Chapter 1: the very beginning
String fell hard on his back from the top of a sky scrapper building. He was desperately trying to run away from superman. String had been causing trouble and making the city unbearable for everyone living in it.
Superman finally caught up with him again and realizing he was almost out of options he fought with superman. They fought long and hard. String had a blade arm so he swung his sword towards superman and it hit the flesh of super man a little bit.
Davil held his brother safare by the hand. He was trying hard to make sure his younger brother safare stays alive. Safari was panting desperately and needed blood to stay alive, while they both approached thoava's gate safare fell on his feet unable to move, how he wished he could enter the city of thoava were he will surely find healing. Just as davil was wondering and thinking of what he could do he saw superman and string fighting very close by. While the urgent need for blood to keep his brother safe grew stronger, just at that moment string swings his sword arm and cut super man flesh a bit. But that was the best he could do as superman soon overpowered him. Davil seeing the situation quickly took safare and placed his face before the blood on the floor. Safare quickly leaked the blood and he regained consciousness, his brother held his hand full of excitement and they both walked into the city of thoava.
Superman had a friend shella. She was tall with brown eyes and hair, she had this excitement every time she comes around superman. superman was fund of Shella and he cared for her like a little sister. she was also full of adventure.
shella was desperate to find out about a few rumors making the round in the city. so she decided to do a research on the particular subject and then she took her findings to super man. just some few months ago shella was involved in a little car accident which lead to little loss of memory. this seemingly would be one of the many reasons superman didn't take her too seriously when she brought her findings.
thoava was a little city and it has been in existence for so many years. shella heard rumors and been the adventurous type she decided to go into thoava to seek the truth. Thoava was a Small city, it activities was normal and like every other usually activity during the day but no one knew what went on at night.
shella went in secretly at night, she has beat the watch man at the gate and so she went further into the city. while she was curios to find out what was going on she saw a scene that beat her imagination. Just as she stood recording what she saw with her phone some one caught her and screamed. she was ordered to be locked up and kept in prison, for the man who gave the order knew she was a friend of superman.
after a long search for shella by superman. he then decided to go into the city of thoava. He remembered how she had talked about thoava and the suspicion she had about the city. while super man went in search for her inside thoava during the day, he found Shella phone on the floor at a particular door. He decided to take the phone home.
When super man finally got home he went through shella's phone and the revelation was mind blowing. shella had early told superman about the emergence of the vampire in the city but that was just a piece of the whole truth. the vampire had a leader who had acquired a certain power and he would bit every other vampire to pass the power onto them. the more the number of vampires the greater and stronger he became.Clark(superman) wounderd how this vampire could acquire such power.
superman decided to go rescue shella that night.He wore his suit and entered the city but was confronted by a host of vampires. He fought with this beast and soon found out how strong they were. their leader approached and Clark could almost recognise him. yes he said to himself, this was the same man trying hard to stay alive while I fought with string. I came back but couldn't find him. Clark was right, It was safare. He had acquired superman blood and this gave him enormous power.safare was already a vampire but when he drank the blood of super man it gave him enormous power. superman looked around the city and discovered that every one living in it was a vampire. He Managed to escape with shella and took her to his hide house.
while in the house superman studied about the vampire. He then found out that thoava was an acronym which means"the city of all vampires ". He then realised that the vampires has been in existence for years but in hiding.How was he to go about handling the situation for he new for certain that the vampires would ravage the city. Just as superman was pondering on what to do he saw a news on television. It was safare, he held a Lady in one hand and requested for superman. superman seeing the situation quickly went up to meet safari.
what your reason for all this superman asked and safare replied I just love this power. Then superman asked him how did you become so powerful and he relied you gave it to me. Rember how I desperately tired to survive that night, well I tasted your blood. It not only healed me but it gave me super strength. I just called you out to show my gratitude. superman gets angry try to fight safare but falls back and assures superman of fighting another day.
back in the lab super tries to figure out a way to finally end the vampire for good. while he sat in his chair shella tries to encourage him. he finally realises what he must do.
