Chapter 306: Wise King

The King of Lvneel was very wise. After discussing with the Genkishi, he immediately handed over the city to the Millefiore Family without any hesitation. In fact, the Genkishi didn't need to do much. Once he arrived at the King's castle, the King had already prepared everything and handed it over to the Genkishi, signifying that the city now belonged to the Millefiore Family.

Was this King stupid?

Certainly not!

The King of Lvneel had long been aware of what had been happening in the North Blue recently. The powerful force that had crushed all of the Donquixote Family's businesses in North Blue in such a short time was something his kingdom couldn't contend with. As for contacting the Marine...

Forget it, one of the Vice Admirals were already killed and Admiral Akainu was defeated at the hands of Millefiore Family. Up to now, the Marine had not taken any substantial action against the Millefiore Family. They had only issued some bounties, and it seemed like they were willing to let this slide.

Given this situation, the best choice for him was to curry a favour with Millefiore Family. After all, it was just a city; giving it to them was not that big of a deal!

This was not necessarily a bad thing for the Lvneel either. At least, in another sense, it strengthened their kingdom's power. The city the Millefiore Family received was situated by the sea, and one of the three major ports of the kingdom was also located there. In the past, they used to be harassed by pirates from time to time, but now...

With Byakuran and his men overseeing it, very few pirates would dare to approach Lvneel.

Soon, a magnificent white castle was built within the city, and the emblem of Millefiore Family was engraved on the castle walls, indicating that this was now their territory.

Byakuran sat alone inside the castle. The table in front of him was filled with his favorite marshmallows. He picked up one after another and savored it. He quite enjoyed this luxurious life.

Shortly after, Baishana knocked on the door and entered the room. After respectfully bowing, he spoke, "Lord Byakuran, all the people from North Blue's Underworld have been notified. They will all arrive to meet Lord Byakuran in three days."

"Hmm? Things go so smoothly?" Byakuran didn't even turn his head. He simply looked at the scenery outside the castle while enjoying his marshmallow.

"Yes, those who agreed to come have been notified. As for those who refused... there's no place for them in North Blue!" Baishana said without batting an eye, and that was their way of doing things. If it were Vongola Family, they would simply accept the refusal, and Giotto would not force anyone to come.

But Byakuran was completely different, and Millefiore was nothing like Vongola. For Byakuran, those who refused were not worth to be left alive any longer. When Baishana went to notify those people, he already planned to eliminate everyone who dared to refuse.

"That's good. Then I should also prepare. After all, they will arrive in three days, and we should give them a proper welcome. After all, we're the newcomers, and they are the boss in North Blue's Underworld."

Byakuran stood up and stretched. Although what he said sounded important, he didn't seem to be interested. "By the way, have you notified all the Six Emperors of Underworld? Do we have to wait a few days for them?"

"Yes, I've notified all of them, Lord Byakuran! They've agreed to come within three days, and through the information that circulates in Underworld network, they are already on their way to the North Blue. They should have known about the invitation and had some interest in our Family."

"Good, that's fine. Next, you, Gloxinia and Ginger Bread should get. Since Zakuro isn't here for a while, there may be some morons who want to test our strength. Even those who come to discuss business may have ulterior motives."

Byakuran smiled and put on his coat. In three days, the Millefiore Family would truly dominate the entire North Blue's Underworld. Be it the Underworld's traders or the so-called Emperors of the Underworld, they all would have to bow down to him!

As Vongola had chosen the path of protection, Millefiore Family had to show how aggressive they could be while rapidly spreading their influence. In this process, some people were bound to show up and challenge their absolute dominance, and through battle, the Family's strength would further increase. At this stage, there was only one True Six Funeral Wreath and Byakuran's strength hadn't reached its prime yet. However, as long as they did it right, all of Millefiore Family members would be assembled.

After all, the way to increase Millefiore Family's Unlock Rate was easier, as they just had to kill powerful enemies.

"By the way, tell Genkishi to follow me during the meeting. He should know what I mean." Byakuran said as he left. Recently, he really liked to wander around and watched the scenery.

What he referred to was Genkishi's Box Weapon. He wanted Genkishi to use his Box Weapon and had his slugs covered the whole meeting venue. After all, you had to be ahead than everyone else at all times, right?"

"Consider it done, Lord Byakuran!" Baishana nodded and waited until Byakuran left the room. Then, he also left.
