I watched as they kissed passionately, as he undressed her body, fondling her, and making her moan. I still watched as their bodies collided, melting together, moulding into each other, moving in rhythms.
But why was he watching me? Not for a second, his eyes flickered or left mine. Not even when he bit into her neck and sucked her blood.
He still watched me and I did him, unwavering and unmoving as if we had been frozen in time.
Treia left as he asked her to, giving me another unpleasant look as she walked past me. But, I was too engrossed in watching him as he had instructed me, I wouldn't look away because that's what he had asked me to do.
When did I become so benign? Well, it was all for my mission, that's what I kept telling myself. Was that true though? Did I not feel even a single bit of pull toward this gorgeous entity in front of me?

Aselia was an elf whose world was ridden with many problems and strewn with species of all kinds but none was more colossal than vermins called 'Vampires' who sought blood not only for survival but also for pleasure especially from "The Elven Race."
Their blood was considered superior and was relished above all by vampires. As a result, Elves were mercilessly hunted and were driven to the brink of extinction.
Aselia hated Vampires with a passion. Then she met a vampire whose existence was unknown to most people. Xiran smiled at her as no vampire had ever done before.
She didn't scream rainbows and he was no angel either. She was not a damsel in distress and yet he wanted to be her saviour.
The man's appearance was not of a vampire and yet he drank blood. What secrets did he hold? And who exactly was he? How will he react when he will discover Aselia's deepest darkest secrets? Because she had many too. Read on to find out...

Hello everyone 🥰 Author here and it definitely feels weird to review my own work. I am very new at writing novels and this is only my second book, so I have loads to learn. But I have poured my heart and soul into this book to create this magical world that revolves around Xiran; who is a vampire but with a twisted origin, and Aselia who hides her true identity from him when they meet. I always wanted to write a strong female lead and a doting male lead, someone who was not toxic and that's what I tried to deliver. The book will take you on a journey where both will discover love and heartbreaks. Decisions that will baffle you and romance that will make you melt. Very heartwarming, the story was engaging from the very first chapter. I have to commend you for your use of simple sentences to keep things light with no info dumping even though it's a fantasy romance novel. Aselia's character design is shown nicely through her thoughts and actions, it made me understand the kind of person she was and why she acts the way she does. Xiran has a complex outlook on things and moving past the blood contract it was easy to understand their conversations. The only thing I didn't like was the sudden length of some paragraphs, especially on the chapter with the contract. I advice 8-12 lines, anything more is too much.
the three chapters are amazing and hooked up to the point. this novel also have a good plot. so i have to say that THIS NOVEL REALLY WORTH TO READ! I RECOMMEND TO ALL OF YOU!!!
These two lead characters are both complex & intriguing, their world quite unique - clever & descriptive writing that really draws you in 👍😊
I am in LOVE! Very rarely do I say that about a novel, haven't found one this addicting in a long time. The chemistry between characters is entertaining, the characters themselves are very dimensional and it's so easy to picture them in your head I am determined to attempt fan art to do them justice <3 I'm really intrigued by this unique world setting, love that it's modern. Only 18 chapters in and I am a fish on a hook. Keep going author!!
The blurb got to me actually. I was like, a vampire and elf story finally...The story is well plotted and I can feel a lot of goodies from the author. I also like the fact that it was properly edited. 🔥🔥

Okay, so through my exploration on this app, this is my first time coming across a feisty and sharp-mouthed FL and I am so loving Aselia's character😂😂😂. Author took us on a whole new level. Not your usual timid and whinny FLs. Thumbs up, Sunny. You nailed it. I can't wait to read more❤🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
This novel does a great job of hooking you in, something that a lot of novels on here fail to do. I appreciate how forward the FL is, it's refreshing to read. Though this isn't my usual taste, I quite like this book and I'd highly recommend it if you're into sultry vampire romances.

What a fine read! The plot is wrapped in an enigma. The mystery and tension keep the readers on toes. Updates are stable, writing is consistent, and the story is unique. A must read. I totally recommend it!

Chapter One was filled with detail on the characters and backgrounds. Although the title confused me a little but other than that it was a great first chapter. The character were well made, although I did get a little confused but then again I was half reading it so my fault.
It's a book that is a must have in every library. it's very good the plot is my absolute favourite, I loved the development, content, characters and also vampire stories are my all time favourite.

Take it from someone who doesn't normally go for the vampire stories - this one is well worth the read. Not only is the main vampire so beautifully written and unbelievably alluring, the MC steals your heart as you get past her tough exterior. I will always get excited seeing new chapters for this one. I can vividly picture the world being portrayed in my mind's eye. Can't wait to see what's next for this story
