In base he is weaker then Superman, Martian Manhunter and Wonder Woman but stronger then the rest of the league

Flight
Aura (cannot be used to shape weapons and such, simply used to increase the strength of punches and also just looks cool)
Small lightning generation (simply crackles around his body shocking those who try to touch him, though it's extremely weak)
In this state, he is stronger than Wonder Woman but slightly weaker than Superman
