Chapter 6: Pitiable spectacle.
"Next day in morning, Maylie was coughing so
hard her condition was pitiable.She was in absolute pain."
All of a sudden she stood up from bed and went to the washroom because she had some vomit feels.David woke up and checked her.There was blood in her vomit after seeing this he became more distress.
Maylie was feeling unconscious suddenly she felt dizzy and was about to fall but David took her in his arms.she fainted.David called his mother, she came.Then David took her to the hospital.Doctor examined her.After the checkup doctor came outside the room.)
David : How's she now?
Doctor : (shook his head)
*awkward silence*
*in a painful voice....
David : How much time time she have?
Doctor : Ahh....let me clear it.she have only a week or may be less then it.I'm sorry my friend.
David was in complete shock because of the news he was in absolute sorrow.It was an unbearable able pain for him.He was in a trauma the fear of being alone in this world.the fear of loosing someone really close to your heart.
His eyes were full of tears,and wasn't in the condition of facing Maylie.At that time she was sleeping because of the heavy doze.He went to the room where she was.He came near her bed and sat on the bench near her bed,he held her hand his eyes were teary.
David : I can't bear this pain anymore.I wouldn't let you go anywhere. Why....why I'm so helpless,just..... just see how powerless I'm.I am not capable of curing you.
*Maylie slightly opened her eyes,she saw that he was crying.she tried to pat him but because of weakness she couldn't (an awful moment).*
He saw that she is now in her senses he looked at her then putted his head on her shoulder and by his second arm he hugged her.His face was just after her her neck.She felt the caress of his breath on her neck.she felt the tears of him and after this she whispered something but he didn't get he he asked her that what she said.
Maylie : How much time left?
David : *no response*
Maylie : David,I asked you something what they said how much time left ?
David : more than hundred years.
Maylie : I wish, but I know the truth, it is not possible for me to live.tell me the truth please.
Maylie : I've asked you something say something please.
David : doc..doctor said that ....huh
Maylie : what?
David : He said that you have just a week may be or...
Maylie : Or..???
David : May be less then it. please don't leave me alone. I wouldn't let you go anywhere.
(He held her more strongly)
Maylie : I wish that it was all in my hand,but now we have to agree the with the management of God.(she smiled)but God please I wish,give me a little time more I want to celebrate my 9th anniversary with my love.
David : we'll.....
Maylie : God knows better....huh.
They both cried.after sometime they left the hospital and came back home it was night after coming back firstly she asked for harry,Lara told her that he is already sleeping.they both went to their room.
From next day it was the daily routine of them David usually spent his all time with her and harry,it was a very beautiful time for them but as well as painful too.she had a very beautiful bond with harry.Maylie always think about harry that what will he do after her death? what will happen to him? but then she always make herself relaxed because she knew that David, Miss Dora and Lara will must take care of him.
As time passes her condition was becoming more critical.
It was the day of her anniversary.David had planned many things for her to make this day the most special day of her life. she woke up as she opened her eyes she saw red roses and balloons everywhere in the room.she stood up and then saw a beautiful red rose,she kissed it and left it on the bed,the she went to the bathroom at the door she saw a little note it was by David."Good morning mam,your bathtub is ready welcome". after getting ready she came outside and saw there were too many people "the workers" for organizing their anniversary.She was searching David as she went to the garden harry,Miss Dora and Lara were there.They both wished her they said
"happy anniversary to you Maylie" she thanked them both and asked about David.
Miss Dora said "he told me that he have to receive something so ho went early morning now he'll must be coming back,don't worry".
As Maylie came back from garden she started vomiting.It was all blood in her vomit.She became more tensed.*door knocked*she cleaned up the washroom and came out,it was David he asked her that is she okay. she didn't told him about the vomit.He came close to him and hugged her.)
David : Happy anniversary my love.
Maylie : Happy anniversary to you to.
David : it's been nine years of our relationship it was the day when you officially became mine.I still remember the day when I saw you first.The same feel is today.when I saw you for the very first you were wearing a blue crop top,black jeans with white shoes.(he smiled)
Maylie : you still remember everything.
David : everything.
Maylie : we first met (12 years ago), it was spring season,I remember.It Friday I saw you in your office when I went there for the interview of a manager post.(she smiled)To be when I saw you first I thought that thank goodness my boss is good looking.(hehehe)
David : Good looking..... that's why you trapped me right?
Maylie : trapped you?
David : yes you ta trapped me in your love.
Maylie : Without knowing we fell in love with each other, we've spent a huge time period together.I swear it was the beautiful time period of my life.it was adorable because of you.
David : same goes to you thank you so much for always supporting me, for always loving and trusting me.
Maylie : I do because I love you more then anything.
David : I love you more than you do.
(they both smiled)be ready for tonight's party I want you go be the beauty of the event.I know you're already but I'm just saying.
Maylie : I got you babe.
David : Now I've to go because I've to check the party arrangements take care of. yourself,bye.
he opened the door but then closed it he kissed her forget and left the room.All of them were ready the guests were waiting for the
star couple Maylie was getting ready David was waiting for her outside the room.As she came outside David lost his all senses because she was looking absolutely stunning just like a princess in the red gown and open hair.She came near him and asked him how I'm looking he didn't responded because he was trying to be in his senses again she clapped)
Maylie : I've asked that how I'm looking ?
David : stunning,pretty,beautiful,lovely, gorgeous just like a pretty doll.
Maylie : (she smiled) shall we go?
David : yeah..yeah let's go.
( *hand in hand*)
they both came into the party nobody took their eyes away from them because they were looking so pretty together just adorable.All of the guest wished them and gave them presents.Maylie carried harry in her arms kissed his forehead and played with h for a little then Lara took him away to feed him.It was the time of dance David asked Maylie for a dance she agreed they both rocked the floor every single person who was present there cheered up for them.After sometime David held Maylie's hand and they both went to their room.)
David : you haven't asked me for your present.
Maylie : all of this you have done for me is not less then a present.it delighted me.
David : (he showed her a box then he opened it there was a pretty diamond necklace in it) how is it?
Maylie : It is absolutely beautiful.
David : (He putted it in her neck and then hugged her and kissed her neck)
Maylie : (she hugged him back)
*David held her waist and kissed her*
David : you know what makes me happy,just feeling you.
Maylie suddenly felt unconscious David took her to the garden for some fresh air she sat on the chair.Everyome was there David went to bring some water for her as he came back he asked him to turn as she turned back the glass in his hand fell down and broke because he saw that her nose was bleeding he came near to her she fell on the ground he putted her head on his lap)
Maylie : huhhh...David I think it is the time to say goodbye.
David : no...no.....
Maylie : Say goodbye to me with a smile.
David : please don't say like this.....
Maylie : Tak....ahhh..take good care of our son, and remember that I,I genuinely loved you.Take care of.....oooof yours....
*Her eyes closed because her soul departed from this world"
David : (he shouted) Maylieeeeeeeeee...Maylieeee...This can't happen to me...
(everyone started crying)
