener Nobel family which governs the dark territory, The last land territory belongs to the Tempest Noble family who governs the storm territory
Then we have the capital and the sky island the sky island is governed by two noble families we have the Ehecatl who are wind dragons and the Amaterasu Noble family who are light dragons, then finally we have the royal family the Archion family are dragons with multiple elemental affinities the least is 5, this is my family we are well loved and respected by the people anyways
Each territory has a unique environment and the Noble families that govern them have specified task's for the betterment of the kingdom, for example, the noble family in the sky island are tasked with flying over different continents and kingdoms for surveillance, trade deals, negotiation, etc how they achieve this is the light dragon refract the light causing the sky island to be invisible and the wind dragons produce currents to push the island along
That's all i could get from the talks between my parents and all that thinking is making me sleepy
