Chapter 14: What do we do?
After Ino left, Inside the ramen shop atmosphere was silent.
The shop owner was the first one to break the silence by patting Kyouske's shoulder he said " Oh! nice job Young man "
Kyouske blushed but didn't say anything.
Naruto while eating said " Kyouske Kun that violent girl likes you, crap "
Shikamaru shook his head and said " You've gotten yourself into trouble Kyouske, girls are such a drag "
Choji while gulping the ramen soup said " I don't know what happened but this ramen is the best "
Sasuke looking at Kyouske smiled and said " Serves you right idiot, be with that violent girl more humph "
Kyouske with a red face was just eating and didn't respond to any of them.
After finishing up eating they left Sasuke and Kyouske walked towards the Uchiha District and Shikamaru, Choji and Naruto went together.
Kyouske and Sasuke while walking didn't talk much.
As they were approaching their home Kyouske asked " What do I do now? "
Sasuke said while smiling " What do I know Idiot, I thought you were a genius it seems you're dumber than Naruto "
Kyouske with a red face went to his room while removing his clothes and wearing comfortable clothing Kyouske thought ' I'll talk with mother, she'll know something ' as dinner time approached Kyouske went towards the dining room early to talk with his mother.
After reaching the dining room he went inside but seeing his smiling mother he couldn't bring up the topic.
While stirring the pot Mikoto asked " What happened? tell me, the face you're making it's as if you're facing a great enemy"
Kyouske sat down and said almost in a whispered voice " Mother, I...I said to Ino that I like her and she said I like you back but what do we do? "
Ino PoV
After reaching home Ino sat down on her bed While thinking hard.
Her mother called her for dinner which she ignored for the first two times but after her mother got angry at her she went to eat.
Sitting at the dining table Ino was distracted but seeing her father, not at the table she understood he was on a mission.
Ino's mother seeing her daughter distracted asked " What happened? today was Kyouske Chan's first day at school right? something he did?"
Ino nodded her head, in reply Ino's mother said "Don't worry about it, boy that pretty will eventually cheat on you it's better he left you "
Ino with a shocked face said " no it's not like that mother, he said he likes me " then blushed hard.
Ino's mother smiled and said " I knew it, he's a good boy, so you didn't reply? "
Ino nodding her head said " I said 'I like you back' but what do I do? "
Ino's mother while eating said " Don't worry about it, Just go along with him ufufufu "
Ino tilted her head.

Mikoto looking at Kyouske's eyes seriously said " so she said she likes you back? hmm, tomorrow hold hands with her "
Kyouske with a red face said " B...But "
Mikoto poking his cheek said " A boy needs to take initiative Kyouske, Do your best " then she focused on cooking.
After eating Kyouske left for his room, very distracted, his thoughts were here and there.
As he was walking he bumped into something hard looking up he saw he bumped into Itachi who was smiling at him.
Kyouske while rubbing his forehead said " I am sorry Elder brother"
Itachi ruffling Kyouske's hair said " It's alright, it's not like you Kyouske, What happened? "
Kyouske blushed again and said " N... Nothing"
Itachi smiled and said " If you don't want to talk about it then it's okay " then walked passed Kyouske.
Kyouske seeing Itachi leaving held Itachi's hand and said " I... I need advice brother"
Itachi with an intriguing look said " Ask away"
Kyouske explained how he liked this girl and she liked him back now he's confused about what to do, Itachi's face blushed a little and he said " Hmm... Quite the predicament you've landed yourself into, mother said to hold hands tomorrow? do that, I don't know much about this, it seems you're a genius with women " then he left in a hurry.
Kyouske hearing he is a genius with women felt bitter inside.
Kyouske while lying down on his bed fell asleep.
The next day he woke up and had breakfast while looking at his smiling mother.
He then left towards academy alone as Sasuke didn't want to go with him.
While passing Ino's flower shop he saw Ino in her orange attire waiting for him.
Seeing her his heartbeat skyrocketed.
Kyouske walked towards her with his head lowered. After coming Infront of her he gently held her hand and they didn't talk just walked towards the academy hand in hand.
When they got close to the academy the atmosphere between them disappeared and seeing Sasuke looking at them while smirking both of them blushed.
Kyouske releasing Ino's hand walked towards Sasuke while passing he heard " Idiot" then he looked back into Sasuke's eye and said " Sasuke, The boy Naruto, he has a dangerous aura around him I don't know what it is be careful "
Sasuke ' humped ' and said, " He's a loser that's all " then left. Seeing Sasuke didn't care about his warning, Kyouske understood that Sasuke knew something.
Kyouske while tilting his head thought ' is there really a demon Inside him? ' shaking his head he sat down. Ino sat beside him and class started.
Today Kyouske invited Naruto to play with them too and seeing the smile of Naruto, Kyouske thought 'Ah! he's my friend now too, I don't think he is a bad person at all '
After returning home Kyouske heard a piece of dreadful news that made him tremendously sad, Shisui Uchiha was killed mysteriously.
Kyouske while sitting in the dining room was very tense, the whole atmosphere around the dining room was tense.
Fugaku with a very grave expression said " Kyouske, Sasuke from now on be careful, your guards will not be with you for some days"
Kyouske nodded his head and Sasuke was too sad to react, Shisui taught Sasuke many things and was the best young Shinobi of the Clan.
Kyouske with a little hesitation asked " Who killed him Father? he was Elder brother's best friend, it must be very tough for him "
Fugaku didn't say anything and left the room without finishing his meal.
Mikoto smiled and rubbed both Kyouske and Sasuke's heads and said " Don't worry about it, your father is a little tensed " then she also got busy with cleaning the table.
Kyouske and Sasuke went towards their rooms, while walking together Kyouske said in a very serious voice" Sasuke, from now on be with me when we are in the academy, I'll protect you "
Sasuke 'humphed' then said, " I don't need your protection, protect your girlfriend, idiot " then left.
Seeing him like this Kyouske shook his head and returned to his room.
Kyouske while lying in the bed thought ' today was a great day or so I thought, Shisui San was a very powerful shinobi, although we never fought, he was as powerful as father, but he was killed, we Uchiha are destined to be hated for our overwhelming power, father is right, everyone is jealous of us ' while thinking about this he remembered how Ino held his hand and said she'll cook something for him tomorrow.
